This place was pretty cool... the actors makeup and costumes were amazing. When you buy a ticket, you are getting two separate haunted houses (located right next to each other) to go through. Also two separate lines to wait in. The lines were long but we didn’t have to wait but maybe 20/30mins at most. I would say this place is family friendly as long as your little one doesn’t scare too easily. I took an 7yr old and a 9yr old and they were both fine.

This was my first time Moxley Manor and our nieces first haunted house experience period.Moxley Manor did not disappoint and delivered. This was my husband and my sons second season after the show while grabbing some t shirts my husband met the owner who was a really nice man. The one thing that impressed my husband was they changed the experience moved the haunt around, added more and was even told that they have additional room for more stuff to be included in the future. We travel to a few haunts every year its a tradition and nice to have such a great one in our area.. will definitely be back..

I really enjoyed this place. My husband and I went for the very first time on Halloween yesterday& we had a lot of fun. The front girls were good at explaining things/rules, & the entertainers were very into their roles which made it much more realistic. I have vision problems, so unfortunately I couldnt experience the 3-D part of the Clown House, however it was still very enjoyable. I would definitely go again.

Had a blast! Great actors and props. My fearless 9 month old , Candace, enjoyed her 1st Haunted house. Thank you to all, yall are amazing.

I try to go every season, but covid kinda cut me off from Haunts this year. when the Friday 13th show rolled around I was able to go. They had expanded to 3 attractions. It was spectacular. The actors were energetic and well placed while the scenes / tableaus were well done. Timing was well paced. With Dark hour being closed this season Moxley is the local winner (IMO) for best scream for your buck!

3rd year in a row and it keeps getting better! Gives cutting edge a huge run for their money. Better value and closer to home! So scared I almost peed. Highly recommend and am looking forward to next year.

This is the best haunted house ever! I loved it so much. This was so fun for us and I would definitely come back! A little wait but three houses for the price was worth it! the Clown one was personally my favorite. Thank you for the frights.

My nephew is gonna be a teenager soon and he told me he had never been to a haunted house. There was 4 of us total. Moxley was the cheapest price we found online and we went on a Sunday which was their cheapest day. There was still quite a bit of people even though it’s their slowest day. There were 3 haunted houses, a zombie one, a clown one, and an asylum. I liked all of them. We had a great time. Definitely screamed and got scared several times. Would definitely recommend this place. And they followed all COVID procedures.

Just insane.The best haunted house ever. The line gets pretty long sometimes but it’s defiantly worth the wait. It’s less than half the cost of Cuttung Edge but it’s 10 times scarier! If you want to get scared it’s definitely the place to go. With 3 different haunted houses its worth the $30 for a ticket. If you’re looking for a great night this is definitely the best place to go.

Good jump scares and over fun. Dont key the black paint in the windows however... be respectful and youll 100% enjoy yourself. Shout out to the little girl who almost got me but I saw you outside scaring the kids. Great experience

We had so much fun here for my birthday. The wait time wasn’t long it was about 15 minutes. But it was worth it. The actors were so good and we was so scared. We all liked the 3D hunted house. Everyone is wearing a mask even the actors. They did a fantastic job. I liked how they spaced the groups out. Some parts I did run that’s how scared I was so bring your running shoes. The actors were so creepy omg

Absolutely the most amazing and horrifying experience ever! Super high energy from everyone! You can tell the actors love what they do. Definitely will be coming back next season

After going to their website and reading if they were following CDC guidelines, I felt safe knowing they were selling tickets by the hour and I read some reviews online and for the most part it seemed pretty safe, but when we got there it was crazy packed!!!! Tickets were being sold on the spot so there was no reason for my friends and I to buy online. Maybe they just wanted to make it seem like they were practicing cdc guidelines. There was absolutely no social distancing some people were not even wearing their mask! Staff was definitely not wearing mask either, except for the actors inside the haunted houses, there were a couple of sheriffs who were also not wearing their mask, they kept telling the people in line to move closer up, when we were trying to practice social distancing! The sheriffs were even fist bumping people in line which was absolutely ridiculous!

Solid haunted house. Not the scariest one but perfect for a first haunted house. Plenty of scares and the 3d attraction in the second house is really cool. All in all I would recommend going! There were kids from ages 9 and up. Great family trip!

Horrible experience..long lines for nothing. I felt bad my daughter bought 3 tickets for 35 a piece. We gave them away due to the first haunted house not worth a dollar. And the long lines.NOT WORTH IT!! NEVER AGAIN.

Loved it! It’s sm fun here. The clown house looks very cool and the Asylum is really fun. Moxley is really creepy and I definitely recommend it. The actors all do amazing jobs and they don’t purposely touch any customers. The animatronics were super creepy too.I see some customers shout in the actors faces and touch them when they were told not to so if you go please don’t touch them. At the end of the day they’re just people trying to do their job.

It was really good. I would recommend it for people to go see. There are 3 different areas to walk through and it takes a lot to scare me and they got me good several times ! Go check it out!

Best scary hunted houses ever. We loved it.

Not bad for a smaller haunted house. Definitely no social distancing in lines if that concerns you at all. Everyone huddled all together, wearing masks though. The Moxley Manor House (main attraction) was the best of the three. We took 6 kids ages 11-17 & they all had a great time. 17yo was the most scared lol. The other two houses were just ok not really scary at all, fun but not scary in our opinion. Not sure I would pay $300 for our group to do something of this caliber again next year, but once was fun.

Stellar haunted house! Well worth the wait. Very good actors and effects to make this insanely creepy, very nerve wracking, and super fun the entire time. I had to get pushed through most of it-which is a good thing!

Maybe it was due to the covid protocols. Maybe it was due to the atmosphere. Either way, it was not what I was expecting. Sadly, the only part that was enjoyable even though it was not scary at all was the 3D house. It had more of a rave feel and my party actually was dancing the whole way. The upside to it all was the price. One addmision gets you in 3 houses.

Good hunted house. Would recommend buying the ticket for all 3. Lot of loud noises and sudden jump outs from the actors. Might catch you off guard. I would recommend!

Great haunted house. We go to as many as we can every year & Moxley is always top of our list. We also love that they offer Christmas & Valentine themed weekends.

Not that scary honestly, and Im not sure what the purpose of the virtual queue is because you get a text to get in line then stand in line packed together for almost an hour. It didnt take very long to get through the 3 haunted houses and I didnt feel it was worth the 30 bucks per person. Even my kids who are 9 and 10 said there werent enough actors. Lots of animatronics. I did like that they only send in 1 group at a time, but I paid over $120 for my family of 4 to go and regretted it. Just not enough actual scares. Some of the setups were really good but you just walk through and look, no actors jumping out at some of the ideal times so the scare factor is very low.

Hands down the best haunted house! If you’re looking for a scare this is the one, i will definitely be coming next year and the year after that!

I camr for Friday the 13th. I was thoroughly impressed with this haunted house. From the get go I was not expecting some of the jump scares and it made me paranoid going forward. They did misdirection very well, looking at something while something else popped out. The mechanical props were amazing. They were premium level compared to other haunted house. Some spaces were very dark and it made you very nervous. I enjoyed the narrow halls. There were several rooms where I thought it was a dead end but then then you saw the narrow entrance down a dark hall. It was great. The 3D glasses area was super tripping. There was this one actual prop that with the glasses looked freaking insane. I thought it was going to grab me. And the acting by everyone was legit. Bring those folks back next year!I went to three haunted houses this year.1. Cutting Edge2. Hangmans House of Horrors3. And MoxleyBut Hangmans and Moxley made cutting very underwhelming. Especially for the price. Cutting edge was almost double the price of Moxley and it was crowded with people that spoiled the scares that came.This one is very worth your money definitely recommend!

On behalf of the entire group of 18 we were all extremely disappointed of how timed ticket sales were handled. We had a time for 9:30 and still once called waited in line for an hour and a half, with still some of the 8:30 people still in line before us putting us there til almost midnight. The haunt in All of our opinions was not scarey at all. Which the whole point for us picking this destination was because of the 4.4 rating. This has us wondering who are these people writing these reviews? Definitely not worth the money nor the wait.Signed,The Boo Crew

Awesome time!! Lots of startle scares and the actors killed it! I got to a lot of haunts and this one is always one of my favorites! Some new additions were fantastic to see and the art work in the clown room is crazy!!

I didnt go in but my two 15 yr girls and there 14 yr old best friend and they loved it. Regardless of ur ticket time get there early way early. It took an hr of standing just in line. But it was also halloween night but overall my girls got a scare

The haunted house was a lot of fun! Good scares and great props!While standing in line, my friend and i were FaceTiming our husbands who are away with the military, and a character came up to us and took our phones and saluted them. They loved it! The felt like they got to experience it with us!Thanks Moxly Manor!!!

I went on a first date at Moxley Manor on Friday Oct 16th. Everything was amazing. I thought that it was going to be a soso haunted house but turns out it was GREAT. The staff was amazing as well as the environment. All around good experience. I will definitely go again! Covid didnt stop this Halloween. Keep Healthy & Happy!

We had a time slot of 9:30-10:30 and were in from 9 to 12:15 and only got to 2 of the 3 haunted house. The 2 we went to were not even that scary. Knew I should have gone to Transilvania in Terrell.

It was definitely fun and scary but the smell of the spray paint was a bit strong

We had such a blast!! I took my nephew for his first haunted house (12 years old). We got there early at 7:30 and got in the front of the line. Right when the doors opened at 8 we got in and LOVED it. There were 3 different attractions and they were all unique and scary! The pitch black part was the scariest! We will definitely beb!!

Good props and scares, excellent actors. I wish I got more from what I paid. 25 bucks, over an hour wait, 1 run of a house in 15 minutes or less. In the same price, Ive had similar quality if not better and 2-3 houses at a different haunt. The music playing outside was fairly limited as well, I heard the same handful of songs 3 or more times in my visit to Moxley Manor.

Very cool place, has grown since they first opened.Expect to wait in line for a while, but there are interactive characters to entertain you. And axe throwing!We were grouped with a couple who had driven an hour away. There are three houses in total and well worth it.

Moxley Manor is the best haunt I have been able to experience in a long time. The detail of each room is amazing, from lighting and sound to the actors and actresses. You can tell the ones behind the scenes really put their heart into giving the customer the best scare experience possible! Highly recommended for anyone who is wanting that ultimate scare experience!

This is my favorite haunted house to go through. The design of each room is very creative. I loved the 3D section, the way it seemed like everything was in your face. All of the props are high quality and pretty realistic. Definitely worth the price, I would have liked it to take a little more time to walk through.

Do something other than banging on walls and space people out more so there is no improvisational pausing with groups

I have been a Haunted house enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I have traveled all over Texas and the surrounding states searching near and far for the best attractions. This is by far my new favorite place. The actors and staff were amazing. All 3 haunted houses were up to snuff. You can tell that the owner and all of his staff take pride in what they do. Thank you to each and everyone of you for making last night all that it was. Epic

It was my 1st time here. I went with friends and 3 haunted houses for $25 is such a great buy. Reagans Revenge which was the last haunted house we went through was definitely my favorite. I would recommend this place to my other friends and I would go again.
