We went here with my children and grandchild. and walked around and looked at tadpoles and walked over the bridge and took pictures and got out in the air and didnt feel like we had to worry about covid (it wasnt crowded). It was nice and pleasant next time maybe we will even have a picnic there. My daughter likes seeing all the fat little squirrels.

Great walk today! If you head left, the trail is about .85 miles; bathrooms quite clean too!

Most frisbee golfers Ive encountered here are absolute jerks!! Beware, they will verbally harass you until you move off the sidewalk out of their way. The park is beautiful but unless youre playing frisbee golf go in the mornings...

My toddler used to go to parks with playgrounds a few times per week. After Covid, we came here. Theres minimal germs, a bunch of snapping turtles that you can see over a bridge, a really nice path to walk, and all the sticks and rocks a boy could handle. Since Covid this has become our go-to park. Frisbee golf is played here and the players are very welcoming to kids and non-golfers.

Great side walk for walking running bladeing or biking. Also great scenic trails for walking or photo shoots. We go there mainly for the disc golf coats its awsome. A few long drives and a few technical.

Well laid out course, two tees for each hole, each nicely made. Very fun to play.

Love this park: trees, water, grass. It has a great walking track, cute bridges, short forest trails. There are covered picnic tables too. There are often people walking with dogs who are very friendly. This is also home to a disc golf course that seems to be very popular. Its all very mixed together, and its nice to see the disc golfers playing and the stream doing its thing and the dogs walking with their masters while I get my outside time in.

Water fountains need to be fixed, and maybe a puppy fountain or drinking area?

Gardens are maintained by a thinly stretched volunteers. Golf course needs love and less crawfish mounds. If you enjoy standing water this has got it on lock! However, the volunteers do a wonderful job in the stuff they are able to get to in the gardens.

Fun place for a game of disc golf close and clean.

All of the beauty and nature of an out of the way location without the out of the way. Shaded areas and a newly renovated walking path complement the disc golf course and tennis court. Be on the lookout for rogue discs though!

Peaceful, with beautiful wooded scenery. It has a nice little pathway with turtles and fish you can watch from the bridges.

Its a comfortable path with good shade trees. I think that the area is safe for early morning walks or late evening.

KIND OF QUIET

The disc golf course is challenging on short and especially long boxes. Im new to the game but Ive played about 50 rounds in the past 4 months since starting this game and my passion has grown very quickly for this sport. Im not certain that technical shots were considered in the design of Klein Park but there is definitely room to pull off a variety of shots to most of the baskets. There are a few tee shots that allow you to give it your all...unless you can pull off 600 foot drives with ease. It can get a little sloppy in wet weather, but its been surprisingly dry, even after the rains during this 2015 Summer. There are water hazards on about 6 baskets but Its basically a drainage canal / ditch...only #6 really has the potential of taking your disc should it plummet just right, although I have seen stranger things. Most of the tee pads are in good shape, poured concrete...but the longs are in better shape and bigger. I believe the signage will be upgraded soon thru Parks & Recreation. The baskets are sporadically identified through most of the course. Overall its worth a visit...or 100

I like this place, just watch for the disc golf a-holes, last time I went a group of folks thought it would be funny to throw a frisbee at me intentionally...I still have that frisbee.
