I was new to the area and looking for a cost effective place to park my RV. Cost efficient and safe was my goal.Finally, after about 3 weeks of them reviewing my information I went to take a look.From the moment I stepped on property I could feel the bugs crawling on me. I met with the property manager and during our interview some woman high on drugs came in and started yelling and trying to fight ME and the property manager.The whole park is disgusting. Nobody takes care of their items. I wouldnt feel safe there and I wouldnt recommend to anyone. There is a park about 3 miles down the road on a big lake that is much much nicer and around the same price. The communication between the managers and whoever else works there is absolutely awful.Would not recommend.

Pioneer Mobile Village is so peaceful and quiet. My husband and I love it here. Being only 5 minutes to the Stater Bros, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, and all of the nice restaurants makes it nice for us. My mom loves this place so much she is moving into the mobile home space right next to us next month!

This places looks run down abandoned cars everywhere trailers look run down the property looks dirty and theres a lot of empty spaces alot of homeless people everywhere the manager should do her job not hide in her run down 5th wheel rv the office looks like a run down storage room needs new management and to be cleaned customer service is very poor

Definitely the worst park i have ever seen i dont know where to begin they have a major roach and rodent infestation i seen several while I was driving the park also almost every trailer is in horrible shape with taped/boarded windows cars taken apart all over the place and auto pieces everywhereThis is the epitome of trash trailer parkIf you have a nice trailer or even a nice car and care about your family and being safe look elsewhere this is a very dangerous parkChuck is a horrible customer service representative as well

Absolutely the worst park i have ever seen it is truely terrible huge rodents run around many RVs with border up windows and tarps on them many cars taken apart with parts laying all overhorrible customer service Chuck is a terribleThey have major issues with theft, vandalism, drugs, police have to show up all the timeDO NOT STAY AT THIS RV PARK
