New owners Nov 2017. 67% increase in lot rent. Current renters soon to be evicted to allow new owners to convert from lot rental to owner owned Mobile home rental. Houston area rental rates too pricey for Mobile home in Beaumont area.

A lot of drama here between the City Of Beaumont and the owners of this Park. Regardless of whom is wrong in this longstanding feud, its the residents who suffer the most.

Dont ever move here! The landlord never pays the water bill and take his time to have things fixed but wants his money each month. The homes are nice but not worth the headache

DO NOT MOVE HERE they will leave you in unlivable conditions (no ac in the summer) turn off he water because THEY didnt pay it, broken back door then hit you with fines when your dogs get out and bad wiring (fire hazard AND intermittent power loss) and still expect you pay 1000+ for a tin can with no yard! Weve been here months and not one this has gotten fixed though we have a list as long as my arm

We were lied to from the moment we walked into the office to look at a home which cost us a treasured family member our dog that we were told we could have, were called racists so the other people in the front office wouldnt talk to us and discover the lies, now stuck in a home that we didnt want with the promise we could change homes when a smaller one was available but cant so we now have a $1550 a month rent instead of a $750 one for a year. They are very well aware of what happened to us and refuse to help us claiming that corporate policies wont allow it. Cant get anything done to our house without borderline harassing the management, have gotten several flats from sharp debris in the mud hole our front yard we have to use for a driveway including medical waste and glass These are the absolutely cheapest homes they could find and the quality is ridiculous to the point of the doors wont stay true and the walls are crooked. I recommend that anyone, no matter how badly you need a place, get some cardboard boxes and a bridge first. Feel free to look me up for more details if you either have the same issues with this place or have any questions. People are moving out almost daily. Hands down worst place Ive ever lived.

This is the nicest mobile home park in the area. Lots of trees, therefore the name, Forest hollow. Feels like you are camping in the forrest. Highly recommend living here. Very safe place too.
