Very rude staff, the regional manager asked me did I bring roaches too my property after I complained about seeing them! How professional is that water smells like bleach and bubbles without any substance included. Maintenance man very rude and always tells you what he will and won’t do

The lots should all be the same size for the single wide trailers I should have the same amount of space as a single wide trailer thats longer than mine especially if Im paying the same amount of lot rent and my trailer is 20 feet shorter but the park likes to fill empty lots w/bigger newer trailers. when the lot was empty and the maintenance guy would cut the lot he would leave like 10 to 15ft of grass off the back of my trailer for me to maintain. now there is a 70 ft trailer behind me I have a 52 foot , there is maybe 10ft between the trailers and yet the trailer behind me or at least the landscaping guys they have maintaining their lot think that the property line is split 50-50 in the back and mow at least 2 strips into what the lot manager told me and my wife when we bought our trailer was our lot. So either the new lot manager isnt doing their job very well at conveying lot lines/property lines or the landscapers dont have a clue. Not to mention they use the commercial mowers (that sound like a Harley inside my house) that u stand on the back of to mow a lot that 15-20 wide and maybe 30 -40 long. Every time someone moves in on either side of me they think they havespace on both sides of their trailer and it literally depends on where your trailers placed on the lot according to other people who live here & the lot manager that was here when I moved in told me that the property goes from the edge of my driveway to the beginning of the next neighbors driveway and for whatever reason whenever somebody new moves in they always seem to think that they have 4 or 5 feet of lot space on the side of their trailer in my lot. When there is on 8 to 12 inches of grass between the edge of my driveway and the start of their trailer. Then the other thing that irritates me the most about this placeis that my trailer and the one next to mine were bought and placed at the same time by the same person which they got special permission to have the trailer place closerand their emergency exit stairs exit into my driveway and I had an incident where I parked close to the other trailer in my driveway with 3 or 4 ft between my car and the end of their stairs and I had the lot manager banging on my door telling me I needed to move my car in which I was compliant I just could not find my keys at the time, long story short she called the police and they threatened to arrest me if they had to back out here for any reason. not to mention during this whole incident my neighbors video taping me from their back door through my window walking through my house yelling cuz I cant find my keys. And if Im not mistaken Im pretty sure she showed that video to the cops whom Im pretty sure told her to delete the footage of me in my & coached them on what to put in a complaint to file a restraining order.... When the judge saw that the video was edited when she presented her video evidence... Case dismissed. I should have refused to move my car because their fire exit was not blocked, could of had a good lawsuit. My neighbor couldnt walk between their & my car in my driveway they had to walk around my car in my driveway to use their emergency exit and apparently my neighbor didnt like that. and I know it seems like a jerk thing to do but, after 4 or 5 months of this and complaints to the manager ignored I was tired of them using the emergency exit as their front door and leaving the storm door banging against the railing in the wind all day especially when her husband would get up and leave for work between 6-7 in the morning. Things seem to be a little bit better now with that neighbor now that theyre not so new to the park but now I have this issue with property lines in the back of me, according to the lot manager when I moved in, my lot ended at the black pipe and the bush behind my house yet whenever the people behind me have the landscapers come out they mow 4 or 5 ft into my lot.... I suppose the back issue isnt as bad as the neighbor on the side mowing 2 strips of my lot. Gotta pick n choose your battles!

Trash in yards, streets are torn up, mailroom always dirty, lawns not kept up by renters. Water is a rip off, no water pressure and toilet water is brown that Zion provides. water

Not at all what I expected! The name makes me expect imported items. This store was comparable to Pottery Barn; nice, but a little pricey.

Its Confusing 2 Get Around

Management is decent whenever they are in the office, when they work on the water lines/pipe lines water is down for a while and it comes out dirty for a day. That’s a big issue here. So plan on taking a shower somewhere else.

This place is way out dated. Seems like a very high crime place. Lake county sherrifs are there almost daily. Theres garbage all over the place. Drug dealers and users galore. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I know. Super trashy. They need to just tear the whole place down.

Terrible place..other than the residents. Talk to someone in there before you think of moving there. Very strict rules. Lot fees go up, mobile home value goes down. Management sucks. Research mobile home scams. Over 600.00 a month to rent dirt. Dont get stuck and move into any trailer park. Its nothing like renting a home or apartment. You are warned. Again research mobile home scams..They are all crooked,dirty business. Part of Warren Buffets fortunes come from this business.

I come here to visit family and its very quiet, clean, respectful residents. Very kid friendly. Never any real worries when Im here, kind of like a little tucked away oasis.

Overpriced BIG time.. Nosey neighbors that act like bratty tattle tale children always yakking about or reporting violations about something or someone that has absolutely nothing do with them and is not in any way their business... oh and best of all...A staff dudley do nothing that acts like an overzealous rental cop but never ceases to practice blatant favoritism.
