Theres a lot of families with children in this park these days, which is not a bad thing. How ever theres also lots of cars. Which brings me to the moral of this story. Theres very few yield signs, stop signs, speed limit signs. Theres absolutely no speed limit signs, cars race through these streets, like there on a speedway. If this park really cares about its tenant like they say they do, then start addressing issues.

I love Kingsway Estates! I grew up there! From the time I was 8 till 17! Im 38 now! My friends still live there and everytime I visit it is always such a great experience.

The wait time was excessive

Not a nice place to live anymore

Hate this place. Maintenance always handing out tickets/warnings so fast but take forever to come and fix stuff that’s actually wrong with the place. Our hot water has gone out 4 times already, they take forever to come and fix that situation as well knowing there’s little kids in the home so obviously hot water is a necessity. They’re just too cheap to replace the boiler. They don’t even plow the streets good they block our driveways with the snow and to top it off they don’t put any salt on the street either! I’m 7 months pregnant and already fallen because they fail to salt the streets down. Horrible experience here, definitely don’t recommend to anyone.

While this place was once enjoyable to live, it has now become what seems like a prison. Carlos, the maintenance person is always handing out violations but when you ask him anything about the violation he is not competent to explain what he just issued and the staff are not very helpful either. The park is losing a lot of good tenants! I would not recommend anyone to live here. They are quick to write you up for things, but slow to respond when the tenant has a complaint. Very unethical business procedures. If you are a good person, stay away from this place.

Management has changed hands a lot and violations are given out like Christmas gifts! Rent has gone way up and maintenance is nil. Ive been on the Waiting List for over 4 years now because my wife is blind and has tripped over the hole that I eventually ended up fixing out of my own pocket! I dont recommend that place unless its temporary and even thats questionable.

This is the worst place to deal with! The staff and management are very rude and unhelpful they don’t care about nothing! The neighborhood is terrible and run down. Old over priced trailers and apartments. Not worth it take you’re money else where!

Loud music at late at night. Dogs running around drug deals. Management does nothing. But they will give you volition for stupid things but they wont do anything about the real problems around here.

The people we live by are kinda questionable but besides that its a great place.

If you were looking for an uptight place this is the place to live. I parked my car for 4 hours the wrong way on the street and it got a sticker on it. They like to harp on kids toys in the yard. This is just an all-around uptight Park. They lock you in to a two year Leases. If something gets broken hope its over $150 or your paying for it and if it is over $150 good luck. I rent so I dont have to fix things that I did not do.

I just wanna say that I lived in this community 4 years now. The staff are the most unfriendly people you can meet. The maintenance guy doesnt speak English and has to write out violation notices that are confusing and illegible & really does nothing to keep the park clean but so help me god I leave my rake in the yard . There are skunks & raccoons & stray cats everywhere ! They provide no security what so ever, I know of 6 trailers that have been broken into. Its just turned into an overall mess to live in. As soon as I can Im getting a house and leaving this future ghetto.

By far the worst place to live. Office people are rude and dont care about anything you say or ask them. Always putting violations for something stupid thats in your yard. Nothing for kids to do besides hanging out in the street all the time. Would not recommend anyone to live or look at a trailer. Only low lifes who want nothing better in life will live there and put up with all the BS and to top it off theres sex offenders that live in the park so if you do have to move in make sure your not next to one of them. Worst place ever!
