The manager Ivett Escobar does not know how to keep personal life away from management. I have been talking to her to get a new home at this property and she has told me I was guaranteed this home by May. She then started to mix personal life with work related stuff and now refuses to sell this home I have been waiting for a while now. Very childish and unprofessional for someone that works in a business place.

Moved in after Hurricane Harvey very impressed with the cleanliness of the park. Bad thing is they go up on the monthly payments without any warning . They have gone up twice since we have moved in (5 month) my bill is almost 500.00 a month. Almost as much as my trailer note. Seems shady to me. As soon as we can we are out.

Mother has lived here for years n it was very nice and upkept. Now its just trash, they let anyone in now. Mom is planing to move out soon.

Nothing great. Manager has lots of friends and family living here so rules dont go for everyone

Quiet, clean, most are long-term residents.
