I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Lanie & she & the community are really great! They care about the members of the community & it shows. I would definitely recommend Bramor Place MHP to anyone looking for a friendly & well kept living environment.

This is amazing place to work it is great. and Laniea and Rob are awesome bosses and everything looks great the whole trailer park is in beautiful condition and everybodys trying their hardest to keep it looking as good as it should. Awesome being part of the family

Absolutely amazing trailer park the nicest one Ive seen in Baytown. All the trailers are very clean and well-kept up trailer Park and owners do great job of maintaining it. Lanie and the office staff is always very kind and helpful whenever any help is needed.

Have lived here almost a year and I definitely love it management is always there if you need anything and it is a quite community.

I would recommend. Bramor Place to to all of my friends and family... It is a wonderful community and just a great place to live! Management is very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful with any concerns you may have... If you stay there, you wont regret it!!!

It was quite and it has a nice size lot for kids party and outdoors events. The prices are reasonable for people and not at all expensive

Always going up on rent and they want you to have a perfect trailer neighbors got like 100 cats that love to scratch cars better of living at a apartment no lie or find out yourself .new managers every 6 months that love stealing alot from your rent and are old and always mad for no reason rents about 450 and its been going up nonstop they think once you move your trailer in their you cant do nothing about it which is most of everybody in the trailer park no park for kids just a plain field can keep on going had to sell my trailor with to much bs in here couldnt take it anymore now i live peacefully with no problems after i left that living hell trailer park

Manager are extremely rude to guess. They like to argue and are extremely racist towards the Hispanic community.

I am a new resident there almost!! I have to say that from the moment I went to look at the park til now that the management has been awesome!! I have had one setback after another with moving my home there but, thru it all Lanie and Ron have been outstanding with their help! The park itself is very clean and well kept just like where I live now and I have been to many parks searching for a lot!! I chose Bramor because of how it looked and also because of the attitude from the management!! I can’t wait to start the next phase of my life at Bramor!!
