Worst place to rent from in battle creek. Trailers are all rotted and moldy. Nothing works. They dont do maintenance and will lie to your face and hide problems. They only do cosmetics to the trailers to make the interior look livable.

Worst place ever, they sell or rent run down trailers. My son in law rented one, had to leave it as he got sick and stayed sick while he was in it. I believe it has mold growing in the furnace.

Not sure why my star rating changed. The manager and her husband has done so much work to this place. I live in the back where it is so quiet you forget where you are. My home was completely remodled before we moved in. There were a few incidents that Ive had since we moved in but the park manager fixed the issues. It takes a lot to run a whole community and you can really tell that they are trying to make this place the best it can be.

Ive lives here 11 years I’ve seen it good I’ve seen it and I’ve learned most of the negative reviews are from those who got evicted just saying I like it hear it’s home and I’ve seen ally of improvements in the past year places aren’t bandaged together like they use to be and as for drugs they are everywhere has nothing to do with the park and kids running the street they play outside like kids are suppose to all the bad kids and adults are out it’s alot quieter. I had thought about moving a few times but I really don’t have anything to Complain about keep up the good work!

This place is vastly improved from even a year ago. You see tenants working on yard maintenence regularly. Its cleaner and property removed most of the junk units after they bought it. Definitely making an effort towards it becoming a more respectable locale.

I lived there. Its not the best place to live. The place I rented had power issues only some of the outlets worked. No kitchen light, living room only the north side of the outlets worked. Cold air came through the front door, where the sink was, no doors to cover up the pipes, same issue in the bathroom. Where the hot water tank sat you could see through to the cement pad underneath. When I sent the new owners an e-mail about it, after a short time the manager evicted me. I had 24 hrs to move.I have been a park manager before, 19 yrs in Kalamazoo for 2 different parks. 10 yrs for Franklin Valley Estates, which is now closed and 9 yrs for Highland Hills MHP. My residents LOVED ME. You have to have people skills to work at a residential park. Something the on site manager lacked.

Its better than it was a couple years ago but still in the early stages of improvements.

Its nasty looking the home look trashy. Roof leaks on my sisters home in the light fixtures. Maintenance is horrible.

New owners have made great changes. Most notable is the repaving of the entrance. Would give 5 stars but they have more work to be done.There is still too many drug users and dealing going on. Not a safe place for kids. Trying to get my daughter in law and grand kids to move out if things dont change for the better.

The place is trashed. It needs better management and licenced professional maintenance hardcore. The manager allows for people to sell drugs and a few tenants throughout the park supply the maintenance with drugs. The manager is drama full of lies. None of these homes are up to code. They all have electrical problems. Nobody does repairs. The last three and a half years has been horrible between living in hazardous conditions and the rifraft that moves in. 90% of the homes are infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. Some of them even have mice. If anyone moves in this rathole place. I recommend you get a hold of an attorney due to the scams that the manager pulls. I could go on about my experience here but Im just fed up with the way things are going. I hope the state shuts everything down soon. Oh yeah I almost forgot the most important part too. The manager and the maintenance men have threatened my grandchildren with pitbulls along with work tools such as hammers, pry bars, and then proceeded to chase one of my grandsons back to my trailer with a screwdriver. Nothing has been done about that. Its to the point where I had to hire a lawyer for the hardship, harassment, and hazardous conditions that I been forced to live in. I have no title, no bill of sale, and no lease for this place. I submitted the photos of the underground gas line showing where the road is caving in. I even submitted numerous photos of the holes in the the floors, walls, and ceilings. No kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink dont work. Light fixtures fell completely out of the ceiling in my kitchen. I have to heat my home with my stove. I have to run extension cords through different areas of the trailer just to wash my clothes. I have to use flashlights to see in my bedroom. The breaker box has only 3 breakers that are running everything. I would like to see the manager to have to live in this condition and constantly harassed and have her business slandering around like she does with everyone else. Its pretty bad when the managements family comes to my home to ask me why I paid rent for the month of October because Im going to be evicted. But yet she allows for everyone else to live in campers below the hill and build racecars. She also allows her family from buds towing to store his mud truck below the hill. I have all the proofs of my innocence and I will definitely be seeking justice to the fullest. My son was doing a damn good job with trying to help the ownership of the park by improving the grounds until the manager took upon herself and stopped recording his hours of work. Many people in the park has witnessed him trying to improve himself. He has even sent emails of the negativity taking place in this place but nobody has the professional decency to respect him enough to listen. Well there you have it Steve and Elliot. You can thank your perfect manager for walking you into a messy situation. The evidence I have against this place should be put on the news but I am far from that low of a person. I hope karma hits everyone involved with this place harder than it has impacted my life and stress levels. I dont mean to be rude by any means, but I will definitely defend myself by any measures. I refuse to allow for someone to think they have control over me and threaten my family and/or company. The lies about how my son constantly threatening the manager and maintenance guys for no reason... No he has done nothing but defend himself. They constantly make false police reports on him trying to put him in jail every time I turn around. I lived here since November 2017 and it started out good then they made a deal with us because we were fitting up the outside of the trailer they would give it to us if we painted we have owned it as they say almost 2 years and still dont have a title they offered to give us a loan to help fix it up and that was 3 months ago and now we spotted mold that looks like they tried to paint over and is expecting us to stay here and not help with the problem this trailer park needs to be shut down for good its a joke

Called to see if trailers could be moved... Is the man on the phones on drugs hes like what city are you talking about... I mean i called the mobile homes in battle creek so what do you mean. Supposedily he doesnt sell any trailers but yet trailers have been sold so hes also a liar. Defiently not a place for kids. Drug managers that are liars. Would never move to a place like this.

Run down, dilapidated, and almost every trailer should be condemned. Many kids run around wild, unsupervised, and are destructive. Dont ever set foot in here.
