Much better place to live then when I was younger. Place had improved a lot. Office staff is kinda grumpy and always seemed busy, but willing to lend a hand.

Not so helpful and very combative when trying to resolve any problems . mgr. Very rude and still after fulfilling purchase still no title .

Bad management. Kids cant play outside unless you are out with them. Whole bunch of you cant stuff but the manager can.

Was just told they wont fix my toilet that is leaking all over my floor. Causing major water damage. As well as they wont touch the fire hazard of a ceiling fan hanging in my house. I rent I dont need a replacement ceiling fan. I just wanted the fire hazard gone. The management told me she didnt give a damn. And would call on if they would fix the toilet. Ive been here 5 yrs renting. Parks changed management 4 times and gets worse every time. Id give no stars if I could!

Management has been unprofessional from when i moved in 6 years ago. 1st management was rude and a slow getting us in. 2nd ones gave me a real hard time when my power went out 3 times within a year which ended up their responsibility all 3 times! And i do own my trailer and know what im suppose to take care of. The new ones have been rude when asked questions. My rent bill for January was on my back door which has never happened in 6 years . A coworkers family member who has lived here for 20 plus years has had a few isssues with the new management as well, along with a couple others Ive spoken to who all live here. They need some real professional customer service help.

No pool3.☆Verdict☆Great for the most part, Neighbors keep to them selfs, the yards are always clean and not trashy looking. Only complaint is been here over a year and a half and still have yet to get my street light hooked up and working. Its even in the rules to have it working and change the bulbs, yet cant seem to get ours fixed.

Very nice homes, theres a pool for the family to enjoy in the summer and people who live there are pretty friendly which makes for good neighbors

I know a family who bought a trailer from bedford mobile home park, and it went something like this. Smiles from managers they tell the family they have a few fixer upper for sale some 500 and up to 1000 they was approved bought a trailer and started fixing trailer up, the office tells them that they are waiting on corperate for a title ( part of scam) but the family waits and goes about fixing trailer about 2 months and no title so ask again there still waiting for corporate ( they never attend on giving them a title) then you see true colors of the managers running the park, their personalities flip and they become rude, disrespectful , and start nit picking you and start sending notices of a complaint like someone speeding through park, this family dont own a car, and can you see where this goes? Exactly they tell the family to move they get the trailer back and resale them. They also tell your personal buisness to your neighbors , found this out through a remark the neighbor made and they could only have got it at the office from manager. So buyers beware. I would not take a chance destroying my credentials or wasting my money with bedford hills mobile home park. Dont be part of their scam. There is also another family going through the same thing but i warmed them early enough that they was able to log everything showing that they are running scams.

Everytime I go there to visit friends theres always stray cats having sex on the hoods of cars. Not sure how to feel about that. I guess cats have to get their rocks off too, right? Only gave 3 stars because of the convenient parking.

Lived here for about 10 years 4 of which I owned my own home. They had alot of management issues over the years but other than that the grounds keeper Nate is terrific and very friendly.

Nice quiet place to live... everyone on my street keeps to themselves. The cats around are a bit annoying. But other than that great.

Rented and once i moved in i kept getting bit by something, bed bugs. Talked to a couple neighbors and they have/had the same issue. Was hoping It was just brough in by me moving once calling n telling the land lord he was pretty rude saying i better get It taken care of . Thats not his responsibility.

The manager is the most UNprofessional person, Ive ever met. She is rude and spoke to us like we were trash. Wouldnt even think, of ever inquiring there again!!

Some of their rules are silly. They dont allow any kind fireworks on the 4th Of July. The people in the office are stuck up and rude. They think they are better than everyone else. Every so many months they raise everyones rent by 50$ dollars.

Its a good place to live. Good environment. Good management.

Pretty nice place for a trailer park.

Took a month and a half to fix a screen door handle. Sewage lines back up frequently with tree roots and instead of doing having a plan to fix they wait until the person complains about it. Managers do not enforce rules for the clubhouse. People are to be out by 10pm, party lasted till 2 am and another till 4 am.

My grandson lives here .
