Great place to relax play card , enjoy nature

Picnic tables had trash scattered. The properties in the area all appear to be run down. I would not feel comfortable bringing my children.

Great place for kids after school until dusk time

Nice neighbourhood park with adequate shade from large trees. Playground equipment is fairly new and in good condition. There is a sheltered picnic area. The small basketball court has a lovely display of black-and-white photos of children. There is one table set up with a checkerboard for playing checkers or chess, but you need to supply your own pieces. The lawn areas are in poor condition (possibly due to dry weather this spring) and there are no flowers or other attractive landscaping, which is one area for improvement. There is also a drainage ditch at the back that could be hidden with better plantings. There is only on-street parking and no rest rooms. The neighbourhood suffers from poverty, but this park is a small treasure.

It was pretty fun but I miss 4 swings for the big kids :(

I think 4 big kid swings and 2 baby swings was better

My kid never wants to leave this park its awesome...hes one year old and they have the toddler swing.
