Samone was fantastic. As a trans woman whos pre-everything and still presenting male, I was nervous to ask about lingerie, but Samone was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She informed me about sizing and gave me recommendations based on my tastes. I definitely will be coming back for more purchases. This store is very inclusive toward LGBT folks, and I recommend shopping here.

This store has always made my husband and I feel comfortable and they have always treated us very well! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and the manager is the best! We love this store and will continue to shop here!

I dont normally write reviews because they are permanent. The my experience this place was horrendous! I have spent thousands of dollars at the store over the years, but I will never give them another red Cent. I went to make a Exchange on a garment that a large cut in the side of it, the staff would not even give me the opportunity to to explain. They seem like that it entertain them to tell me that there was no exchanges no refunds. Ive been customer service my whole life and I would have never treated a regular customer this way. I know the owner seems to be a nice guy but theres way too much competition are there now to treat people this way. Im sorry I hope you the best but I will never spend my money at your establishment ever again.

Went to this store for the first time with the boyfriend and was greeted by the owner who happened to be outside when we walked up, he struck up a friendly conversation and we all went inside where again we were greeted by very friendly staff. We browsed around the store taking in all that they had to offer, being asked if we needed help or had questions numerous times. The staff were super friendly and informative and even turned us on to some newer products which we are excited to try! They were personable and made us feel comfortable the whole experience! We will be back!

Walked in to buy one thing for the first time and i was greeted and treated as if i had been a shopper there for years years. Friendly atmosphere , much bigger shop than expected. The staff was really amazing

This place is horrible I literally came in with my 1 year old son to buy something for work! They tell me that he can’t be in there because you have to be 18? Are u kidding me! It’s a lingerie store why is there an age requirement. This place will never get my business again that’s for sure. And the ladies that work there are always rude.

I found the ladies to be very helpful and the store to have more stylish wear than any s*x store Ive ever visited across the country! Omg, they have so much! And to put the cherry on the cake, they give 15% off to dancers!Yall gotta visit them

They hung up on me when I called about an 80 dollar purchase , then left the phone off the hook. i used to a know girl that way back worked there and she just informed me that they fix up the returned toys and resale them. thats fkn disgusting

If i could give less than one star i would! hearts is one of the worst adult toy stores there is. when youd like to be rudely greeted by woman who clearly hate their job then this is the place for you. Ill stick to quality and stay at Cindies.

I had a very nice visit the associates were very friendly greeted me as I walked in answed my questions quickly.They just helpful all around,I would definitely recommend this store for your sexual needs, they have just about everything you need from what I seen. The prices are just like any sex store but they had something for any budget.
