I would give it a four star but i have two things to complain about. The prices of the clothes are toooo high and the shoes are cheaply made but are 100 of dollars like jeez I could go on amazon and get the same thing for 30 bucks. My boyfriend and I was there over an hour two girls asked us do we need help which is fine but if you constantly ask over and over again its really fustarting and it feels like we are being rushed. Overall though they have a wide variety of stuff so i give it a three star.

This place is full of BS when it comes to working there. Yesterday she claim I scored high on the assessment. && ask what was my availability I told her ANYTIME and that I literally stay around the corner. Well she “claim “ she was gone call me around 4 and never did. She be trying to go with the perfect candidate but every week she be hiring right back for that same position! Moral of the STORY stop passing up people who wanna work for people who don’t. maybe she wouldn’t have to keep filling in that same SPOT every 2 weeks.

Shopped with my bf and spent almost 2 hours admiring the WIDE variety of product. There are “quality” items and some “less quality” items of comparable items for those on a budget. We were asked a couple of times if we needed help finding anything but we were able to find throughout our visit, as we were in NO rush and were treated with respect the whole time we were there and as we left the store with our “satisfied” purchase. Thank you for your service!

Overall my experience was okay....I asked one of the young ladys about a product she was completely honest with me..,Which helped me make a better decision. I also had to use the laboratory while i was there it was very disgusting and out of order,After someone comes and spend $30-$100 in a place of business you should at least have a nice clean smelling restroom to use (.) Their was poop over flowing and the toilet was backed up. And no toilet paper.

The store itself has a good selection of products, but the customer service is not good. They didn’t greet anyone who walked into the store, and just stood around talking to each other and complaining about customers in general. They obviously do not like their job and it shows in how they treat people. I wish my experience had been better because I would have bought a lot from the store if they hadn’t been so rude. But their behavior just made me want to leave.

Upon entering we were advised we had 10 minutes to shop. We visited the store on 12/18/2018. One employees non verbals were so rude I immediately felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Shortly after, the woman behind the register yells out we only have 5 minutes, then tells us @ 11:58 that the register automatically turns off @ 12. I laughed in her face, but thought ok lets see about this. After them running us out of there my gf let me know she and the other customers checked out well after 12. I will never go there again. I am sick we even purchased something from them. Ill be calling corporate tomorrow. Every employee at that store tonight was an embarrassment to this business and our city. So long cindies. Hustler here we come!

I never been there so I wanted to go check the place out. My coworker and I wanna to go and check the place out one day last week after work but one side of the door was locked and we seen someone that worked there looked at us and walked to the back. Didn’t even come to the door to say “ sorry we are closed or something “

Never been in one of these ​shops before so I really didnt know what I was looking for or at, and the employees were horrible rude. Not a single one even looked at me or offered to help. All three sat in the middle of the store talking about Amazon, getting drunk, and their boyfriends. Its kinda weird to ask for help in a super like that so being a good employee goes a long way. I just left and went to another store. Wont return

I am a regular customer I love the store The only thing I dont like about it is that one time I bought an item and realize it didnt vibrate while still at the cash register and the light that lady would not let me return it and I was $50 I wasted I would understand if I left the store but I was still there

Everytime i go to Cindies in Baton Rouge I am treated differently by different associates.Some times i am able to go and try on whatever id like and other times i am treated as if i am trash.Even though they provide paper underwear., certain employees are rude and will only allow u to try on one thing . Im sorry but they are very over priced on most of there sets and if u dont watch the tags u can pick up 2 outfits exacly alike and pay different prices.im so upset with how rudly i was treated today i wont b back .

Most products are just way overly priced compared to other stores. Then they have the worst customer service there is, the blonde was very rude towards me.

I traveled thirty minutes through bad weather and traffic all for Terrible service experience, Very rude employes . Lost a very good customer today. Will not be back again.
