Hi, our kids had a decent time.. we as adults that see signs and teach our kids rules...felt sad mad at the no masks indoors even though signs were posted! A hot tub full of too many including babies.. one family finally were keeping to themselves and not spreading out. After I had to get help! I felt like a karen . .. sadly if you had security or someone mandating indoor mask safety.. instead of putting it on people..Plus our site was not level.. moved, still not level.. did end up canoeing and did have fun.. kids loved the swimming and the dance party.. .. mixed review... fun place if no covid!

Underwhelming. We have camped at many Jellystones throughout the midwest and this one was disappointing! For the last 15 years we were not willing to camp here because the cost always seemed too high even compared to over Jellystones.THE BAD:Check in. I was the second car in and it took about 20 minutes to get my packet with multiple workers at the location. We opted for a Red Carpet site. $150 a night. WASTE. The paved site was not level. 2 from the end of the pavement, the ground dropped off into a detention area. The red carpet paint was faded as was most of the other red carpet sites. Really doesnt take much work to slap some red paint on the concrete at the beginning of a season. When I made the reservation, I was never asked my camper length. So I called and made sure they knew I had a large camper. It barely fit. Plenty of other sites remained empty the weekend that I could have fit in much better. So disappointed to spend that much on what should have been a VIP site! The comfort station closest to my site was horrid. Run down. The toilet stall doors didnt properly close! On one you had to lift the bottom of the door to close it and another the latching upright was 3 away from the door!!! Rather just poop without a door there! No AC in the gift shop.Mini golf is really outdated.Kayak rentals- they had more working kayaks than paddles! Ridiculous.Hope you enjoy the hum of the interstate.THE GOOD:Pool and hot tub were OK, could have used a vacuum at least once during the weekend. Heavy on the chlorine.Tiki bar was great. Nice to have drinks served poolside.Splashpad area looked nice. Never went in as my kids are too old.Picnic basket concession stand was great. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks! Crazy amount of items.Staff was pleasant during the minimal interactions I had with them. They waved when driving around.OVERALL:Save your money. Warrens or Caledonia Jellystones are far superior than this one. With all the competition at the Dells now, this park needs to invest some major money or close up.My family wont be coming back.

Staff was super attentive and happy to help with any problems. Had to delay our arrival and staff was happy to carry over the reservation with no extra charge. It was a bit noisy though because there is a large highway right next to the camp but that is not the fault of the campsite. The golf cart path was a very nice addition and if you choose to rent a golf cart it would be a very good place to ride it and there are homey cabins along the way.

The staff was extremely nice. The DJ even got my 13 year old to dance and shes usually too embarrassed! My only complaint is that the park is so close to the highway and you can hear traffic all night and day. This is pretty obvious if you look at Google Maps. So, it was expected. There is so much to do for all ages! Facilities were clean also. Recommend renting boats- theres a rope swing that my kids loved!

This is the first time I have ever been here. I can tell you that it was not the best experience. The most came from the bathrooms. They were just disgusting Showers had wads of hair and a tampon on the corner. This was for most of the showers. The toilets were either clogged or not clean with feces on the outside of the toilet bowl. The kids section for the pool was amazing. But the other pool was dirty and packed. Not sure I will be re-visiting.

Everything on site like the store, arcade is convenient so as not to go anywhere. Only minor complain would be the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool. All in all was a great experience

My family has been camping at this location for over 40 years. Additionally we also have been reserving the same 4-6 sites for a large amount of that time. My family and I camped on site 90. On the second night of our stay a different family put their tents on the back end of our site. We asked them why they were putting it on our site and they were told that the staff asked them, after already moving them 4 separate times. Obviously we felt terrible for this family, but none the less, i have 3 young children that would have appreciated the space to play and there were many unoccupied sites available. And for safety reasons due to covid and also the location of the additional fire pit(next to my camper), I felt the need to ask the staff to move them. However, when I asked the staff to please move these folks out of my site. I was told that they would not be doing anything as the whole site was not part of my leased site. They did ask them to move the fire pit(which was appreciated)However, the posts and maps and years of camping here clearly show that the location they said was not part of our site, actually was. Additionally I paid for water on this site and the other family was now using it at no additional cost to them. I asked if since we were only getting half of the site we leased, if we could pay half the cost as we were now sharing and I was told by the “senior manager” that if I continued to complain about this that they would evict me. Because of this issue my family which includes 7 separate family’s and 6 sites, will no longer be staying at this location and have opted to stay at holiday shores next summer for our annual camping trip.

Our family have made this a yearly event, going every year in July and we stay for about a week. We couldnt have been happier with the service. Staff were severely overwhelmed and understaffed due to covid-19 restrictions on work visas. But, they did a tremendous job and the workers that were there deserve appreciation and nice bonus at the end of the year. We had no issues with our trailer or campsite, although they could use a little updating maintenance...but kinda hard to do that during the peak season. Other campers were friendly although loud at some times but were respectful none the less. The only lifeguard they had worked her butt off the entire time we were there, and she was an outstanding staff member. The owners were very nice and polite, liked conversation with the campers. The game room finally had updated systems in place. The pool was great, although with only one lifeguard, the slide was not open for parts of the day, but when it was it was fun.We will definitely be coming back every year and supporting these hard working people and letting our kids enjoy having fun.

We were so excited to stay at this campground. It was very disappointing. We rented a cabin, it was run down, right next to a busy road. Their cabins do not have air conditioning. Not worth the money. We have a bulldog mix that cannot be in the heat because of breathing issues. We were told that there was no refunds. They could move us to a chalet that had air conditioning, which was very expensive We decided to only because we didnt want to lose the money we already paid. Then after waiting almost an hour to check into the chalet (which is a cabin). We were expecting a pretty sweet place for the cost. Well we got bit again, the bunk beds were so small and very uncomfortable, the full bed was a plastic blue thin mattress on plywood. The customer service was terrible, be prepared to wait to check in/out for 30 to 60 minutes. The main pool slide was down, after we were told everything was open. The pool floor was rough and cut all of our feet. We made the best of it and had a lot of fun anyway.

Understaffed, dirty bathroom/showers, pool is overfull and dirty, staff seems to be OK with other guests playing loud music, any issues that our family had with our cabin were met with resistance, check in took over 30 minutes and we had reservations months ago. Roads are too narrow and filled with potholes. The price is too high also - a nice hotel is less!

Cute place! Cabins are very rustic. Boo boos chalet literally has nothing. $232 per night and no sheets, towels etc. Love the porch swing and small porch. If you have issues with neighbors, such as smoking pot, obnoxious yelling and loud music, security will not answer your calls (of course blamed on staff shortages due to covid) The waterpark is nice and characters are adorable. Activities are nice, however, they are out of alot of the stuff. The pic-a-nic basket wasnt open both times we tried to get food, and again staff shortages. The little gift shop was so cute! Would I stay again: Im just not sure!

This campground is fine if you have your own tent, camper whatever. If your getting one of the retro lodges there which is a park model anywhere else it is so not worth the nightly fee. They are not in good condition at all. Ours was falling apart. Also if you rent a golf cart it is $20 for only 30 minutes and you can get a golf cart at most yogis for $60 for a whole 24 hour period. Only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because they do have the activities for the kids but some do cost more money and the pool and water zone but they are on the smaller side. We never got to try the water slide by the pool because they told us after the water zone closed that day they would open the water slide but never did.

Three starts only because the place would be GREAT for kids. My only real complaint would be the overly disorganized staff. Check-in was 4pm but we werent allowed keys until 5:36PM. Initially we complained about a payment issue at the time of booking so they offer to upgrade us to a nicer cabin. Which wouldve been great. However what actually happened was they had sold us a cabin for the weekend that was under construction and all the others like it were full. So instead of a nice quiet trip we literally spent the weekend next to the interstate.

We upgraded to a bigger spot, but you would have thought the place was full, because we couldnt just pick one that was empty. The bathroom was small, gross and had masses of people in it. There was no social distancing in the pool or hot tub, with masses of people allowed. It was old and a disgusting park. Will never stay there again.

It is just disappointing how little this place cares about its customers. I have been coming here since I was a child, and wanted to create that same experience for my children. We made reservations when Covid was on the down turn. Well, a multitude of things have happened since we made our reservation, including surging numbers and my husband returning unexpectedly from Korea. They dont care. They wont let me cancel. The manager says I signed a contract when I confirmed my reservation. I am not trying to cancel the day before, or even a week before. My reservation is for 7/31-8/4 and today is 7/7. I missed the 30 day window by a few days. I have never heard of a company that has a 30 day cancellation window. That is crazy. The worst part is they wont refund anything. Not even one dime. Nor will they give credit for a future trip. The reservation cost $900 and they are just going to keep it. I think it is thievery. Very disappointed in the lack of regard or consideration at this place for anything at all, except the might dollar.

My family and I stayed here from July 3-4. Bathrooms and showers are very dirty, shower water is cold. The owner is rude. We decided to shoot some fireworks before midnight to celebrate 4th of July. (Mind you, other people were lighting fireworks as well.) Owner showed up aggressively and tried to put out our firework with water. Started yelling and said we had to leave. An employee also showed up right after him and started yelling that it was enough. Simply did not let me speak. I guess they felt threatened and owner decided to pick up our broom and try and hit us with it. We confronted him and he wanted to call the close, and had us kicked out. STAY AWAY!!

It says the campsite was built in 1969 and it sure looks like it. The bathrooms toilets were all clogged with lumps of feces both evenings my family tried to go. The site says it had renovated bathrooms but i wonder if that renovation was pre 2000s because the toilets are dilapidated and the showers consist of a pipe. Now while it is still camping, the price you pay for a 2 tent site is equal to a 2-night hotel stay. Still a good time overall but this owner needs to put some of the earnings back into the park. Its tax deductible for Christs sake!

Overall this park is in poor repair and needs tons of updating.Grounds are weedy, cabins haven’t been properly cleaned or updated in a very long time.In our “lodge” Which is a 16’ mobile home, the central air doesn’t work and so they put a window unit in the ceiling so you have to stand on the countertop to turn it on, adjust the controls, etc. the bedroom door is hinges on the wrong side so you have to literally step into the bathroom to be able to open the bedroom door.Towels look like they’re 20 years old , as does all the furniture. Trim is falling off the cabinets, refrigerator and faucets are covered in rust and calcium from years of improper cleaning.Definitely will not return.Staff overall was friendly.

Went for a camping trip with my family and was fairly disappointed with this place. The sites were right on top of one another, no privacy whatsoever, and one of the sites was so uneven that no tent could be pitched on it whatsoever. When we arrived, there was broken glass all over the campsite that the staff then had an attitude about cleaning up. There was a hayride that went around the whole place after 9 pm, and each time they rode by a site with people, they would all shout. Very hard to get a toddler to sleep when that happens every 5-10 minutes. The last day we were there, we decided to pay for wristbands for the kayak/canoe rentals, and after we paid, they directed us to Mirror Lake State Park to rent the boats. We spent a very long time in line to get the kayaks, and when we got up to the front of the line they told us that they didnt know what the wristbands were because they werent for the state park. We went back to the campground and they did tell us where the actual rentals were, but they were extremely rude about it and we had already wasted over an hour that we could have been on the lake.I dont usually write reviews, but it was a very poor experience that could have been much better if the staff had at least treated us with some respect

So my family and I have been coming here for about 6 years now! We love it here ! We rented 5 cabins this past weekend ! But this time our experience wasn’t so pleasant. We were next to a “Karen” which was an employee there ! The first night we stayed she got mad at us for using her fire pit. We didn’t even know it was her fire pit because it was literally right next to our cabin. Which by the way she didn’t even use throughout the whole weekend! The second night she was just outside her camper sitting in her chair just staring at us The third night there we were outside eating , listening to music just enjoying ourselves being there and around 10:25pm she walked out of her camper and at 10:30pm she starts yelling at us saying “It’s quiet time!” She said that 3 times in a row before we told her that we had heard her the first time overall we had a good time ! That’s why I’m giving it 5 stars. But honestly we don’t know if we’ll go back there again & it’s sad because we’ve been going for about 6 years now and we’ve never had a problem before.

We do things like tye dye shirts, go on the hay ride wth Yogi, and have our nightly dance party. Their pools are clean and so much fun for kids and parents. Another awesome bonus is their, very affordable, wrist band to enjoy mini golf and the boat rentals on beautiful Mirror Lake. The food is great and they boast a wide variety of options on their daily menu. I had the please of meeting their new culinary worker, Lisa, on our last trip and she was such a pleasure to talk to. I must say we were really excited to come to Wisconsin dells jellystone campground as we had been to Fremont in the past and had a great experience. We called the campground directly to make our reservation. In making the reservation, our site was along Highway 90/94. When I asked if it was going to be very loud, they said “not too bad.” Unfortunately this was not the case at all and was not very relaxing as it was incredibly loud. Sitting outside, one had to essentially yell to carry on a conversation, even in a small group.Unfortunately we were also quite disappointed with the upkeep of the campground. It is very outdated. Specifically the restrooms and bathroom stall doors were mostly all broken and couldn’t lock. The women’s restroom one night flooded. The toilet paper dispensers did not work appropriately. My brother went to a different bathroom facility where there wasn’t even a door on the stall but instead a shower curtain with missing shower rings so it wouldn’t stay closed either. On our day of departure, we were having difficulty finding the dump station to empty our trailer. We went all the way to the gate where we asked one of the staff and she pulled out a map and could only find one of the two, completely unaware of where the second dump station was saying “I don’t know where it went.”In visiting the playground area near our site, one of the two slides on a fairly small set up was completely broken and unable to be used. We went during a slightly cooler weekend but on the warmest day hour of our stay, Thursday, unfortunately the kiddy water park area was not open either and not advertised as such.Again we have stayed at the jellystone Fremont campground in the past and had a great experience. Unfortunately for multiple reasons we were quite disappointed and would not stay here again. Incredibly overpriced for what was offered! Should be able to afford upkeep and updates.

We enjoyed our star here it was so much fun. I wish I could give it 5 stars though. The bathroom that were near the trailers had no hot water. I literally had to shower in Ice cold water. The sit we were at was a little hill I was so worried my 2 year old daughter would run down the hill also had no shade at all. Thankfully we had a tarp to make shade with. Other then that we had so much fun we loves the hay ride and the party they had at night. Also loved that the kiddie pool was away from the bigger pool. Did not have to worry about big kids trampling the smaller kids.

Me and my gal had an amazing time. It was really nice because it was so close to the dells. We pitched a tent and everyone around us were so nice at the camp ground? Decent showers, and the workers were so nice to us!Plan on going here again sometime!Thank you!

Unfortunately the campsite was not clean by any means. There was about 5 feet between us and the sites on either side. To top it off they had placed us in a site about 15 ft behind a pop up camper site. The site was unfortunately very uneven and sloped to the point that it was very easy to fall trying to get into your tent. Lets not forget the hayride that starts around 9pm-10pm singing and yelling to the camp sites it goes past. If you want to get your kids in bed at a decent time this is not the place for you.

They charged us with damages that happened before we got there. If you stay here Take pictures before you settle in. And when you leave. Some in our party were in cabins and reported bed bugs. And got kicked out because they reported them. Stay in Warrens.

I was not able to make a reservation as who I spoke to was so rude and would not honor the postcard rates. I was shocked by the tone of the phone calls. I made two trying to talk to someone else each time and the second was not anybetter. Argh...... my kiddos were looking forward to staying there.

Yogi Bear Wi dells will ensure full customer satisfaction, they were very kind to help me move to a better camp site. When ordering food or any other service they always have a good attitude. The best part for us is to have my daughter dance at the parties they usually have Saturday nights, also the DJ play at pool parties with games for all the kiddos. If you are camping try to have a place far away from the interstate.

When I was a kid back in the 70s, this was our favorite place to go camping. We just loved it on Cindy Circle with the pine trees and the hill down to the lake that has the sandstone outcroppings. The lake is absolutely gorgeous. Its not one of those boring wide open lakes where the sun beats down on you. Its actually a man made lake where they dammed up a creek. Its feels more like a river with lots of sandstone cliffs and trees that cast a cool, comfortable shade that is easy on your eyes. Though it feels like a river there is no apparent flow to fight paddling up stream, just a serine relaxing experience.Even though you are surrounded by the natural beauty that God created, you are right near all the fun and action that the Dells can deliver. If you like shopping for deals, there is a Tanger Outlet Mall just down Gasser Road a stretch. A stretch, thats country-speak for close by.

This is a great family campground. It’s a classic. Plenty of family activities to do all day long. I’ve been coming here for 10 years. No it’s not a brand new modern resort. It has everything you need.

I rented a cabin for 299 a night , cabin was very basic. The pool are was fun for kids . I was very happy about the on site general store had alot to choose from at a great price. Staff members dont speak good English but they are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to a friend but try and find a better price then I did for cabin not worth 299 more like 160.

Im not even sure where to start. We were so excited for our Memorial weekend stay at a new place. Our daughters were especially excited since it was a kids themed campgrounds. I realized very last minute that the site we originally booked was a tent site(I really wish it were made clearer on the website) and that our travel trailer *would* fit, but would only be on a 20amp. So they switched us to a Red Carpet site. That site was a joke. It had shared electric with the site next to us and the plug was so far, our cord couldnt even reach it, so we had to use our 20amp extension cord because there were no 30amp extensions provided. So we ended up paying $166 extra when we still were on 20amp, essentially. There were molded leaves right next to the site where our table was, the water was being worked on next to us, so our kids couldnt even play freely around our site for fear of getting hurt where there was work being done. The mini golf, while a fun thing to do, needed some serious attention; very dirty and unkempt. The bathrooms/showers closest to us were out of order, so we went to the next closest for showers and after waiting for THIRTY minutes for the freezing water to warm up, we gave up and walked back because it was still freezing. The planned activities were very fun, but I really wish that attention was paid to the actual campgrounds. As we were leaving, we hit a pothole along the trail and busted our gray waterline because of the roads being unkempt. Very, very disappointed and will not return.

Electrical boxes tilting with exposed wires, low-hanging branches over campground roadways, no lifeguard on duty, nails protruding from doorways. I could keep going on. The owner of this campground completely disregards camper safety by negligently not addressing safety issues that are brought to his attention.Similar safety issues are also brought up in other reviews, but as you can guess, nothing has been fixed. The owner is shady, and his negligence WILL get somebody killed. In the meantime, do yourself a favor and spend a few more bucks stay at a reputable area campground.

Had a great family weekend get away! Had kids ranging from 6-14 and there were activities for everyone. The kids loved the nightly Yogi Bear cartoons and the DJ on Saturday was a big hit! Very clean, staff was very friendly. Only downside was that it is right off of the interstate so there is constant traffic noise, but after awhile it becomes white noise.

Dont get me wrong. Myself, my husband and our kids all had a great time. However we were there this past July. It was Halloween week. Kids had fun with the activities and the waterpark along with the mini golf. However you people truly need to have a separate walking path for guests. There are WAY to many blind spots for the drivers and there are small children everywhere. Sharing the street with the cars is so very unsafe. I said it all weekend. Someone was going to end up getting hit by a car. My worst fears came true the day we were supposed to check out. Just 5 or 6 campsites down from ours a little girl got hit by a truck and killed. And worst of all it was by an employee. You think they would know they are approaching spots where they can not see the children walking in the road! I know that man felt terrible, my heart goes out to that childs family and to that employee. I truly feel more precautions should have been taken, such as a separate walking path, especially since this is a park geared towards children. This was the very first time we have ever visited Yogis jelly stone park. And it will be the very last. Although we had fun, I will never be able to get that image out of my head. And feel that as a campground geared towards children and families that safety should be your highest priority. However you people showed me it was not. I did not run into 1 pleasent employee the whole time I was there, and they all spoke VERY poor English. Good luck getting anything you really want from the picnic basket or bar. Its pretty much a surprise because they dont understand what you want. I could have lived with that however. But SAFETY. Whoever owns this park truly needs to rethink everything about it. What a sad tragedy!
