My husband and I saw this place online and were impressed by the prices for such a nice room so we decided to book a few days for our anniversary trip. The one bedroom we stayed in was beautiful, clean and had a wonderful washer/dryer in unit as well as dishwasher, jacuzzi and fireplace! We loved the activities in the Fun Pass and really enjoyed ourselves! The staff we came in contact with were friendly and very helpful.The reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their neglect to enforce the wearing of masks by those staying at the resort. A disturbingly large amount of guests were walking around without masks which was pretty uncomfortable for us. As requested, I did speak with one of the representatives in registration about it and was informed that corporate requests mask-wearing but wouldnt enforce it since it is not mandated. With how serious Covid is, mask wearing should not be optional especially with the amount of people at the resort. Peoples personal preference should come second to their safety. We would love to visit again in the future but the risk is quite concerning. Corporate, please update your policy to try to keep everyone safe.

Great timeshare resort. Weve been utilizing this location for over 5 years. The recent upgrades to the facility and rooms is very welcoming and shows theyre taking pride in their property.

Our first trip to the Dells. We have been Wyndham Owners for about 3 years now and have traveled to many Wyndam Resorts. So far this has been one of the most beautiful resorts we’ve stayed at. So many activities right here on the resort. Great place to bring the small children or just get away for some adult time. We definitely look forward to returning again some day.

Great for whole family. Large kids area & close walking distance to the wave pool. Good alcoholic drinks. The Burger Barn was good food but very short on options (pizza & 4 simple burger choices). Thought it would be larger.

This is our home resort and its less than two hours from Milwaukee. Suites are spotless, check in easy but be specific if you have mobility issues as for a room close to the water park crossover. I commend the lifeguard staff...they are always watching and alert. We were there during a tornado and the had everyone out of the water in minutes and to their rooms or safer areas. I do wish there was a larger adult only pool instead of the slides, lazy rivers and hot tubs. There is a smaller one way in back but a nice deeper one would be great!

We normally love it however, my husband called and asked about safety in regard to Coronavirus and with what he was told, he felt itd be safe to come. However, he was afraid to go in the hall because of people not wearing masks. At the waterparks no table or chairs were removed or spaced to encourage social distancing. Everything was full capacity, we had trouble finding parking. We stayed overnight one night because of the long drive home and left the next morning rather than staying the 3 wed planned. So if you are concerned about the Coronavirus at all, you may not want to go there until there is a safe vaccine.

Still open and at capacity! Ton of stuff to do and friendly staff. Great area. We like coming back as often as we can get in. Rooms are big and clean. The kitchen makes it worth the trip every time. Love the jacuzzi bath in the room too! Now that the keys are on a wristband it is even more convenient.

I booked this room for my son and his significant other for his birthday, which is today. They have reported that everything was excellent and would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to find a great place to have fun or just relax. First time in many years that I have given him a present that he enjoyed as much, so Thank you for taking care of them assuring them of a problem free and relaxed week-end.

This property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I only had one issue and my key card stopped working but i was able to text the property. they sent an engineer and I was able to get right back into my room.

Loved it! So much fun to be had! Our 9, 12, and 14 year old boys had a blast and we did too! Great indoor/outdoor swimming pools and slides, putt out, go carts, something for everyone! Beautiful accommodations. Excellent service!

We are owners and this is where we always prefer to stay in WI, because everything we need is either at the resort or very nearby. Our unit is always clean, fresh and well stocked with basic household essentials. Its truly home away from home, something for everyone in the family to do without having to leave the resort and a very nice and short road trip from IL.

Beautiful rooms with kitchens, laundry, everything, great for a family vacation, the adjacent Wilderness waterparks are some of the best in the Wisconsin Dells. Our family typically spends 2-3 nights, 2-3 times a year.

Noisy people upstairs! had to call three times each night to management to have them be quite. Saturday afternoon had to call maintenance water coming through bathroom ceiling in master bedroom. Otherwise a nice clean suite, and enjoyed the extras.

We actually didn’t stay here but went on the tour for the timeshares.I was offered a 2 night/ 3 day stay @ Glacier Canyon Lodge, Wisconsin Dells, WI if my husband & I took a 120 minute Wyndham timeshare tour. My husband and I did it and did receive the 30,000 points toward hotel stay and Joe stayed under the time limit promise. Joe McFadden did an amazing job presenting the company. We didn’t purchase, but we did enjoy the tour and appreciate their honesty and that they did not use high pressure sales tactics or bullying. And we look forward to using our 30,000 points over the next four years to get free or cheaper hotel rooms! And I’m looking forward to staying at this resort! It’s beautiful and has an amazing water park!

The stay was amazing, my deluxe 1bedroom made me feel right at home. I can’t wait to visit again soon. I love everything about the whole stay.

Ive been coming to the Dells every year since I was a kid. Ive been coming back to this resort every year for the last 8 years. This resort is always clean and has the friendliest staff, not to mention the best rooms. This place has it all! Water parks (4 outdoor, 4 indoor), pools, water slides (big and small) lazy rivers, splash pads, go carts, mini golf, golf course, indoor playland, rope course, indoor mini golf and go carts, arcades, restaurants, swim up bars and hot tubs. Shuttle buses to get you there if you cant handle the walk. There is something for everyone at this resort and located close to all the other attractions the Dells has to offer. I just spent 5 days here with my family and we could have easily spent a few more days. You wont be disappointed with this resort. We look forward to visiting again next year!

If you want Covid, this is the place to come!I called before booking to ask about additional covid procedures and was told they are doing extra cleaning, limiting contact, requiring masks while not in the water and practicing social distancing. While they do have signs on the entrances stating that masks are required and stickers on the floors for distancing, they do not enforce any of it.30% of the families here wear masks as they walk the hallways, common areas, lobbies and store. No employee says anything to those unmasked. Management says they can’t require it, even though they have signs on the door and told me by phone it is a requirement.No one uses the stickers on the floor either. I understand this is harder to regulate, but lifeguards walk by regularly and could easily be reminding people to distance.The practices I was told prior to booking were lies. For putting my family at risk I give them one star. If you don’t want to wear mask, that’s fine, but don’t lie to me about it.

The stay was wonderful...Many options of activities for the whole family.We absolutely loved our room, it felt like being at home with all the amenities.It was so nice, the kids wanted to extend our trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Club Wyndham Glacier Canyon. It was nice having access to the Wilderness property as well. There was hand sanitizer and gloves available everywhere. A few spots were closes or closed early. It would have been nice to have signage throughout the property posting closures and better directions. The place is huge. We visited one water park with the slides, which was closed, but one pool was a bit too crowded for us. Over all, it was fine. We had a nice time. There was a presentation but no pressure.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Wisconsin Dells. Multiple indoor and outdoor water parks, multiple restaurants, our suite offered a full kitchen, candy store, arcades, and so many more amenities. A+.

Weve been Wyndham vacation club owners for over a decade. With five children it would be difficult to afford the type of accommodations a time share membership offers. We typically book a week in March here every winter. Its a great get away from the snow and nice to have many options for the kids.

Very enjoyable, with the current covid situation, in most areas was not that crowded. In the pool areas Yes there was some people did not care about socal distant but many try to stay the distance in the lines.

Great place for the kids and adults. They have a wonderful infinity pool that has one of the many beautiful views that compliments the dells!!

Reservation was not right, they kept telling me we were double booked and one person said they would fix it only for me to call to check on our room to have another person tell me we were double booked.. Frustrating.. Front desk was rude when we called to ask for additional towels and instead of explaining that they were not doing that because of the virus, the man rudely said that it is our responsiblity to wash towels since there was a washer and dryer in the unit besides no towel exchange due to covid.

The best way to stay at The Wilderness is via Glacier Canyon. Weve stayed here twice in the regular accommodations & twice in the Glacier Canyon section. HANDS DOWN I would stay in Glacier Canyon every time! The rooms are spacious & have a kitchen (saved us money by stocking the fridge for our terms). Its a long walk by many of the regular rooms have a long walk as well. Definitely will stay at Glacier Canyon again.

Huge resort with multiple amenities for all!

Got a 2 bedroom presidential suite. Very nice condo. Nice set up and modern. Came with a large balcony, full kitchen and laundry facility. Still too spread out to get to the different water parks.

Great place for people with kids. Check in time 10 AM checkout and 4 PM FIRM!!!Otherwise, food was better than expected, and actually really good.Great activities and pools, both indoor and outdoor.Parking tight close to some of the buildings, but easy access.

We love to take mini/long vacations at the Wilderness. We only like to stay at the Glacier Canyon though because their accommodations are the best at the Wilderness. Its like a home away from home, but better. Wyndham is definitely the way to go. They make it easy to vacation.

Kids love all the water parks.

Very nice rooms, but the walk to the park was over a mile away (tracked with step counter). You can take the shuttle, but that is cold this time of year, especially when your wet from the park. The adult pool was extremely packed. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the lady at the information desk didnt know what a Fish Fry was? Really, in Wisconsin? Tip: Surivors has a Friday fish fry on property!

Condo we rented was clean beautifully maintained. Kitchenette, dining room table, fire place, bedrooms plus pullout sofas shower and a whirl pull tub in master suit. All kitchen appliance plus cups, plates, toaster and utensils.

Very fun in the off season. Can’t imagine crowds in the summer. A wonderful getaway with the family! Don’t miss out on the giant floating daiquiri glass with a sippi cup lid.

We were on the first floor and the people upstairs were outrageously noisy. The outdoor parks were too far from the room. Bottled water was nowhere to be found. Guest Services were non-existent.

We always enjoy the full condo! The space for the kids to be able to stretch thier legs (or run around like little crazies!) Plus the full kitchen with the basic necessities is a must! We do not do hotel rooms anymore. The comfort of a home feel is a must!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. This place is very packed on the weekends but the staff is also very prompt with any need to your room.

We have been coming here for years and always have a good time! The location is great and like that the water parks are easier to keep track of kids. The condos are always nice and comfortable, which makes the stay enjoyable. Check-in was efficient and staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend to take the water shuttle over to the Wilderness on the Lake pool, it is a nice view and a bit quieter pace from the other water parks.Always good to see the kids smiling and sleeping, very, very well after a day of fun. Keep up the good work.

Nice Presidential suite! It is good if you like waterparks, go-karts, and mini-golf, etc. No view of the lake.

So much to offer. The combination of indoor and outdoor parks available are amazing (6 total). We stayed in a 2 bed deluxe condo that was heads and tails better than any normal hotel. Lots more to do here also with the arcades, golf, and much more.

Went there for my granddaughters Birthday. Wisconsin Dells location. Her mother & boyfriend rented a Condo 2 full bedrooms & baths, hot tub in the Master bedroom, stove, Full Fridge & microwave, including free washer & dryer with a fire place & Balcony for $100.00 a night through some special app. Many indoor water parks & activities for children. Hot Tub in the Water Park was Awesome. They have a pool bar lol go figure, The drinks are pricey, but Delicious. A lot of walking to get from 1 location to another. Im a bit too old for all that walking. Thank God l had my cane!!!! Definitely worth the money....Will go again.

Clean, expansive, well outfitted rooms! This resort has everything you need to stay and play! Large play area for kids as well as three indoor water parks and a wave pool. Wonderful place to stay and feel at home with a full kitchen that is stocked with all kitchen items needed. Would definitely recommend for families with all age children, for large groups, for parties, add well as couples who just want to have fun! Close to all of the excitement with excellent dining options within a small radius. Would recommend visiting Monks which is just across the parking lot.

Excellent vacation spot for kids of most ages. On-premise attractions (wet and dry). Nice to have indoor and outdoor options in Wisconsin weather. Not Sure of affordability, as our stay was a gift.

We took our 2 & 4 yr old grandsons for a few days. Unfortunately the main waterpark was closed for maintenance during our stay. We tried the shuttle bus to Cozy Cub waterpark and that park turned out to be a good fit for the younger ones!

I enjoy the people that work there. They were friendly.

Beautiful accommodations through Wyndham. Friendly, professional, and hospitable service. Great food and facilities. So much to do! Only partial complaint is the floors in the childrens pool areas are too rough, and its easy for the kiddos to scrape their hands and knees if they slip (as kids often do).

Went to Wisconsin Dells for 4 days 3 nights, Glacier Canyon resort was doing some upgrades so we had a bit of a walk when we were leaving on the last morning, we had loads of fun with the grand kids at the wave pool, then childrens pool, also went to a really large Arcade and play area for the little ones, all in all a Great Time Was Had By Everyone.

Terrible check in process, very limited use of waterpark attractions. Staff not willing to understand problems

Cozy place for families. Large room with kitchen, laundry. Facility include Indoor water park; game room, fitness gym and much more. Sheets on the sofa bed wasnt clean. 15mins from ski resort.

We had an excellent stay at Glacier Canyon. I think this is a great location for kids that are a little older and adults. We went as a family (kids age 10 & 13). They could go on every slide but one for our 10 year old (he didnt weigh the 90 lbs). The food selection was decent. The grounds were a little confusing but we figured things out quickly. The lazy river at the Dinosaur themed pool is the best!

Great value! Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Water parks are big and fun. You get a big room with full kitchen and living room, access to all water parks and activities. You are basically renting someone’s timeshare condo. This is fine but they attempt a fairly aggressive sales pitch attempting to get you to come their 2 hour timeshare meeting. They offer you a free vacation with it but I’m always skeptical of that kind of stuff. I was polite but firm in saying no and they ultimately asked me to think about and get back to them and it was done. All in all it was great place to stay.

This is one of our favorite Wyndham resorts. Three generations enjoy the water parks we have access to. Check-in is always smooth and units well taken care of. Only one downside: we always seem to get the unit below galloping or furniture-jumping children.

We received a text saying we could check in at 11. We checked in at 1pm, was told our room wasnt ready. Maybe 4 or 5. Allison at the check in desk was Rude, Argumentative, told us that she would put us in the back of the line and we would be lucky to have a room by 7pm. Finally got a manager, Don, he was understanding and tried to help. Did not fix the awful experience we had with Allison.

Very fun for a vacation with kids. There is so much to do! The accommodations were very nice and luxurious! We very much enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Accommodations and the water parks were all great. We appreciated the shuttle that made visiting all the water parks much easier.

Can I give you a ZERO? We are owners and are not able to check in til 7 pm?! They said the rooms were not cleaned? You need to be prepared for the number of people you have coming in because you know that number.We need to book our reservation 6-10 months in advance. We have to check out by 10 am, yet we cant check in til 7?

Although renovations were ongoing the noise was minimal and did not disrupt our vacation. The room was very nice and what you come to expect from Wyndham. It was nice to have a shuttle provided to get to the several restaurants located at the facility. The only reason I deducted a star was due to one of the attached water parks being closed. I called Wyndham Glacier Canyon prior to booking and nothing was mentioned about 1 Park being closed. When we checked in is when we were I formed that there is always one park closed during the quiet time.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo. Rooms are spacious, newly renovated. Easy access to multiple indoor and outdoor water parks. We really enjoyed!!

Cant wait to go back next year. Our condo we stayed in was perfect. We were there for the wine trolley n it was the perfect location.

If you’ve been to other Wyndham resorts, it’s quite similar. But in Wisconsin Dells, it’s definitely the way to go. The Dells is filled with old school motels that have been “renovated.” And this is a big step up.The water parks are way less chaotic and better managed than others in the Dells, thus it’s easier to manage your kids.Don’t get me wrong, this place isn’t designed for romance. It’s family.If you want high end hotel, look at Sundara Inn and Spa (or avoid the Dells altogether lol).But Wyndham is at the heart of all the new expansion in the region. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.
