Its Good By The Way The Make A Illinois Guys Sent Us Here since our baby surviving her cancer thing?

The rooms are big, the bad part is the walk to get to the water parks, the night is quiet, room are clean may need shampoo the carpet and once in a while detail vacuum in edges and corners, bed sheets are smelly not much but with many people using it they should consider more laundry. Other than that its a great experience.

Very nice for the price but request the top (third) floor. Lots and lots of noise from upstairs. But other than that a good place, very clean, great value for the price and great extras (admission to Tommy Bartlett, water park, wildlife reserve, free mugs and t-shirts).

I love coming to the Kalahari Hotel because its nice and relaxing getaway to have a great vacation I enjoyed coming to the Kalahari hotel because its so much fun and meeting new people.

Kalahari Sands resort was beautiful, clean and staff was extremely nice.

Bed bugs at both hotels now, sands and main. Be warned. They dont staff sands hotel side front desk overnight. Shuttle is limited. Arcade closes before amc last movie gets out and locks hallway back to hotel.Good memories, been going for 22 years. The rooms at there stands side are much nicer, probably newer too. it was quieter more insulated. couldnt hear people in the hallways passing by. the rooms had more space, bigger bathtubs, nicer closets, large living room. its worth the extra walk through the skyway. Sands also has a front desk so you dont need to check in at the main hotel. If you get a lodge or combo hut/lodge, the lodge part has jets in the bathtub. only fits 1 person , maybe 2 squished. but its deep and wide and nice for 1 person to enjoy. your lodge has a full kitchen with DISHWASHER. highly recomended if you can afford it. love the bath tub the most, it fits your whole body at one time under water. even for overweight people.

Rooms are newer and VERY clean and didnt have that musty smell like most watetpatk hotels. I will request a room here next time.

The room itself wasnt worth the $350 we spent for the one night stay but the staff were great and actually helped us after we checked out with retrieving a wallet we forgot in the rooms safe.

Kept having elevator problems which caused for extra walking.
