Pleasantly surprised with the venue layout. With all of the different balconies/levels and length of railings theres a ton of front row views. We got there after the show started and still managed to get in the second row on the second floor balcony. Plenty of bars so lines arent too long outside of intermission before the headliner. Food was also good from the little food service area in the rear left corner. Excited for the next concert that we have tickets to!

Always a good venue. Big enough for top acts but small enough to always be close. Easy access to parking and easy access to drinks. The place was packed to the hills last night for Citizen Cope. One of his best shows. Plenty of energy which isnt always the case.

Outstanding place to see a metal show. Ground pounding drums thunder off every rafter. Ive never seen a crowd worked into such a frenzy. If it was a cup of beer, the brew would be foaming over the rim like it was shaken by Ray Lewis for 24 hours straight. Highly recommend.

One of the best places to see a concert, especially the local metal boys KIX! I liked how the parking garage is built-in and we were at the venue in only a few minutes. The sound was amazing and their light show was awesome! Drinks were the standard pricing youll find at any show.

I took my daughter and her friend to see the why dont we concert, we had a great time. I was surprised at how fast the line moved once the doors opened, and I was very happy with the view we had. If theres another concert /show Im interested in, I will be going back if given the opportunity. I would definitely recommend The Rams Head Live to family and friends.

We went to see DEVIL MAKES THREE. It is a nice sized venue where you can see the stage rather closely. The staff are extremely helpful both on the phone and at Rams Head Live!My only complaint is there is little to no seating. We had to bring in wheelchairs so some of our party could sit due to health problems.

I went to see The Struts for the first time at Rams Head Live! and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience! The venue has a well amount of space inside and consists of multiple tiers. It is a standing oriented venue though with only one row of bleacher type seats placed in front of the stage in the second tier sunken back against a wall; these seats have a straight shot to the stage though and dont detract from the viewing experience! The sound was well managed and I didnt feel I was being blasted by speakers the entire time, I simply got to enjoy all the band had to offer. There are two bar areas located on the main floor and one on the second tier, the second tier has a sitting area behind it but does not allow you to see the stage from within it. Near as my experience went the only thing to mention is the way the waiting line is set up. Its a smaller space and so the line wrapped around the corridors until people were outside of the doors and there was question as to who was there first and vice versa. The staff was very friendly and was able to manage the lines well however. For being a first time experience Id say Rams Head Live! in Baltimore got it right and Ill be going back to see more bands perform!

Love going to Ramshead to see shows. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Bartenders are always quick with your drink. No bad seats in the house. Excellent place to see a show. It’s not too big so you won’t feel disconnected with the artists you’re seeing. Lots of convenient parking and plenty of places nearby to keep partying after the show.

Ive seen some great national acts play at Rams Head. They have a decent setup too, with a loft and 5 or 6 bars so you can usually get a drink pretty quick. Sometimes it gets pretty crowded and its standing room only unless you get VIP. But it has some benches above the loft if you need to take a break. Its loud, but exactly what youd expect from a venue like this.

Have electronic tickets on your device screen BEFORE entering the building. There is a known dead zone at the coat check/security checkpoint/entrance. I had to walk back outside to sign in to the Axs app (AT&T network). This venue offers numerous, comfortable vantage points from the balcony area including; stools along the railing, elevated perches, and a set of bleacher-like concrete steps. Floor seats were simply folding chairs. The staff were friendly, and did give helpful advice when asked. For instance, I was advised not to pay for premium parking, as they can validate parking down to $5 at the door. (Full disclosure: the validation machine was malfunctioning the night of the show, so I wound up paying the full amount.) You can get food there too - the huge chicken tenders are quite good and served with fries, $18.

I go here for shows pretty frequently. I dont like the layout. The sound can be pretty bad if you are stuck under the balcony, which is a lot of the main floor standing space. This is a great venue! If you are preparing to come down here for a concert anytime in the near future plan on staying after the show! The venue itself is on the smaller scale but still fits a lot of people. They have two or three bar areas, places to sit, and of course the stage on the main level. The audio sounds great and the place get loud, which is what you expect in a concert venue. After the concert, plan on staying and grabbing a drink or visiting one of the local restaurants just out the doors of Rams Head. This is a cool little spot, that reminds me of the charm that is Baltimore.

I have been here many times. It is a great place to hear a band. The acoustics and lights are great. They have a few bars dotted throughout the venue, so if you want a drink you dont have to go far. The beer is $10 a pint. This is a mostly standing up venue with very few seats. I love this set up, but it can be difficult if you have trouble standing for a couple of hours at a stretch or of youre not prepared mentally to be standing up the whole time youre there. They have a coat check. It costs $3. It is well worth it since youll be holding your coat in your hands or wearing it if you dont check it.

Went to a Concert last night with Family. I love the Venue except for one small issue. When the concert let out other then being corralled like cattle out one area when we got to the main hallway they informed us that we had to go out the back door due to having a minor with us, because of the open air Bar. I know its their policy and I dont have a problem with that I just think its a suggestion that there should be a sign stating after a certain hour that Minors must exit the back door. SO that we dont have to fight with the opposite flow of traffic.
