As a dancer there Ive discovered that depending on your race determines everything. Drinks are $25 for ladies and the rule used to be you would get $10 back off of each drink at the end of the night for example if you made $100 worth of drinks you would get paid $40 at the end of the night which can add up pretty fast if youre good at what you do. Now the owner John makes it where white women are making $80 for 4 drinks base pay meaning as long as they make 4 they are guaranteed to leave with at least $80 not including tips. Black women however are making pennies on the dollar for the same for example I was told I would only get $6 for making 3 drinks so Black women are making $2 off of each drink to discourage them from working there because just saying black women arent allowed would be against the law right? Regardless of the Owners personal opinion on Race Men/Women who goes there likes all different shapes,sizes,color and to do this to women thats making money for your establishment is basically pimping without the physical abuse . I do not recommend this club for employment at all totally a waste of time especially for women of color.

The staff service is to pushy and not friendly, would not let me relax.
