Went in to keep a buddy of mine company this past Black Friday (everything half off until 4:00) & was pleasantly surprised by the sheer size of their collection. The two women on shift were very nice, made small talk and were very willing to help us find specific things/ opening packaging etc. All in all an underrated place. Will be returning :-)

I visited this store on Friday 9/15. It was the worst experience ever. The woman working there was on some type of power trip as ruler of the sex toys and lingerie. I spent a long time in the store shopping for lingerie and even told the worker i had something special to do. All was fine until i was checking out and she explained to me that she couldnt sell me one of the expensive toys because she had no way to test it. I asked additional questions because it was the remote she couldnt test because she didnt have the battery but i told her she could just test the main piece i didnt care about the remote.She says ok ill test it but i still cant sell it to youI say ok just ring me up for the rest of the stuffShe says so you dont want this now?I laughed and said you just told me you wouldnt sell it to meShe said ok im not selling you anything nowWhen i asked her why she said it was because i laughed in a mocking way.I was never rude or inappropriate in any way and i did not deserve that treatment.I had to BEG her to sell me my stuff because i had something to do and no time to go to another store.I apologized for laughing and offered to buy her dinner.The lingerie i was purchasing was over 100 dollars. I cant believe they are doing that to customers.After pleading and begging and apologizing ( she was being very rude but i just wanted to buy my stuff so i was being nice), after all that she agreed to sell me the stuff so that i could get out of her storeAs i left i told her i hoped she has a better day.This was the most bizarre experience ive ever had at a store ive never had to beg any one to purchase stuff and i never would i just had no time.I encourage every one to shop at another store. This store does not care about your business and they do not deserve your business.

I arrived at the store at 8:50 pm and the door was locked. The older man behind the counter stated the store was closed but I could clearly see a couple shopping and another couple checking out. I guess the closing timer should be changed to Whenever grandpa gets tired, instead of 9 pm.

Its a nice store, some products need major update, this store also needs to open there doors on time, and need to promote there business more , they need customers BAD

Spent over 100 dollars on few things one item was defective and they wouldnt replace it or refund my money!!! Save your money most of their stuff is of low quality anyway.
