Its clean and comfortable settingthe food is always fresh and warm. Its become my go to place. Salad fresh.all the toppings. Great selection on pizza. Lets not forget the staff. IT felt nice to walk through the door and to be remembered after only one visit. Very friendly and polite. Great place.

John’s Incredible Pizza is a great place and it’s a full day entertainment place. This place also have enough space to accommodate parties, get togethers etc. they have Monday to Friday and weekend prices for entry. Once you enter the food is completely free and they do have good vegetarian food options. Fun is endless they gave lots and lots of play areas and different kind of entertaining games. They have small train rides, merry go round many more.. Great place for kids with lots of food, play and fun.. they do have large parking area with wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. You can book the tickets in advance and just walk in directly. Overall very good place to spend with kids.

We were celebrating my neighbors 22 year old sons birthday today and decide to go to Johns Incredible Pizza. Coincidentally Chad had never been there before so he was a store for a real surprise. You was complaining how fully was as you kept going back to the different bars to stock up his food. I had a wonderful salad as usual with lots of stuff that I dont usually find on a salad bar and with the Caesar salad dressing oh, they vegetarian bacon bits and croutons oh, its just spiced up the whole salad so nicely. Also had some pizza but not a lot cuz there was a lot of room left for me. Had a great two trips to the desert bar cheesecake cinnamon rolls ice cream and wonderful banana pudding from heaven.

Its $12 all-you-can eat pizza place. My 5yo daughter loves it. Full of arcade games and rides. Its a kids paradise. They serve about 20 different kinds of pizzas. If you can, try the hamburger flavored one. They also have pasta and a nice salad bar. They serve sodas, and for the grown-ups...beer. Good place to spend 3 hours. The themed dining rooms are great.

Really polite staff Everytime. Great pizzas for a good price. Also the have taps inside to fill up for your game day. This place has been a go to for my family and I for about 20 or more years. I hope it stays around.

August 2019 gets a child up to 12 in for $2.99 with paid adult. I have not been here in a while and forgot that I actually enjoyed the food. Since my last visit, they added a glow in the dark mini golf course and mini bowling alley. Simple, but fun. What I also forgot about were the games that dont properly work. Especially, the ones that only spit out tickets. Too many machines either did not give out tickets or the improper amount. To a child, thats frustrating. And make the prizes more achievable for kids. They work hard to get these tickets and think they are getting something awesome and when they reach the booth with their $20 worth of tickets, they qualify for a prize that costs the company a nickel!

This place should definitely needs to be shut down, the staff is rude, they definitely dont have any proper safe sanitation! very dirty kitchen and rusty equipment. always messy and many encounters with roaches. I was an employee there and they definitely need to get a huge upgrade

A little disappointed in the selection at lunch time ,salad bar nice but the rest of the selection was hit and miss. The fried chicken was very bland. Had to ask for alot of items that were out.

The pizza has always been bad. The drinks are average. Its a bit expensive to go more than by yourself. The games are new and better than average on one side and old and broken down on the other side. The rides are ok. The prizes are way too expensive, considering 40 tickets per 4 coins is considered well above average. Its a great place to spend $100 for 3-4 hours of....... lets call it entertainment and food.

We decided to get out of the snow and freezing cold for a night (we live in Tehachapi) and take our son to Johns on Saturday 11/30/19, I expected it to be busy because it was a Saturday and raining but it was a little more busy than I expected. They were clearly overwhelmed, not enough staff to keep the place clean, including the bathrooms, not enough staff to help in the game rooms and half of their games were busted. We bought a Black Friday deal card for $20 and were told it was a $40 value but after having to swipe the card multiple times in several machines we probably only got $20 of value from it. The games are outdated and need a good cleaning. The food is mediocre at best, its what you would expect from an all you can eat buffet. All in all the place was a madhouse and not well kept and we probably wont be back. The girl at the register was very pleasant.

Always crowded, staff needs to thoroughly clean the machines the kids play on. Reeks of urine in carpet. The food is ok, but so many people bumping into each other & its not sanitary some good dropping into other foods.

Went for birthday party, the party rooms are good size and semi customizable as far a how many people you are having. Staff was very attentive to the children, had pizza and sodas ready when we entered the room, hostess stayed in room entire time making the kids balloon animals and serving the cake. Cleaned up as they went so there wasnt a huge mess. As for the non 5 star rating the games, while fairly cheap to play 2-4 credits from your refillable game card the tickets given back are pretty slim. On $40 worth of game play we occured 850 tickets pretty minimal considering most redemption prizes are in the neighborhood of 2500-59000. So if you want decent all you can eat pizza, salad, pastas, dessert, and drinks then do that! Just resist the urge to play the games which if you have kids with you isnt going to happen so be happy with your $40 finger cuffs and plastic rings and have a blast.

Its really fun here The only thing I have complain ts about is that the games are always taken your credits away when they dont even work they need to work on fixing most of there games because most of them are never working but for the o es that do work they are fun my kids always enjoy there time here

Food is pretty good. Nothing to write home about, but hot, fresh, and tasty. The dining room tables were generally dirty due to the quick/high turnover. There was a good selection of games/rides for all ages, and they seemed to all be in good working condition. Not too over priced, but perhaps a little crowded and loud.

Place is beyond dirty. I had pasta and there was a hair in there which could be mine, but it was under a lot of pasta so I doubt it. Cookies were undercooked, and soda tasted like chlorine, I honestly wanted to puke.

Indoor ,rain or hot weather your safe great buffa pizza and salads better than chunky cheese and10 time larger bumper cars ect.

My niece had a birthday party there and the cost of the party was not worth it. Food was good but the party room was tiny. The wall between our room and the room next to us was paper thin. The party hostess is required to be in the room at all times... its a bit awkward when youre eating and shes pretty much watching everyone like a hawk. I will say the kids had a good time. In my opinion, if youre going to have a party there, dont spring for the party package because its not worth money. Grab some normal tables and spend the money on tokens. Thats all the kids really want to do anyways.

Not a fan of this location. The buffet was mostly empty maybe 4 pizzas although they have room for 15. It was early dinner time but that hadnt prepared enough food. There were lots of customers so not quite sure how they calculate bringing out food. We were a party of 9 and were in the dining room almost an HR and no one ever came to pick up our tables. The variety is also lacking in comparison to other locations we have visited. We will probably not visit this location again.

I havent been there in ages and decided to take my granddaughter tonight. I was very disappointed in the selection or lack of. There was only a couple of slices of maybe 5 different pizzas and had to wait 6 minutes for a fresh pizza. The salad bar was messy and the floor dirty. The soda area was sticky and messy also. Needless to say, we didnt stay long.

We had our grandsons 3rd birthday party there invited by the in laws and we were surprised with great service, nice spacious place, buffet great quality all you can eat and we will hold another birthday in near future for our other grand children. thank you to our in laws for Inviting us. We enjoyed and had a great time!

Amazing! I went here on my B-day. Though please fix the rides or games, if broken, as quickly as possible before kids and parents waste their credits.The rides are fun, sometimes Laser Tag brakes down and it is unfair to the kids who have been waiting so long to play it.Food is amazing. Some dining rooms have a TV for kids to watch some movies.~Take your family and friends for more fun~

The food quality is pretty good for a pizza buffet. They have lots of tasty pizza options, a pretty solid salad bar, and their dessert cookies are great. Seriously, they make some of the best sugar cookies I have ever eaten. The rest of the desserts are ok and kids love the ice cream machines. They even serve beer now! The arcade is a lot of fun and has lots of classic arcade games as well as skee ball, glow in the dark mini golf, and few carnival type rides.

Dont go on a late Sunday afternoon. Its packed,the floors were filthy, tables were sticky. We had to bus our own table it was ridiculous for the 140.00 I spent there. Maybe try a different day. One thing was the food was delicious and pizza was fresh.

Good stuff. About $12 or $13 for the adult buffet and the arcade is quite a good size. Only a couple out of order games and I saw several people tweaking and maintaining the games.The food was good too. Large variety and a pizza that i would have never considered. Spicy pepperoni and peanut butter pizza. Its better than it sounds.

So much fun for the family. Good prices and buffet food options ... but the line, wish someone warned us about the line! We went after a soccer tournament with our team, and half of the tournaments teams must have been there. We waited an hour and a half to get in! Worth planning the day prior to pay the day prior! We know for next time!

Nice family friendly place to get good food and have a fun time. Friendly staff, good atmosphere for the whole family. Has different seating areas to fit every like, my kids like the cartoon room to eat their pizza buffet. On less busy days, the buffet lacks items but on busy days like weekends, it is well sorted.

Had my kids birthday party here and will never again. A teenager by the name of Vincent was INCREDIBLY rude to my family. Several servers watched it happen and when I asked for the manager I was told in a snarky remark that there wasn’t one on the premises. Honestly the only incredible thing about this place is the blatant rudeness and disrespect. Maybe the managers should be more skeptical in their hiring process.

Was pretty good, but ran out of cheesecake pretty early at dinner. Havent been here in years n noticed they added new pastas n fried chicken which wasnt very impressive. The quality of food has declined. This used to be my favorite place to eat years ago. Cant say Id ask to come back on my own.

My grandkids love this place. The only issue is that for the money you spend you would think that the pizza would always be stocked up. This has not been the case the last couple times I have been there. But like I said the grandkids love it so Ill still be going there.

Ill be real about the last time I was at Johns, it was probably 2 years ago, the food was great the staff was nice, the pizza I was eating was always stocked, but their was 1 thing that would hurt the reputation of this establishment and that is something Ill keep to myself. Hopefully the next time I visit Johns with my family the problem will no longer be a issue.

This place was okay. Went to a birthday party, and everything felt very rushed. They even cleaned up and pretty much kicked us out of the party room while we were trying to talk. I understand they wanted to have a structure to their party to try to make it go smoother, but it didnt seem like that was the case. And the little one whos birthday it was was autistic, and he did not want to be stuck in that tiny room. Overall the place was very clean, but there were quite a few machines down, and a lot of the staff had attitudes. Dont know that I would want to take my kids back

I love going here with my family. Theyre so kind. The food is sometimes good, but Im not a big fan of their pizza. The salad is amazing!! Their ice cream machine is like McDonalds, mostly broken. They have some great games and ways to get tickets, and good toys for little kids!!

This place is awesome. Blows chuck e cheese out the water. Food was good and the games rides and bumper cars where great. We got there early and avoided the long lines. Self seating very spacious. Buffett was not the best but good enough. All in all I wish there was one near my house

Very cool place for the whole family. They have a all you can eat buffet. You can choose from pizza, salad, baked potatoes, pasta, and when your done there is also ice cream, cake or cookies for dessert. I recommend getting the deal on Groupon that way if you have a kid under 3. The parent gets the buffet and the game cards, kid eats free and uses moms or dads game card. Win win. This place has a big aracade and carnival like rides all under one roof.

Very, very busy with no adequate seating. People were standing around with their plates eating, with children, because there werent enough tables. They really should keep count of patrons and have a cutoff point for the sake of everyones safety and comfort.

To take kids and eat buffet style. Ie lines ,people everywhere you turn. Alot of people with coats on empty tables holding up tables where no bodys sitting. Food is ok. Games are not fun. Sliding a card getting credits on a game like credit card ? Im old school, I like holding the tickets that shoot out after playing skee ball. Tangible over technology. They really need to upgrade games that give credit for prizes.

We’ve come here several times and have never seen this place so nasty dirty. The floors are absolutely disgusting. The dessert area is filthy, along with the ice cream machine tray filled with dumped ice cream and smashed cones. We had to ask an employee to clean a table just to sit down. It has definitely gone down hill and I don’t see us coming back.

Young girl wearing blue shirt was very polite and informative about food and wait time. did not seem fustrated about me asking even though it was crowded. 5/5 star fun games and good pizza well done. will be back soon
