I’m new to town, well not really.Ive been here about a year and a half. Yet when I came it was great. My kids had fun so my heart was happy and content. My pizza came in a cool amount of time. The only thing that I can say I didn’t like but then again I did like it was the new ticket system. I guess it just take some adjustments and getting use to

Good pizza plenty of games. Got there at 7:40. Very nice staff. Ordered the sampler and a supreme pizza large. Ordered the sweet chili wings yet got Buffalo. Even though it took 25 minutes for the food it was only supposed to take 10 minutes more to redo the wings. Never received them so I had to talk to the manager Mario. Very nice gentleman actually apologized numerous times refunded the platter. On a note the shooting games need to be calibrated . All in all a good time with the family. Salad bar was really good too.

Clean place and great pizza! I like how you can play with not only coins but with a points card as well. This seems to last longer and machines are good about giving a fair amount of tickets. I didn’t eat at the salad bar when I was there but it looked delicious. There is a security system they have in place so someone doesn’t walk out with your child. They stamp an invisible to the eye number on you and your children and check it before you leave. It’s a great idea and is greatly appreciated.

I threw my daughters 6th birthday party here and it was perfect! (I should mention we did it on a Tuesday evening) The manager Tye is AMAZING and my party planner (in picture below) was the absolute BEST! Seriously sweetest girl ever and ran around all night for me so I didnt have to. Please remember to tip your party planner! They helped me with everything A-Z and hooked me up with good deals. They were legit on their phones looking for coupons for me. They really have amazing customer service!

The menu has changed so more of an option than pizza to eat. Staff is okay could be more friendly.. But I understand with all the kids everywhere. Salad bar needs to be kept up better and restocked more. But we had a good time. We will be back.

Very nice place for kids, they also have nice rides for toddlers. Been there for the first time. Ordered veggie pizza. They took too long for the pizza except for that rest all good. Staff were really friendly and fun environment.

I been there since childhood. I seen there a lot changes like THEN/NOW. I still enjoy there. I sometimes be myself not to able having a play card. I decided to give play card to a hostess of FUNDRAISING at CHUCK E CHESSE. That would mean I never feel having play card. I prefer using tokens. Anyway, Chuck E Chesse is not bad. Few simply games and provide dance. Easily to look over children around safety. So few games and quiet.

My kids have a blast here, weve done few birthday parties here, very well organized by the staff.

Great place to throw birthday parties for little children.

It is a great way to spend an afternoon or evening. Kids really enjoy it. Parents and children get matching stamps when they enter. All stamps must match when people leave with the kids. I like that added security.

Typical Chuck E Cheese. Very busy, but seemed pretty clean. We stopped here on our way from Pennsylvania so it was a good stop for the kids to get some energy out! The prizes desk seemed a little “whatever” about it all, but I’m sure most people would be too with all the kids. Overall, your average experience at Chuck E Cheese.

I love turkey cheese but due to the Coronavirus no one is able to go in I would suggest that they lump up a food flattered that way they can still make some profit and give gifts in the packets

Pizza was good. I love that they have someone posted at the door marking parents with the kids to ensure the safety of all children

Their new remodel really upgraded the place. Had a good time and all the games worked well. Food was surprisingly good. Kids loved it

Havent been here in years. But the have unlimited pass cards for the games.. 30 or 45min to an hour.. very economical

Family had a wonderful time! The unlimited play allowed for hours of fun for our five boys! Great, clean facilities and a wonderful and friendly staff! Pizza was also delicious! All in all Chuck E. Cheese has stepped the game up! We will definitely be returning!

Lots of games and great pizza, try their stuffed crust, youll love it. A little bit pricey but well worth the trip. They also have dippin dots ice cream for a reasonable price. Love this place. Also they have Chuck e cheese on stage every 30 minutes. So come check it out. You might leave broke but youll leave happy ! 5 stars

When I was a kid I remember chuck e cheese being this great place of fun. So I took my daughter to enjoy some memories. I was excited for her lol. It all came crumbling down when we got in. This chuck e cheese was disgusting. Tables dirty, food on floor, the smell of dirty carpet. the mouse didnt want to take pics. Alot of joy rides were broken, the playground is small and dirty. There definitely better places to do parties. Stay away from this place. Its nasty.

I was surprised with all the upgrades . I love the fact that your children are safe so if they run around you can tell safe knowing they cant leave with anyone other than you which is good. the games kept messing up we went on a Saturday but the employees were quick to get things fixed . avoid this place on the weekend if possible.

We had fun even though a lot of the games werent working.

What can you say after going to Johns incredible Pizza it sucked

Has been remodeled and now its more family oriented by having to show Id to purchase beer and have a limit of how many you can drink!

Okay place to take the kids. Food is decent enough. Dont feel like there is enough staff to support the customers it has. Staff is friendly. Feel like the price of everything is a little high. Other than that it was a ok visit nothing spectacular or to speak up about.

IT IS ALWAYS MY PLESURE TO TAKE MY KIDS BECAUSE THEY CAN PLAY ALL THEY CAN WITHOUT ANY WORRIES AND I ALSO ENJOY IT MY SELF LIKE A CHILD WOULD TOO:D

Yes I take my granddaughter there for her birthday party this Chuck-E-Cheese no longer has any of the characters dancing on the stage what should the kids really looked forward to its empty theyve taken out the tubes hanging from the ceiling that the kids used to climb through its just not as fun anymore theres no backs on the seats for support several people that came to my granddaughters birthday party has had back surgery in the past and was able to sit on the benches because there was no back support the pizzas no longer the same its all thin crust you dont have an option and so therefore I dont think well be going any longer for birthday parties there because the children found it and not to be fun at all

Chuck-E-Cheese has great games for kids and all of us parents grandparents they love our wallets and they will help you spend your money on your kid so go spend money

The party section and host Jenni were great other than that WORST customer service EVER!! Lazy kids working and have no manners! They dont help at all and they were short staffed on a Friday?! How does that work? Manager definitely does NOT know how to handle staff or any situation really.

The games were great. The stuffed crust pizza tasted awesome. The cashier line was a little slow. The clerk behind the prize counter took a little long. But otherwise the overall experience was not bad. My kids had fun and so did I.

Great games for the kids and the birthday party package is nice... Super busy a lot of little kids running around...

Bit into a bb size piece of metal that was in the pizza told the manager no apologies told that they dont have anything in the kitchen that looks like that making it sound like i put it in the pizza gave me wrong number to corporate office found GM told me its a corporate thing only refunded me for 1 pizza place is a joke look in photos to see metal piece

Not as fun as it once was with the slide + its pricey with les games. For a family of 3 it cost just as much as johns incredible pizza only difference is johns is all you can eat and lots of more family fun games i would recomend johns 10× of the now chuck e cheese

The quality of this location is going downhill. Went to a birthday party and Chuck E. Came out and just gave a half hearted dance for one table of birthday kids. There were 5 different parties but he only went to one partys table then ran out... no photos and our kids never even got a chance to see him. The salad bar was empty the entire time I was there. I even complained and they did nothing. And I have no clue why they removed the play ground area. This place needs new management badly!!!!!!

No chuck e cheese robot band! The stage is boarded up. Ball pit is gone. No games that really work. The game selection is poor and the prizes cost too many tickets! GO TO BOOMERS ON CALI AND OAK!

After watching the Shane Dawson video about Chuck Cheese taking left overs and using those to make a new pizza in the back to resell it, I will NEVER step foot in that dump again. How disgusting!It makes sense. Why would a pizza be uneven? Of course. They use left overs and string it together. Yuck!

My daughter loves this place because, well, she’s 3. But this has to be the worst Chuck E Cheese’s I’ve ever been to. It’s dirty, overly crowded (even by Chuck E Cheese standards) and the food takes FOREVER to come out. I’m sure they realize the longer it takes for the food to come out, the longer people stay and spend money for the games, but it’s very irritating trying to play when both me and my daughter are starving.The pizza buffet on weekdays is terrible, the food runs out quickly and takes forever to get replaced, and that’s even after complaining to management that you paid for the buffet and there’s no food.On average, at least half of the ticket machines don’t work, the line to order takes about 20 mins and then another 45 mins for your food to come out.Save your time, money and part of your sanity and go to Johns Incredible Pizza. They’re more expensive but they’re usually on top things there.

The pizza is better now, and the kids have fun what more do you need.

I like coming here with family. The food never took long to get. Games are literally 1 coin/credit each. If you have 20 credits then thats 20 games you can play which is cool. Some of their games were jammed but they did try to fix the issue and gave us our tickets. Only issue I had was the Ticket thing where the mascot comes out to gives tickets every hour did not come out every hour. Thatd probably be my only complaint.

I liked if but the food is really expensive I payed 42 dollars for a pizza and in total we paid 81dollars

I celebrate my daughters birthday every single year at Chuck-E-Cheese. I was disappointed first of all they messed up my sandwich platter then they took more than 10 minutes to deliver two pizzas and then two more pizzas . I was disappointed to see this place for family it was very dirty dirty tables. I have to walk around the whole restaurant to find a trash can which was all the way to the top. My host Makeyla was the most wonderful person. the best experience was my baby was happy but please try to keep up the place needs to be clean

The salad bar had no lettuce, ranch or croutons (some of the things I wanted). And many of the other items were very low as well. I, along with at least 4 others, politely asked the lady who pushes your orders through the window if they can fill the salad bar. She nodded and proceeded with what she was doing. She didnt inform anyone else or ask anyone to check out the Salad bar nor did she move from her spot. I myself went up 3 times and got ignored completely the last time. I finally asked some kid at the front. Someone finally came out after about 25 minutes of me waiting. Another lady said she had been waiting longer. Ridiculous. Its not like they serve you there so what are all the employees doing in the back?

Great place to take your kids and grandkids, a lot of new games and the pizza is good

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because in Kansas they bring the pizza to you not that big of a deal but when u are playing the games with your kid you have to stop and go get it . Other then that was kinda packed . Had fun tho

I went for my lil cousins birthday. My boyfriend and I ordered a large pizza, the guy gave us a black timer thing. I didnt know that when it vibrated you had to go get the pizza. The guy that purchased my order didnt say anything. So i thought it was still the same from when i was a kid, when they bring you the pizza to you. So i was waiting. By the time we got the pizza, it was cold. Then the picture machine wasnt working and the workers never came to give the kids any reimbursments. Just isnt the same any more you spending more money on cold pizza and game cards that go fast for little kids.

This place was busy and there wasn’t enough employees but the ones there were trying their best to sell and help customers. Some of the machines were not working but still pretty good size play area.

It was pretty good visit. Grandkids had fun, thats what matters

Security and employee monitoring is a plus now that I dont have to worry about my child being taken playing around the facility.

Food is not that good and over priced. I had the salad bar for $12.99 and I was given a styrafoam plate so small, I could hardly get anything on it. Its a place for kids though for sure. We had a little birthday party and had fun.

Cec was filthy security was more worried about who is at the salad bar then any thing else. He stood posted there making sure no one was stealing salad . i think he should post at the door to make sure the kids stay safe

I dont even want to give it one star. Is there a minus star?This place was filthy dirty. Everything was disgusting. Every table was dirty and overflowing with trash and dirty plates. No place to sit and eat. Did not see one employee wipe down a table in an hour in a half. The salad bar was dirty and not filled. The soda fountain was dirty with spills everywhere. No lids or straws for cup. The bathrooms were disgusting. The floors and carpet were beyond dirty. There was not a trash can in sight any where, so people were throwing trash on floor.So you know if its like this makes you wonder do they ever sanitize the toys and games. Upon leaving I spoke to the manager, he said what mess, whats dirty as he looked at every table piled with trash. Not once did an employee come out on the floor and attempt to clean.Never Ever again.
