Great park setup. Lots of jungle gym and climbing structures. Nice bathrooms and a man made lake for fishing. Skate park was great looking with lots of kids.

Excellent recreation area for families. Something is wrong with the pond though. The fish look sick...

This place has grown A LOT in the last few years. Has a splash pad area that is awesome during the AZ summers. Also has several basket ball courts and a skate park. Not to mention the softball fields for different leagues that are played throughout the week.

Avondale has done a great job with this park. There is something for everyone. Fishing, ninja course, splash pad, jungle gym, event/picknick gazebo, skate park, green belt walking path and probably the best pump track in the state. Only wish I had parks this nice in North Phoenix so I wouldnt have to drive so far.

The lake is nice. The dog park is small compared to others in the area and there is only one section. People are not cleaning up after their dogs and there was trash littered. I wish people would be more considerate.

Nice big clean park with many activities for the family. Basketball courts, baseball & soccer field, skaters area and a nice size dog park. Lit very well and a park ranger there on site.

Me and my family fish at this park daily and only once have we came home empty handed. Highly recommended....Being born and raised here in Avondale this place has flourished in the past 20 yrs. Great park, lots of fun for kids and adults. Thank you Avondale.... Please pick up after yourselves.

The water is on( covid19 had me wondering) and so fun. Amazing unique play ground. More than 30 tables under two huge shade roofs. Four briquette grills and serving counters.

The park itself is beautiful splash pad is awesome. However isnt in the greatest area so you get quite a few homeless and tweakers at the park. They are pushing through the kids when the water from the bucket drops. You see homeless people sleeping on the picnic tables with there grocery carts full of stuff, its like its there personal shower and sleep spot.

Beautiful big clean park, with an awesome skate park where we, Church on the Street skateboarding team, frequently go on Saturdays to have a free BBQ outreach for not only the youth, but the community and anyone who wants to fellowship. We provide free: cold bottles of water, delicious hotdogs, and most importantly Jesus. Its a ton of fun and all are welcome.

My sister in law introduced us to this park and we love it! The bike track is amazing! My son love riding his bike around it. It has something for everyone. There is a lake where people fish, a jungle gym for the kids, a splash pad, and a really nice dog park. There are even walking trails! I highly recommend this park! If you do plan to use the dog park, bring some water and a bowl. The water fountain is not working right now.

Great for pickleball, basketball skateboarders, baseball with 3fields,kids water park water comes up from the floor so small children are safe. Zoom bus, bus stop.fishing lake(fishing license required).

This place has a splash pad, basketball courts, tennis courts and a skate park. I really loved it for walking, bike riding or maybe even just a lunch.

Crazy cool park. Wouldve been better if the climbing tower thing was a bit more friendly to adult size children. Also, the spinning thunderdome of heckyea!!! No longer spins. I recommend some Super Lube(not made for sex). Will get any ball spinning. Splash pad is cool just bring someone to push the hand sensor thing and youre golden. Without the showers.

Nice little park. I went fishing last week and caught some big catfish. I’ve also been there at night numerous times for my kids softball practice. Cool little park near the older part of town. Clean and fun.

Took my family to play here it is great! The splash pad is fun and it does not leave you disappointed! The swings are the kid’s favorite part of the park so far other than the splash pad.

Open during the pandemic. Kids absolutely love the splash pad. Only 1 zombie roamed the entire park other than him the other park goers seemed very polite and respected the social distancing rules.

This is a great park. It has a walk pathway to walk around the pond. It has basket ball courts. Alot for the teenagers to do here. If they like to ride bikes skateboards. A pretty cool swing set for the kidos..I love the fact that theres covered benches if you want to host large crowds with BBq. And they have plenty of parking space. 4 stars only because they dont have tennis courts but overall awesome park. This community really needed this renovation. They planted trees to provide shade during summer.

Great park lots to do

Was a fun little park with a pump track and a few other things to play on.

It has different stuff to keep kids busy but there isnt much grass or trees. There is a lot of concrete and metal which is gonna get very hot in the summer. They also need to work on the fishing lake. They have shaded/covered places to sit/stand while you are fishing which is nice. But there were dead fish floating all over the top of the water and didnt see any live ones. Everything that is in the underwater planters is dead too. It seems like the chemicals or whatever in the water arent right. Since the entire reason we went was to fish closer to home we were very disappointed. There was a gentleman from AZ game & fish there looking at things. He was very nice and very helpful. So it looks like they are trying to figure out what the problem is so they can fix it. Which is good. Will have to go back once it is fixed and see what its like.

Absolutely loved this new park! Awesome kid playground equipment, little pond you can fish in (regulations were listed on the fishing), and large pavilion including grills and tables. You could have a sweet birthday party here!Everyone was really friendly, as well. Bathrooms available. Skate park. Shaded areas. Check out this new park!

Pretty clean place, the pump track was nice and pretty smooth. The skate park was pretty slippery on a bmx though in some spots

I absolutely love the new park. It is so much better and a great addition to the community. Lots and lots of open areas for all sorts of activities.Mine and my childrens favorite is the new lake and playground.

The New Splash Pad is a Fabulous venue for EVERYONE. IVE SPENT alot of time there and its nice to be where young and old will have fun together.p.s . plz let doggies enjoy the dog park.not the splash pad.

This place is awesome! The fish are stocked every week, the grilling areas are convenient & plentiful, the bathrooms were clean & well kept, the playground area was a blast for the kids, & the skate park was kind blowing! We have 5 kids, 7-12, & they all love it. We cant wait for the splash pad in summertime! Theres even hiking trails that we cant wait to check out. Plus, its so close to low-mid income neighborhoods. It gives the kids someplace safe, fun, & positive to be that keeps them out of trouble. Thank you City of Avondale/Goodyear (whoever is responsible) for this great apron to the community! Our communities need more places like this, healthy environments for children, young adults, & families to enjoy!!FYI, Fish & Game regularly patrols the area multiple times a day, every day of the week, so be sure you have your fishing licences unless youre a kid 10 or younger! We have 4 10 & under so it wasnt an issue but its a good heads up. They do check!

This new park is great. It has something for everyone. From the skateboard and bike areas, to basketball and volleyball. Very nice play area and a place to picnic and BBQ. And the beautiful green grass. Theres also a dog area for your dog to enjoy.

The park has improved tremendously! While my son is practicing (baseball) my daughter was able to skate at the skate park and also very nice basketball courts. I used the restroom and it was very clean. Excited to check out the water park with the kids in the summer ️!

It’s a nice park, I never started skating and biking until the skatepark opened up and i started getting a hobby since I only live 30 seconds away

What a great park it has everything for the family.

Awesome skatepark. It’s a pretty cool park because of the pump track. It does get pretty crowded compared to other skateparks though. I suggest getting there before 11am on the weekends, or skating throughout the weekdays when the kids are in school.

Beautiful state of the Art park with first rate modern equipment! Plenty of brand new grills and shaded picnic area with water features. Perfect for flying kites in the very spacious fields.

Great new park. Skate/bike/scooter park was awesome. Lots of people in there though. The park was loaded with fun things to do for the kids. Kept them busy for over an hour! Fishing at the pond...yes! Good job Avondale.

Everything is great but we need a crosswalk cars are going 50 mph on lower buckeye kids from Palm vista trailer homes cross everyday and risk being hit. Its like black plague all the fish have died and this black stuff reaching like fingers.

This place is very nice and clean... It has a really nice skate park. A couple of baseball courts. A section for dogs. Love taking the kids.

The new pump track is awesome! I drive all the way from Far East Mesa for this. It’s an awesome park and so glad the city built this!

Its a really nice park a lot of good friendly people i highly recommend this park its always a great place to throw birthday parties, gatherings theres plenty of open grass area to throw the football, play soccer and let the kids run around. The lake brings it all together bring the family, the grill and the brauts!!

As a newly expanded park this looks like it will get a lot of use. A ton of people, of all ages, were using the pump track, and skate park. Best part was that everyone was getting along!They also have a playground, a splash park, baseball fields, basketball courts, pickleball courts, picnic areas, and a lake to fish in. The restrooms were clean even with a bunch of use from the expansion opening festivities.

Took a 30 min leisurely walk. Enjoyed hearing laughter, and excitement as families enjoyed spending time together.

Visited with my mom and sis. This is an desert area we walked our dogs to way, way, back. Turned out to be a very nice park. I especially love the pond! I live in Buckeye so this is going to be my future fishing pond. NOTHING like this down here! Walked around the pond, talked to a few folks that were fishing. Very friendly. folksRevised review.Talked to my sis who lives nearby and during one of her walks she heard that the fish are dying at this lake and that just opened and no one knows why?Guess I wont be going there. Who knows what has been dumped in it!

I go strictly for the Pump Track. Its the only one in Arizona. It is asphalt paved so might be rough for skaters with hard wheels. I used a Longboard and big soft wheels for grip and speed. Bikes, skaters, rollerbladers, scooters and everything are welcome. Usually not too packed but always someone there. I wish it opened earlier especially when summer arrives.

1 star for not opening on time its been 1 hour and 30 min and the park still not open past its time

Oh my goodness...this BRAND NEW place is like attending Friendship Park [McDowell between Avondale & Dysart] ON STEROIDS. Enough said.

My kids enjoy coming here. They have so many different things there is something for everyone.

Lots to do. But the fishing erea is already getting a lot of trash around the sides of the pond. Other than that Its very nice

It’s fun for sure, as a beginner or an advanced rider. Only downside is that it can be a bit crowded. Build fun stuff and they will come, good stuff.

Luv the park but directions were not to be found so we made wrong turns and we were late.
