The owner Terri is an absolute biased crook. He just steals your money and wastes your time. He does not take care of the property . He lies right to your face he is a joke! Do not trust him . Do not rent from these apartments you will regret it.

The manager Terry is an absolute Crook and a joke he said he would pay me to clean the trailer before moving it which did not happen he is absolutely biased when it comes to his tenants he favor some over others we werent able to have pets yet over 5 neighbors surrounding us had pets we brought complaints to him about a refrigerator that wasnt working and he told us that was our problem not his then brought us a mini fridge and told us thats our replacement and we can deal with it and now after we have moved out because of his negligence as a landlord he refuses to pay the $200 he said he would pay us to clean the place hes a joke and a rip off wouldnt trust him
