I’m so Thankful for the great service Sally provided to me and my family, I just moved to AZ and Thanks to this good heart lady we have a place to live. So Thankful with the maintenance man too. he does a great job. I highly recommended this place, is clean and quit. And a Great customer service.

I currently live in this community and i gotta say, i am impressed. Ive only been living here since 8/1, however no hesitation whatsoever in helping me with my delimma which was my ac going out!! The motor froze up and by the next day, a new motor was put in and it was running great. Thank you Sally and gentlemen for all for your help!

My mother has recently moved in and has had a wonderful experience with park management. She really went above and beyond and helped her get settled in very quickly. The park is clean and orderly. The neighborhood seems nice so far! I look forward to my mom making this her home.

I have 5 months living there and is not the great place to live at... somebody open my car at midnight already and the manager couldnt do nothing and now one of the neighbors is jumped to my property twice and same thing, the manager couldnt do nothing... is a clean spot but not to safe

Management extremely helpful and the residents I spoke to were down to earth and friendly. One older man with a dog was taking pictures, that was odd but overall it is a very nice clean place.

Central located between a long commute between far west to downtown, this park is worth it. The manager Salley has kept this place on check and has one of the cleanest parks around. Neighbors know each other and look out for each other. The pool is always clean and pet friendly. Co.e i. And move in. Vinnie

Noice. If i could stay here i would, maintenance is a lil nosy tbh but all is good if you want your place or belongings to be looked after (: pool, laundry room & vending machines are all a few lil nice amenities they have

The management here rocks. They are super friendly. Wigwam is very clean and dog friendly. I dont know where we would be without Sally and William. Thank you so much for all your help.

Mgmt is very nice. Cares. If youre upfront with them, they work with you. Quiet place for the most part. By 2 schools. Close to 3 malls. Been here 5+ years.

It has been an absolute pleasure living in this park. William the manger is very friendly, helpful, and always fixes any issues I have. He is very quick to return calls and makes sure his residents are always happy and have what they need. As far as management goes William is the best I have ever had I have lived elsewhere and never had such a great landlord. I will definitely live here for as long as possible.

This park is very well maintained and the management are very nice and do their job well and are very polite and helpful. I was reading some of the reviews for the park and saw that one person keeps putting the park down. If you dont like where you live you should move out instead of complaining about things that are not true. That is slander and disrespectful. The park would be a better place without bitter people that one say lies and bs about this park.

I currently live here with my family and its quite most of the time lol awesome management always there for you when need be and very colorful at Christmas time.but over all a nice place for just yourself or with the kids and family.

I want to say about the mobile home park that I lived in in Avondale,Az. It was called Estrella Villas.I lived there for 4 years. The managers there are awesome. Her name is Sally Beltran-Field. I couldnt ask for better managers. They were there for me when I needed them and they are fair and friendly. There arent very many managers like them that would do what they do for their tennants. Thank you Sally and William. I am now a proud first time homeowner!

The manager sally is really nice and always and always trying to help you make a home at the trailer park there.

I was visiting family and I noticed its a pleasant community very quiet & very clean compared to other mobile home parks. I would recommend this community to anybody who is looking to purchase or rent a mobile home.

This is the cleanest park in the area, also the most peaceful and friendliest. Singles, couples and families should make this your first stop in looking for a home. The management staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and professional.

William and Sally are good people and managers of property they really go out of there way to help out tenants and Im happy to be here I will recommend any one to come over here thanks
