I had no problems while shopping at michaels, its one of my favorite stores. The cashier was was nice. Didnt get his name time was13:42 9/27/2020, Device ID 0040.

I would HIGHLY recommend NOT ordering curb-side pick up at this time (or at least not for the weekends). I ordered four small polymer clay items and got confirmation to pick them up 5 hours later. I assumed since the items were ready to be picked up the process itself would not take any longer than 20 minutes. However, upon pulling up to the store, there was a very long line of cars also waiting for their pick-ups. I waited in this line of cars for 1 HOUR before someone asked me my name and another 20 MINUTES until someone finally brought me my items. The reason for this is the lack of order and proper organization. They would go with a basket of bagged items to each car and ask Are you Lopez? or such and if you werent that person they would continue walking down the line of cars. Not only is this ineffective, the person waiting for only 10 minutes would get their item meanwhile the person still waiting 50 minutes or so has yet to be helped.Overall, this was a horrible experience and one of my items was squished probably from another heavy bag lying on top of it. The pictures attached also show that the line extended from Michaels across the small shops and Home Goods, all the way down the end of the plaza.

I just visited Michaels for the second time this week and received the worst customer service experience from an associate at the register.I applied the 20% discount on my purchase and was very nice to her but she would not even respond back, when my friend decided to check out after me she did not want to apply the 20% discount to her order.The first time we came in this week the young lady at the register Long or Lung I can’t remember her name, asked us If we knew about the discount and even applied it herself. She was very sweet and very attentive.Highly disappointed in the customer service difference the store has :( .

The store was very disorganized mainly the un- knowledgeable staff. I ask several people for a certain item. And was told they side have. Then while talking to a customer he showed me exactly what I wanted and information the employees couldnt answer. It was as if I was a bother to them. Exception was the young African American man at the framing department. Although they wouldnt sell me what I needed.. Because they wanted to do the framing . he was knowledgeable in several aspects of the store. The store is Great for sale items otherwise very expensive

PURCHASE ELSEWHEREDO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE!!! Ordered multiple items, only to receive a cancellation within 15 minutes! They dont want to honor the coupon codes, and the staff doesnt want to work! I sent someone to pickup since they cant fulfill my order, only to be told he can not be helped!!! My advice would be to NOT order from here and shop Hobby Lobby or AMAZON!Ill spend money where its needed & wanted!!UPDATE!!!Spoke with the corporate office and was told the order was not in fact canceled by them, but in fact canceled by this store directly. My assumption is they DID NOT want to work! I was mislead by the manager ,and told that this was a corporate issue. Well he lied! How dare a person that runs a large store, not honor a customers purchase. This doesnt make sense whatsoever! This is set up for convenience to the public, so if you have LAZY workers or LAZY managers, maybe they should consider working in a different field.

“Curbside pickup” is an absolute joke. If you can’t handle the volume don’t offer the service. I ordered ONE item at 9am under the assumption it would take just a few hours to be ready for pickup, 24 hours later still not ready. I called right before they were supposed stop curbside pickup and the young lady who answers was SUPER rude, a simple “we’re sorry for the delay sir” would’ve been great. You guys suck!

This location has a bigger variety, yet it was difficult finding what I needed. Although the young Cashier who assisted me was really helpful once he saw me wandering around aimlessly. They need more cashiers & store helpers, especially during holiday seasons. Thats a 4 1/2 star because of that young man. Thank you.

They have nice items. Staff is okay when they want to help. The prices are high on some items, I find the same items cheaper somewhere else. They do there best to keep the shelves stocked which is good. Around the holidays is when their customer service skills really steps up.

Awesome place to visit for artists and creative mind

Here’s the thing, this store is amazing and I love what they have to offer, but the check out situation is horrendous. Maybe they’re just understaffed, I’m not sure. No matter what time of day you come here, whether it’s 10am or 7pm, you’ll be waiting in line for a solid 20 minutes.

Everything is very organized. Seasonal items are easy to shop for since they are front and center. Large variety of all things craft.

Never seen more unprofessional employees at one place, no one is there to help you and if you ask one of them god forbid! remember they’re not there to help!! They get paid to model those vests :))) worst experience ever bye.

Michaels has a great selection of craft supplies however, I found out the hard way that you can only return an item if you have the receipt or at the time of purchase you noted the return option on the card swipe keypad. You must do this for every purchase....

They have a very friendly and helpful staff. There are long lines every so often but they do try to keep everything moving as fast as possible. Great free and paid classes every month. Fantastic ideas for any DIY project.

Not the best costumer service. The guy by the register was on his phone and completely ignore customers waiting in line and showing his crack to everyone, so unprofessional 5/29/20

Always a good experience here and the staff is top notch. Even on their busiest days and with lines taking forever, many of them try to help out or serve with a smile. The store is large and should have any craft needs one would require - whether it be knitting materials or paints. The parking lot can get hectic but youll be hard pressed to not find a spot here on a normal day. Prices can vary but a pro tip is to always search for their coupons online.

Wanted some glue guns and to my surprise they were priced nicely....had fun looking at all the things they sell. My 6 year old would have so much fun here!!

I always find what Im looking for and staff is very helpful. Christine was my cashier, and I had an item with no price. I told her Id go get one with a price ,but she insisted on going herself, which she did. I also noticed , while standing in line, that she had a lot of patience. She helped a senior in front of me with her purchase and went out of her way to make sure the lady was assisted in every way. Christine went above and beyond with her customer service.

Employees are really helpful and caring. Vast selection of products and supplies. Checkout lines can get fairly long and super slow-moving. They need a couple more cash registers and cashiers.

This place is great. Found what I was looking for and everything was 40% off, lucky me. The cashier was very nice, friendly, good representation of the store, I wish I had gotten her name.
