Nice shopping places

After numerous calls with the owner Ken we agreed on a price between $1500-$2000 for our original painting. After driving an hour and a half in traffic to the location, we were told the offer price was maybe a couple of hundred dollars. We would have never driven here and transported our art for that price. What a shady way to do business. Extremely unethical.

I went there yesterday and I love it !! Great store and very good services, they let us walk around as long as we wanted. Prices are good. Definitely I will go back.

My son is getting into art so we visited the gallery. We had a friendly greeting but as we walked around we were followed and all of a sudden people started coming out of offices to peak and what we were doing. Finally, not to spoil my sons trip, I asked for a guided tour.

So the other day I happened to be doing a little shopping at Aventura Mall! As I am driving over the overpass on Biscayne Blvd I had decided to stop into the Promenade shops to check out the stores there. ( I Live in Pembroke Pines so I dont go out that way very often) As I am walking around Promenade Shops, I happened to come across what looked to be an Art Gallery. From the outside it looked small but their display was really awesome from the front window, I just couldnt resist but to go in. As I entered Gallery Art I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smiles. To my surprise, the gallery was HUGE! There were so many beautiful pieces of art that caught my eye I wish I could have bought them all! If you are in the area you should definitely check this place out. The collection of art they have is massive and you could literally spend all day going through the artwork.

As I entered Gallery Art, I noticed the Salesman Mood heavily ingrossed in Text Messaging. I know its 2012, however, a polite smile and Ill be right with you would have sufficed. I inquired about having my art collection appraised through Gallery Art. I received some information inbetween the sending and receiving of texts. When I returned to my home, I thought it would be best if I called Mood on his direct line and discuss the additional documentation I had found. Little did I know, over 45 minutes later, he would be heavily ingrossed in his sending and receiving of text messages. Mood remarked Robert, I told you to bring your paintings in and I am on the other line dealing with a $500,000.00 client. He went on for an additional 15 minutes about his qualifications and my collection. I politely reminded the gentleman that he had a $500,000.00 client on the other line that he clearly had forgotten about and ended the education. Needless to say, Ive had my art appraised and sold through a different dealer. Lastly, I should have text messaged Mood and informed him I would not be needing his services, however, I assumed he had not finished his conversation with his acquaintance, Randall in Arizona.

I live in the UK and are in the process of buying our second painting from Gallart.Our first painting was Giancarlo Impiglias Dinner for Two. The whole process of dealing with them is first class, from choice to delivery, & I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a painting. John form Leicester, England
