Juan is awesome. This company is a lot pricier than competitors but we received way more out of it than the other Austin Segway tours I have done. Definitely worth the money and I highly recommend.

Just completed a 2-hour Austin history Segway tour with Julius. What a blast!! It was my first time on a Segway, but Julius had me rolling like a pro in minutes!! Not only was the experience of riding a Segway awesome, but the history lessons provided by Julius along the way were both educational AND entertaining. Would totally recommend this to anyone visiting Austin. I, myself, will certainly be exploring Segway tours in other cities I travel to in the future! A special shout out to Shay, the location manager, for accomodating our last-minute reservation! Outstanding customer service all around!! Thanks for a great afternoon guys!!

Horrible place. The owner Shay is fake and very creepy. Hell literally do anything to get your money and will cancel on you with zero notice. He tried to under pay me as an employee here multiple times and all his employees. He tried anything and everything to not pay his employees the full amount they worked. Worst job I have EVER had.

Awful experience. Worked the office, gave tours, and helped with online advertising/website design in 2018. My employment here ended in a months-long battle via the Texas Workforce Commission, just to get paid what I had rightfully earned. (I know at least two other employees who also had to file with the TWC due to unpaid wages(theft))As far as the customer experience- Shay is an extremely shady individual, ready to take your money no matter how disappointing your experience might be. Please take your money elsewhere so that others may not be taken advantage of in the same ways.

My friend and I participated in this wonderful tour. The guide was very experienced and laid back. We enjoyed the group of people that participated. The guide allowed us to practice operating the segwaybefore the tour. This was my first time on a segway and it was really fun! I learned a lot about Austin from this tour. I would definitely recommend this tour everyone. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing. We went around 6PM to avoid the heat. I plan to go on more segway tours national and international.

Really fun time with Juan, our tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and fun!! We went around the Capitol building, inside the Driskill hotel, saw the Governor’s mansion, witnessed the bats coming from under the bridge, and thoroughly enjoyed the many interesting facts about the city!! HIGHLY recommend!!!! Worth every penny and the segways are so much fun to ride!!

First time in Austin and my wife and I wanted to see Austin. This was a fantastic experience. Raymond was our tour guide and he was awesome. He was very informative and he really knew history on the places we visited. When we come back for another Austin visit, this will be on the top of our list.

I had a really fun time. Our tour guide was very nice and answered every question. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Austin. We also did a short 20 minute murder mystery puzzle that I really enjoyed.

These people are awesome! My husband and I booked our first Segway tour with them. They were very personable and professional. They took their time to ensure everyone was comfortable with how to ride these machines before we started the tour. They were patient and kind. My husband and I actually did well and had a great time until we crashed. I was hurt (not badly) but had a couple of cuts that were bleeding. They got us back to the office, adminisitered first aid, and made sure I was OK. We had scheduled another tour with them for the following morning but I was too sore to ride. They were very understanding and refunded the cost for that day. They didnt have to do that but they did. I highly recommend this company!

We took the early bird tour with Michael and had a wonderful experience! He was a good instructor and patient with us first timers. Covered a lot of area that would have taken hours to walk - great tour!

Ive done two tours in Austin over the course of a few years and I really recommend Gliding Revolution. Our tour guide Sam was fantastic and really tailored the tour to us which the other companies didnt seem to offer.Id recommend trying to get a midweek, early tour if you are able as the groups tend to be smaller.

Sam was the absolute best guide and this was the best tour I had been on. Fun facts about Austin Capital that I didn’t know. My husband and I did a tour for our anniversary and had a blast!! My boyfriend surprised me with a segue tour on our vacation. As we were walking in the door I said I was going face plant. Not knowing the people inside heard me. One of those people was Sam who turned out to be our tour guide. He made me feel totally comfortable and assured me I wouldn’t face plant. We toured the whole city of Austin and I did not face plant. Sam was beyond awesome. Showed us all the sites and took us around everywhere. Such a nice guy and very funny.I would totally recommend gliding revolution!! Great time!!Thank you Sam!!!

We had the best time on our haunted Austin and bat tour! Our guide, Riley, was super knowledgeable about Austin and Texas history and made the trip so much fun! Unfortunately, the bats were not active when we went, but Riley made up for it by taking us on a fun Park tour and Riverwalk glide. Highly recommended!

Very nice customer service. I messed up my non refundable non transfer ticket purchase on Travelocity and they were very accommodating in changing it. We did the puzzle iPad tour of the capital. It was a nice scenic walk but the puzzles WERE EXTREMELY EASY FOR ADULTS. So be aware. Overall fun experience.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time on our tour with Shay. Weve done almost all of the other Segway tours in the city and this is by far the best! Super informative guide keeps the tour entertaining and moving at a really enjoyable pace. Whether youre visiting for your first time and want to learn about Austin, or have lived in here for years and want to spend an afternoon on a Segway, Id recommend Gliding Revolution 10/10 times.

We had a great tour this morning with Shay. Their Segways go faster than some others Ive been on so we were able to cover a lot of ground and have plenty of time to visit the main sites. Austin is a beautiful city with a lot of improvements going on and the state capitol building is worth the trip by itself.

My friend and I went on the tour and could not have loved it any more. Our guide, Sam, was the BEST. He made it so interesting and fun. WeleArned so much about this city. I would do this again in a heartbeat!

Really fun way to spend your time!

My 11 year old and I took a tour on a Sunday morning. It was a wonderful way to tour downtown and the capital grounds. I learned things I never knew in all the times visiting Austin. My son will never forget the experience either; fun and learning = memories made. Sam was our tour guide. He was very patient and made learning to ride the segway easy. He is very knowledgeable if the city. Glad we did this and will do it again.

Only have half a day in Austin and join this Segway tour. It was really fun and our guide Jeff is such a caring person that he reminds us of the road safety all the time along the way. Length of tour was just right and the best way to get around in such hot summer day !

The staff not only provides segway tours of the city but they are filled with stories about Austin that only Austinites can share! They offer many different tours so youre bound to find one that sparks your interest! Its easy to learn if youve never been on a segway and they will assist you with training beforehand. Went Paddle Boarding on Lady Bird Lake. The staff that set us up was very friendly and patient with two girls who couldnt stop chit-chatting. The water way was beautiful and the view of the city was a great experience for an out of towner. Highly recommended.

My son, granddaughter, and I all took an afternoon Gliding Revolution Segway tour on 3/13/18, a beautiful, semi-Spring afternoon in Austin, TX. My son and granddaughter were both first time Segway pilots and they had some concerns about learning how to drive. They were both amazed at how intuitive the Segway experience was and how quickly they were able to learn and how comfortable they became as the tour progressed. Our tour of the capitol area, downtown via Congress Avenue, the Seaholm development, and some of the Lady Bird Lake park area enhanced by our guide Sams commentary and personal anecdotes gave us a great snapshot of Austins history and a feel for its vibe. Fortunately, there were no mishaps and everyone had a great, safe experience. Thank you.

I played Cluetivity downtown for the first time a week ago and I had a blast! The new technologies that they are coming out with is really mind blowing. Soon I think we will be like entering into animated realities! lol Your given an Ipad and a back pack with a bunch of tools you will use to help you solve the questions. On the ipad is a map of downtown austin with GPS pins dropped at different locations inside and outside buildings. You have to walk to each check point and solve the answer whatever the question may be. Your specific GPS location will pop up on the map and show you where you are located at all times which is nice and helps you get to each check point pretty easily. The questions are a combination of riddles, mysteries, trivia, and puzzles. On some questions you have to look around in the real world to find clues to help aid you in solving the question. The questions are challenging and actually a lot of fun. A 3D holographic guide gives you hints and clues if you need help. This is a brand new game and honestly I havent seen anything like it. It is the same technology they are using in Pokemon go. Perfect outing for families or couples. :)

My family and I went on the tour in March, we purchased the tickets on Groupon. While at the tour I opted to purchase the insurance. Our guide process the full payment by accident ($300 dollar mistake).Ive been waiting on a refund for months now, I was sent a refund check in April which I deposited but then bounced so I was charged by my bank.Now no one bothers to answer my call or call me back.Terribly Dissatisfied Customer
