Love the place. Staff are awesome, lots of skilled dealers with fun personalities, and an efficient front desk. They run well-organized tournaments almost daily if cash games aren’t your strong suit. Lots of precautionary measures for a safe environment, so no need to worry at this establishment. They got it covered!

Pretty darn cool. I just dont have the cash to hang with the real people there. So in so a cool place though. If love to find a black jack game where its more between you and the dealer for less big money.

Clean, helpful, and friendly staff. I appreciate the effort they have put in to making this a quality venue. Chairs are comfy, tables are pro grade, and dealers are professionals. Variety of tables going every time I visit. Fees are membership (1 time-not sure the cost), then $12/hour seat fee, and its paramutual betting. Its a simple and enjoyable way to get your poker fix. South Austins best poker house.

Was passing through town and stopped in to play. Process was fast and efficient, staff was helpful and enthusiastic, the room was clean and laid out well, and the dealers and floor staff were on point and well versed. The other players were friendly and the games had good action. Great place.

Pretty great place, tons of players and tables open on the weekends. A few young, drunk players but there is an armed security guard on duty just in case. Only downside is the hourly rate.EDIT: Good to know. Thanks for the reply!

Great little poker spot. Im a very amateur player and the staff and players were very helpful. Bought in to tournament for 35 after member fee and made it to final table!

Really enjoy playing here! Shuffle512 is well run by courteous, knowledgeable staff. Excellent action in cash games and a variety of tournaments with buy-ins, guarantees, and structures to suit players from novice to experienced. Well-lit parking lot and on-site security. Shuffle512 is definitely my go to card house!

Played the PLO tournament today and the dealers had problems getting the pot right.

Sir, I believe in your ideals and beliefs, but you do not know what your staff dealer has done! Licensing and cheating. Give yourself a big card and win other peoples money. This is a personal act, that is, your dealer will cooperate with non-your company employees to win members money! You dont know I believe it, but its true! I am a magic learner and am professional in magic skills! I can see exactly how they cheated! The time may be short, and I believe that the gaming industry association will send a commissioner to collect evidence to punish your company for suspension! I sincerely warn you! I am not interested in whether you care or continue to indulge your dealer! In short, I will not go to your club to play cards again! Sooner or later, the dirty insider will be made public! Hostess seems confused

Called ahead to ask if you can watch for free. They said “YES”. Once I got there. They told me it is free to watch and it has always been free. I replied that I have been charged the past two times I have come to watch. $10 dollars each time. They told me that they would have to look into that. They had no answer. Then after telling me it was free to watch for the night they then proceeded to try to charge me to get in. This is insane to me and does not make any sense.They asked me if I had a membership card and I replied that I had not gotten one. Even though I have been there twice. This place needs serious help. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a very nice time. Staff were helpful and friendly. Dealers were competent, but a bit less professional than what you get in Atlantic City. I didn’t love the quality of the chips and the cards.

Ive played at many card rooms in North and South Austin and Shuffle 512 is the best. Very nice facilities and nicest staff in town. Excited to see this place continue to grow. Also next door to Aviator Pizza which is clutch after a 6 or 7 hr session.

Dealers here dont have control over the game and the floor boss isnt much better bathroom looks like it belongs in a bus station this is a corporate phone so the owner will say Im not a member without researching the # because they dont like bad reviews even if they are accurate hopefully someone will reopen the closed house down south so I wont have to drive as far to play

Real money, great staff... South Austin off S . congress... Very nice environment to play tournaments and cash games.. Just opened but this will be Home to Me and all poker players of all levels.... Come out and help build the legacy of Shuffle 512...

Ehh ok. I would prefer to pay at the end. You will bigger action in North Texas. They arent bad just not great. Dont like the tournaments there much, maybe because my luck sucks there. I live south but would prefer the 25 minutes to TCH almost any time.

Very well run, nice and clean poker house!

Went last night for the first time, was greeted promptly and got my membership in 2 minutes. Played in the freeroll which is excellent structure for the first 8 levels. About 50 players on a wednesday tournament. Also only $20 a month for membership! Will be attending a few tournaments a week after my great experience.
