The Nautical boat club membership was an excellent life choice! It’s super convenient, great value and has excellent customer service, from booking reservations to the deck hands that keep us young!Covid update: the dock is shared by many, and some people unrelated to Nautical (like the Marine cops, surprisingly) don’t usually wear masks. It’s easy enough to avoid them though, and the nautical crew and members are super respectful and always wear masks. I feel safe, and appreciate the extra time the crew takes to ensure the boats are sanitized between use.

My experience with Nautical began as a frequent guest to a friend who was member. It was such a pleasure that I decided to join myself this season.Nautical’s boat fleet is top notch, their staff are highly professional, and most importantly - their client communication exceeds all expectations. When you’re invested in a service like this, it’s important to feel at home with the people you interact with. Matt, Alex, and Brian each have a direct line of communication with me and I ALWAYS hear back promptly when reaching out with any reservations or questions regarding the membership. Also, all of the supporting deckhands who assist with departure/arrival/gear/cleaning/etc are very well mannered young men, and they always greet me and my guests upon arrival & make sure everyone had a great experience before we leave.Finally, the value of this service relative to the TCO of private ownership of a boat is incredible. To own a boat of this caliber and have it slipped on Lake Austin - you’re looking @ +3x the monthly cost BEFORE any maintenance problems. Another bonus - if a boat is out of service, you have access to a fleet of others. Would highly recommend Nautical to anyone who asks.-Billy

Nautical Boat Club has been great and gotten me back on the water! I have owned boats for the last ten years before moving to Austin. I was very close to buying a boat, slip, and everything else included. The numbers just didnt add up, once Nautical was an option. The wake surfing has been great utilizing the different professional boat options; while still being able to kick back on the brand new pontoons for dinner on the water and a sunset cruise. Everyone working at Nautical has boating experience and take all of the little headaches out of boat ownership.

The boats are always clean and our family absolutely loves the service they provide to get us on the boat quickly and enjoy they day on the lake. They always have the right equipment and lifejackets for us and our friends. Thank you!!!!

I have lived in Austin most of my life, growing up around Lake Austin. I have owned multiple boats over the years and nothing made me happier than the day I sold my Mastercraft and joined the boat club. No more repairs or searching for an available boat dock on Lake Austin (good luck finding one under $700 a month). Bryan and Alex manage the location and are top notch. They are very responsive and make sure the customer stays happy. Love this place!
