Teddy helped me out here - I brought in 6 older frames with butterflies that my dad had collected through the years, and I needed them cleaned up and re-framed - I didnt have high expectations because the pieces were old and the butterflies were as well. Well, I picked up my pieces today, and I was shocked by how great they looked. These guys went above and beyond and did superb work.

Wow.. I am extremely impressed at how wonderful my DDS diploma looks with my brand new frame. Teddy was very helpful and had a wide variety of frames and templates. Expensive, but the custom framing work is exemplary and worth it if you can afford it. So many options! The guys that work there are low-key but have a great eye for what looks good. Always time well-spent. Print out the website coupon to save a bit.

These guys are miracle workers. We brought two prints in for framing, one of which was damaged in its trip back to Austin from the UK. I was in despair that this Christmas gift to my brother was a lost cause, but when we showed up to pick it up, we found that not only were both framed and matted masterfully, but Josh had completely repaired the crease in the damaged print. I didnt think it was possible but he did it. These guys are real, Old World craftsmen. Expertise like theirs is a rare thing in the modern world.

I took a painting there to be framed. I have no experience with having pictures framed, but Matthew was very nice and explained the process and showed me some frames. The piece itself is not worth much but it sure looks good now. It looks very professionally done. We (my wife and I) have some more stuff we might want framed. I will take it here first.

I recently purchased a David Drinkard print from the folks at fast frames. I was clueless as to what frame, matting and glass to go with.I did not know a thing about the multiple options I had to choose from. They took the time to explain the benefits of the different processes and actually seemed to care about me making the right decission for my room situation. I normally am not one to take the time to write a review about a business unless they have given me really poor service so you know they must be pretty good. They have definetly earned all of my future business.

When I walked out I said to myself, I will never do business with someone so arrogant as Josh.. I promptly left and found a very friendly frame store with a much better price.
