The Eola Community Center has a lot going on usually. My son is taking a basketball skills class that Im helping teach. The facilities are clean and up to date, the staff is friendly and accommodating. With the COVID restrictions in place there are some extra steps that need to be taken in order to stay safe. The staff and facility are doing a great job of making sure that everyone is following the plan!

This review is for the open gym session on Wednesday mornings 930-1030. The rate is $5 per child under the age of 6 y/o. The space is great and the turnout of kids is enough that theres lots of interaction between kids but also not too chaotic. A great option to survive the cold winter mornings. My kiddo loved it! We will definitely be back.

Amazing, clean park attached to the library and community center and across from a nice walking path that goes all the way to waubonsie lake park. Lots of baseball fields as well

After COVID-19 this place has become our daily spot for walking. We love this place a lot. Especially the small dam (yeah thats how my kids call this place) is our favorite spot! Every age group will find this place good! A feel good spot for our family togetherness!

One of Fox Valleys smaller parks/playgrounds.The park is nice and clean.The splash pad should be bigger.

I love the way everyone follows protocols for handling and cleaning carts. Only once have I been there and the sani-wipes were out and when I inquired! I was told that the staff were cleaning the carts and someone was in storeroom getting more wipes.

Love this park we use to live across the street from it, and we would just walk down the street. they have so much including a library, gym the huge park and trail out side, places to have parties and get to gethers, you can play volleyball here ride your bike with the family. very nice park

Good community center and gym. The Sauna is great and easy to control how hot you want it. The only complaint I have is there cancellation policy. Five months into my gym membership I was moving to Arizona so I wanted to cancel. They told me I couldn’t and charged me for a entire year even though I moved to another state and wasn’t going. So not fair

My first time there 12-8-19. And I was very impressed by the staff and the building its self. We had my sisters wedding there and it was so beautiful I cant wait to come back for other events

Great place for the kids. Clean safe park. Gets a little busy but is very big and spacious.

A very good place to visit especially those for those who enjoys large quiet libraries. The second floor is a nice gym with a large track that runs along the outer edge of the floor.

Such a great place to bring the kids. Park is well kept and the fact the local library is attached is a bonus.

Good park, library right next door

Overall I like the community center but I think the Aurora Government needs to invest in renovating this facility. I do not mind paying more taxes if this facility looks like the Vaughn Center. The city has a lot of open space to make this facility bigger, better, and environmentally friendly.

This park is great! Its got one section for littler kids, then another for big kids! Theres also a sprinkler section to cool off!

This is a very good community center, it has got so much of activities across all age groups. Many sports to choose for kids and library and many more awesome place

I went to the community center to use the fitness facility. It is excellent! As good as my gym back home!

The park area is nice, and there is a pretty good library. We went to the library there and there are books for all ages, some kids games and toys to keep them busy, and the librarians are friendly. There seems to be enough parking in the area, and the whole thing seems well kept.

Great place with multiple activities for kids. They have each day storytime for kids. They also that a large variety of classes for children for affordable price like ABCs, coloring and shaping, totnastics, gymnastics, etc.

Nice Community Center with plenty of options including a robust open gym for table tennis. Bring your paddles!

Playgroundwise, it skews a bit younger perhaps but it is a very nice park. We thought we saw another playground somewhere else at a distance but needed to explore further. I always appreciate the springy wheelchair friendly surface and it usually looks nicer too.

Peaceful Safe Beautiful place to walk run and just chill. There is 3 different parks for the children.

Great place for a variety of activities. There play areas for kids and its fun to walk around the trail as well.

Great place to bring toddlers and young children.Also, there is a beautiful walking path from the library to the Oakhurst neighborhood. On any given day, youll see people running this scenic path.

My kids have been attending Eola community center activities for4 years now. Great selection for the kids. If your low income they offer scholarships to help families.

Easy parking, nice center, went for an event, no issues. Would recommend for an event or to go to the nearby park that you can walk to from the parking lot.

Great place to play table tennis on Sunday, Wednesday or Friday.

There is always something here to do. There are a lot of free events. Many programs for all interests and all ages. Its a safe place to be. Some programs require registration and fill up quickly. Some you can just drop in. Theres a playground for the kids. Theres an outdoor volleyball court. Its next to the waubonsee lake and trails. Its a great place to be with your family.

I go here often for a variety of reasons, they have all kind of classes for all age groups. I was just here last night for my 4 year old granddaughters daycare Christmas program in one of the rooms you could rent. The staff is friendly and professional every time.I would definitely recommend this center.

A family oriented park. We take our kids bike riding as there is a long trail! The trail goes through a neighborhood & is nice & quiet. There is one big slope perfect for sledding in the winter time. The Eola Library is right there so we like to bike ride & then wind down by reading some books with the kids!

Nice place to visit for families in the area or new vistors to the area.

The park is unbelievable. Kudos to the local authorities who maintain it. We had a joke that the grass on the field is better than what we have at most houses. While the baseball diamond is used rarely, there is a big scope for most other sports / games. On Sunday, the park is home to local football plays, kite fliers etc.

Reasonably priced for hosting small parties for Aurora residents. Multiple classes available for art, taekwondo, basketball,etc... Library is adjacent to the center. Parking is decent. But you may not find a spot multiple parties are hosted. Outdoor play area is also present.

It was fun, especially with friends. We did cause a riot, I must say. They have great attitudes towards out commotion and this has become a hang out place that we use to get work done, anywhere...literally anywhere. On the floor, in the library, on the chairs, the tables, the park, the walls

Great park with plenty of structures to climb and play on. Areas for bigger and smaller kids as well as swings, huge rope-web structure, and all the other favorites youd expect at a playground.

Open fields for baseball, football, soccer, as well as basketball courts. There are softball leagues that play here, but other than that it is generally open for anyone to have ample space to play any sport they want.

All of my kids have classes here, and we love it. It is great that the park district and the library are now in the same building.

The rent there is moderate and ideal for small functions

The staff are super nice and friendly. the presence of law enforcement makes me feel safe and secured.

First place I go to get good books
