I brought my nephew and niece here for a brief visit. The location is very easy to find. the play area is very spacious. no outside food or drinks allowed but you can get snacks and drinks. They have a coffee vending machine on site. The place is very clean. Customer service is fast and friendly. Kids had a great time here.

Nice bounce houses....kids loved the place….can easily spend a couple of hours here.Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was well maintained and reasonably priced.Adults too can join in on the fun if they are up to it.

We have been to Airtastic many times throughout the years. It is a great place for the kids to run around. The staff has always been friendly and cheerful. It is one of the most affordable play places in the area, especially with the coupons and deals they offer.We just visited and the place is becoming rundown. The flooring, although I’m sure it is cleaned, looks dirty and needs to be replaced. Their inflatables have holes in them and are beyond repair. Some of them are literally flopping over. Because the inflatables are losing air, the air pumps are running on full-blast. This makes it extremely loud. In order to have a conversation, you have to scream. Out of curiosity, we downloaded an app to measure the decibels. It was 78dB, similar to blasting a radio or a loud bar, in the place. Hearing loss can occur at 90 dB.We have always loved this place, but it needs a facelift. Hoping they are able to purchase some new inflatables.

LOVE. A clean, nice facility with super kind staff! They have areas more geared towards toddlers and plenty of bounce houses for older kids as well. Such a fun place to burn energy and get out of the cold. Highly recommend!

This place is great for kids. The bounce houses are kind of run down, however my kids still have fun. They have houses for younger kids which is good if you have little ones. Its kinda pricey but if your looking for the kids to have a fun hour and get all their energy out this place is it. Staff is always friendly and its never packed when we go.

The place is runs own. all the inflatables are faded and leaking. Foam flooring looks dirty, fan noise are really high, and most importantly place smell like a manufacturing facility, smell like metallic particles, Im guessing from all the fan motors wear down and lack of air filtration, not healthy for children

Had our sons birthday party here and the host was excellent making sure we had everything we needed. All the kids were happy and parents werent stressed. Perfectly executed.

We arrived late on a day with bad weather so it was very quiet. All 3 of our kids loved it aged 3, 5 and 7. They were running around for the whole hour and didnt want to leave. Havent found anything similar near us in UK.Our kids did need supervision but more independent kids can be easily left to explore.They have a small place serving refreshments and snacks. There are toilets.

My four year old had a blast! Inflatable slides and bouncy houses. Bouncy everything! I took him when he was between age 1-2 and he was just too little. But age 3 and up seems just right! Beware it is loud because of the air pumps.

Love taking the kids here! Time and time again were go back. This facility is clean and the way they manage their security coming in and leaving wonderful! I feel at peace knowing the kids are always safe when we visit.

This is one place that we will never get tired of going to. My daughter had 2 birthday parties here, we rented the entire place. I know I said I rented the entire place it wasnt that expensive and for the 20 kids + parents who were there they enjoyed the privacy. The parents are able to ran around and play with their kids. The giant slide in the middle of the play area is the popular one.We were here last presidents day and even though there are other kids there it wasnt crowded.

Big space with several bounce houses, including one for toddlers only. We took kids ranging from 2 - 10 years old and they all had a great time. There is a small area with tables to have a snack. Lite snacks only and drinks are available for purchase. Couches or benches inside the play area would make it more pleasant for parents or caregivers. Dont forget your socks!

One of my favorite bounce places to bring my kids to. They are pretty clean and always nice. Have had one birthday party here as well and that was great. Cant go wrong with Airtastic.

The kids had a blast here! It is cleaner and less crowded than similar places we have visited. They also have a section suited to smaller kids with lots of play spaces, but kids can go into both sections. This makes play so much easier for toddlers! There is a great variety offered, from obstacle courses to sports themes. The staff was helpful and friendly. The daytime hours are great! Parking is easy.

Kid likes it. Cant complain. Not sure how often they clean the play things but hopefully its often...

Not bad for kids birthday parties!

I brought my two kids here for a birthday party. The kids loved it! There are many different inflatable bouncing and sliding activities to keep them active. The venue has soft drinks and snacks for purchase. For the birthday party, there are four private rooms that can be rented. Pizza delivery from a nearby pizza place.

Ok place to take kids to run out some energy. The inflatables are clearly not cleaned often (if ever) and in need of maintenance. Staff does not monitor in the play area and tend to stay up front. If you have a little one keep a close eye on them as its easy for them to get run over by the bigger kids.

Big space for kids. I have noticed two dedicated spaces one for big kids and one for toddlers. My son is 3.5 years old and he had a lot of fun. The personal so friendly. Very clean which is not common for similar places.

Kids have a blast...but it will lose itsThrill at age 10 and 1 hour is plenty.

Been here for a birthday party, this place is extremely loud, most of the inflatables have leaks so they have to have all the pumps on max speed.The staff makes the party feel very unconfortable.In other places kids are allowed to stay after the party as long as they want, not in this place. Once party is over, everyone has to leave.

Love the variety of bounce houses so that there is something for all ages. However, they definitely need to be replaced. There were several rips-some were repaired but even the repairs were were coming apart. And there are areas that have a stench, which Im sure accumulates from the kids sweating and that makes me wonder how often it is cleaned. I do have say though, the kids always have fun-just wish it was updated & cleaner.

Great place to burn kids energy. bring your own kid snacks and ignore their posted signs for no outside food. Unless of course your kids thrive on vending machine food.

My sister took my kids here while she was watching them for us. I was in the hospital and she wanted them them to have fun and get their minds off of it. I was unaware they were here until I got a frantic call. When in the jousting area, my son banged his head on the METAL pole that holds up the jousting platforms. It’s covered by a thin layer of foam, but it was enough to split his head open and bleed all over. He ended up getting four staples in his head, not a pleasant experience for an eight year old. My wife called and the manager was unhelpful about it. The owner called back a couple of days later and said, we have a waiver; not my problem. Very dismissive. When my wife said that she didn’t know my kids were there and their aunt wasn’t authorized to sign the waiver, we got more of “not my problem.” No apology, nothing. A waiver doesn’t ever hold up in a lawsuit. They’re just there to discourage a lawsuit. This place has insurance and refused to pay the bill for my son so now we will have to sue them for more than just the couple hundred bucks to cover his visit to the ER. Good luck to them. We were trying to be fair and reasonable.NEVER GO HERE. THEY DON’T PROPERLY PAD THEIR EQUIPMENT AND WEASEL OUT OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO SERIOUS INJURIES TO YOUR CHILDREN.If I could give zero stars, I would.

This is a great place to entertain kids at an affordable price. They have a great layout with toddlers in one area and bigger kids in another. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This place is great for toddlers and above (even I had some fun), you can buy your time there in increments; the most we do is an hour, which I believe is the minimum.Although, we’ve been three or four times I wish they would change things up a bit, whether that means new things or rearranging, I’m not sure.

My friends 2 and 4 year olds love it here. I wouldnt go younger than 2, though. There are many bounce houses to choose from and a giant slide. Prices are reasonable. $8.50 for 1 hour, $10.50 for 2, patents are free! They also have coupons on their website.

We have been to Airtastic many times and always had a great experience. Staff is friendly and accommodating. BUT, over the weekend we had to make a last minute decision for our daughters 5th birthday and we called Airtastic on a SUNDAY MORNING and I talked to Kendall and asked her if we could possibly schedule a birthday party for that evening, expecting to hear a NO. I had already checked their website for slots and they were all closed either due to other parties or because of the short notice. Instead of saying NOPE, NOT HAPPENING, she said that she would see what she could come up with and asked to call me back. Sure enough, she calls back and said that she checked with her boss and that if she could find someone to host, we could go ahead with the party. I was pleasantly surprised. Again, in a short time later, she called me back to let me know that she found a staff member to come in and went over all the details and asked all of our preferences. Unfortunately when we came in, Kendall was not there, I wanted to THANK her for going above and beyond to set up everything so quickly and efficiently, and not simply sticking to protocol. Our birthday host was Nicole and she was THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Even though she was called in last minute, she was super nice to all the kids and took care of EVERYTHING, LITERALLY. Our daughter was a bit overwhelmed and was afraid to go out to the play area and Nicole offered to walk her around and ride on the slides with her. Though our daughter didnt want to go with her because she is shy, I was so amazed at the kind offer. From making sure all the kids washed their hands or used hand sanitizer before eating to asking if they wanted an inside or outside piece of pizza, every detail was thoroughly planned and executed. After the presents were opened she asked if I wanted her to make a list of all the presents and who they were from, Im assuming for thank you cards later on. I actually paused and didnt know what to say because I didnt know that was thing, and was a bit overwhelmed at the level of service.Nicole, Thank you! I can tell you serve people with love and for the joy of serving others. I wish there were more people like you. You and Kendall made our daughters 5th birthday party a truly memorable one!

If a kid is acting crazy its the kids and the parents fault not the actual business. My son loves this place and the staff are all friendly and professional. we go there about 3 times a month

My wife took our 3 boys and our smallest boy 6yr old was bullied by the directors son who was 9 yrs old. While trying to put on his helmet too joust with no employee was in area to direct kids. But my wife was there director was not present. Her child struck my boys in face multiple times to where he was knocked off balance and hit his face on pole. My wife and sister took issue to supervision thats when they found out whose child it was. My wife filed a complaint the director was using airtastic as her own daycare. Innappropriate and no employess around...

Liked this place until we had a b-day party. First off all paying quite a lot of money you get totally plain room with white walls (hospitals have more color full walls), only table and chairs have color. You get stricklly 2 hours for your party only: that includes eating time and playing time. After food you have to leave. Never going back! There are other places where you can celebrate that one day in a year for your child without being rushed out. The child is waiting for the birthday the whole year and only allowed 2 hours? And $100 bucks per hour? Too much.

Friends and family please help spread the word. The jump house in Naperville on S Fontanac road called Airtastic is an unsafe place for younger children to go. I just got off the phone with the owners tonight after my 4 year old son and his 4 year old little girl friend were attacked by a much older child with special needs. I was understanding at first but then it happened again the older child was not held back by his guardian. I took both crying children to the desk to explain what had happen. She went out to talk to the boys coach. The boy continued to make them uncomfortable shouting and making mean faces at them. They wanted to leave. So I asked for the owners email and voiced the fact that these 4 year olds should not be the victims and have to leave. She said he is a regular and refunded my money. I emailed them before I even got out of the parking lot. Why should two little ones get attacked knocked to the ground and pushed by this kid in the toddler area and have to leave because they kept checking to see if he was coming after them again. When the owner Jennifer and Chris Lebreck just called me now, she said he never did that before and that this was a frequent guest and that was his life coach with him not his parents. That they dont discriminate and that they would never ask him to leave. I said Im glad you dont discriminate but he attacked two 4 year olds that were so scarred they had to stop their fun and leave. She said well we refunded your money. Good bye. I will never recommended this place to any of my guests which i used to do all the time. That is sick to think they think it is ok to have this happen not once but twice to two 4 year olds. Please share on FB. If you know me I never post this kind of post. Airtastic Bounce House in Naperville please dont give them your business. Its sad I used to rave about this place before today.In response to Julia S. I work with kids with special needs and I have a uncle with special needs. My son is very smart and does understand as a 4 year old. But this situation was different. They are between 35 and 40lbs. This child was over 100 lbs. He did not just chase them he actually tackled my sons little friend over the wall by the little kids section on to the hard floor pushing her over and got on top of my 4 year old. This happen twice while the caregiver spoke Vs. Coming to intercept his actions. I believe in this case the child should have been asked to leave because he could have hurt them badly. Even if he did not know better. These two little ones are very well behaved but did not want to get hurt again and were so terrified not by getting chased but by being attacked. Please understand I used to rave about this place until last night. I sent all my friends family and guests to this location. It is very clean and I always thought how great to have a smaller kids section. I have even had my sons Birthday here. This was not kids being kids this time. That child could not stop he should have been asked to leave this time not because of who he is but because of the actions he took on two 4 year olds that he could have hurt very badly. Then how would you think this would pan out. Please if you have cameras check them. You will see what happened this time. I dont want anyone to get hurt and I was shocked the way in which this has been handled.
