What a cute little place! Brought our 3 year old son here for his birthday and he had a blast! It was only 14$ and we spent 2 1/2 hours here which was plenty! He absolutely loved the sand area as well as the ball area too. Definitely a place for toddlers only I think, Id say 5 and under. The young lady working was super sweet and was attentive to the children and cleaning up always. Thank you for a great first visit here!

Just had my sons 1st birthday at Kiddy Club. I loved that they were only allowing private parties due to Covid! Our theme was Mickey Mouse & they did a wonderful job decorating the party room. The facility was very clean. All of the kids truly enjoyed themselves. The staff members were nice and very attentive! I look forward to returning in the future!

Good place for kids up to 5 years I would say...after that they will outgrow this place.. they have a sandbox area as name suggests so thats a different experience for kids definitely...also they have small slides with ball area..and a few monkey hanging things as in the pictures...I will say worth a try.....individual entry is 14$ which I felt a little pricey...they also have 5 passes for 50 if you plan to visit often....best thing is they do have a separate toddler and in fact area which is exclusive for small ones...overall I would say its a good place for small kids...

This place is great for young children to run (or crawl) around and get some serious playtime in. Our one year old was so happy to have so much room to crawl around, such a huge ball pit to play in, and such a huge sandbox to explore. I dont think my wife and I had seen him so happy and having so much fun before, it was quite heartwarming. It only took about 2 hours for him to get tired out. They have all day admission so you could potentially play in the morning, go home for nap time, then come back later to play some more.They have an area specifically for toddlers and infants, and then another area for the bigger kids. The toys and obstacles for the toddlers and infants are meant to help stimulate development, and the staff even showed us a couple things to help our babys crawling and walking development, which we definitely appreciated. They even have organic baby food pouches available for purchase, which is a nice touch especially if you forget to bring food.Seeing the huge smile on our sons face was totally worth it. If you plan on going regularly, they have prepaid visit cards you can buy and save money in the long run.My only complaint is that I wish they didnt play music for religious reasons, but its not an Islamic establishment nor does it advertise itself as one. And unfortunately its borderline impossible to get away from music in todays society, may Allah help us.All in all, we definitely enjoyed it and will be back in the future ان شاء الله

My 2 ½ year old loves this place. He loves the sand, slides and all the kid friendly activities. We always stay to eat lunch which they have healthy kid options. Great place for kids to play!

This place was awesome! Me and my siblings were so delighted here! The cashier was really polite and was willing to help. My siblings made friends and didn’t want to leave when we are about to leave :) we will be sure to come back next time!

The owner was so accommodating. This was our first time and my two year old loved it. We have been to other play places which felt dirty and cheap. This place felt clean and updated. The owner kept turning on the bubble machine for my son which he absolutely loved. They have a ton of great sensory play items and the ball put was a hit. We will be back for sure.

We celebrated last year my daughters birthday at Kiddy Club Playground & Sandbox and I was satisfied with this place however, I took my kids last Sunday and I was very disappointed and will probably never go back to this place. From the moment I walked in the music was too laud, and it was too cold, I tough maybe it was cold only by the door since it was cold that day, but no, the whole place was cold, even by the back of the place. Place was very dusty, I assumed it is from sand box but that place seems like it need a good deep cleaning. My biggest concerned was that 4-5 people/parent had they shoes and was walking on the mats where kids were playing. I did not want to make a big dill of that but then they were walking where a little one were crowing, and the lady who worked there, was on her phone most of the time, I asked her what is there policy regarding the shoes, and she said no shoes allowed on the mats. My intention is just to give a feedback to the owner before you will lose more customers, cause the place itself it is nice its just need to be managed better!

Great place! 100% satisfying for toddlers. All attractions are good for them. There is a huge sandbox, a pool with balls and slides, a fun merry go round any many more. My 19-month-old who cannot walk yet enjoyed it greatly, and he could use almost all the fun things, except maybe the merry go round. We visited it on Sunday and it wasn’t overcrowded. It was a very pleasant experience, and we strongly recommend it for parents with toddlers. The only thing, do not forget to take a pair of socks with you if you want to follow your child within the play zone.

My kids love it. It feels good to be ignored by a 2 and three year old so completely! Very clean place and easy to keep an eye on the kids.

We had my daughter’s first birthday party at Kiddy Club and it was absolutely AMAZING! The event was private and the owner personally took the time to set up and assist us with decorating! The facility was clean, the decorations were AWESOME, and the kids had a blast! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our daughter’s party! Great place overall for kids to run around and let out energy, especially in the winter. My 3 year old spent a solid hour in the area with slides and ball pit. My only complaint would be they have one bathroom stall for males and one for females. I was here on a crowded Saturday and there were probably 75 people here. Two toilets is not enough for that many people. I waited 15 minutes to use the bathroom.

Always ask my 3.5 year old we’re she wants to go play when weather is bad out and she always wants to go to the place with the sand pit and big ball pit. Always pretty clean and laid back. They have an area for the wee little ones to play as well.

Went with a friend, two two year olds and an infant. Stayed 3 hours! Kid and mom/grandma friendly. Very clean. Helpful staff. Kids worn out and now napping peacefully.Would like to see some healthier choices at their snack bar. Cheese sticks maybe?Overall had a great time!

Thank you for the most amazing birthday party ever! We had such a fun time, and all the kids had a blast. the fruit salad was huge, and a variety of fruits. The balloon arch made a huge difference we loved it!

Love this place. The sand area is my kids absolute favorite. It gets crowded sometimes even during the week, but overall still great. I like that there is a separate area with tables and chairs in the back. Good for sitting down to a snack or checking emails in peace

I hosted my Daughters Dinosaur themed birthday party at this location and to be honest it was truly amazing. The staff was extremely helpful setting everything up. My daughter and guests were left super impressed, everyone enjoyed themselves. I recommend this location they try their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. I without a doubt will be hosting another party here soon. Thanks again !!!

My daughter had her but here recently and she and her friends had an awesome time. The place is clean and safe. I had so many compliments from parents and kids that they loved the place.

Best playground ever in the burbs. It big but easy too keep an eye out on the kiddos. The place is sparkly clean. They vacuum and mop thru out the day they wipe the toys constantly I love the attention to detail they put in for cleaning.Updated: went to a birthday party here and the decorations were beautiful. The princess theme is super cute and they added glitter and had posters on the walls. It was wonderful. Everyone loved it and the kids had a blast.

The great combination of reasonable price and service level! An awesome indoor playground and sandbox for kids. Clean, well managed and safe environment. Brought my niece there and she had a blast! Came back on Sunday and the crowd was okay. $14 per child and free for adult. There are seatings available for adults to chill while kiddos have fun. Small cafeteria with drinks and snacks. Witnessed a couple of beautifully decorated birthday parties. Professional, friendly and very helpful staff. You’ll definitely add it to the list of your favorites!

We just had our son’s 3rd birthday party there, and he had a blast! As did his friends. Clean, great play areas for toddlers and preschoolers. Book early as the birthday rooms were filled over a month in advance, but the cafe area was still really nice and out of the way. I would definitely recommend it!

Omg this place is adorable. I just love it. It is so cute. The sand box is so white and soft, and its not sticky. The kids loved the little playground. Then we went into the bigger playground and the ballpit was huge! Kids had room to be kids, climb, and the blocks. We didnt go into the infant area to much sinve we got so tired but the place is awesome. We will be back soon!!

Let me tell you something, Im a preschool teacher and this playground is a bomb! The attention to detail of the set is perfect! Plenty for the kiddies to play with waterbed, slides, ball pit(wow!!!)and of course sandbox with very clean, very soft sand. The event coordinator/front desk clerk was attentive; friendly and professional. Thanks to the owners for amazing, I would say the best playground in our area! Love it and definitely well be back.

My kids have had a good time playing here. What makes me drop the rating is the misleading description of their drop off service.Need to run errands, babysitter canceled last minute, have an online meeting? Drop Off your children with us, they will play and have fun while you run errands.I got a last minute job interview and needed somewhere to drop the kids off for an hour or so. Their prices are expensive for this service but the kids would enjoy it so I say why not. I call this morning and Im told they need a days notice....what? This drop off service is the only thing that this facility offers that other kids play places dont. Every other play place weve visited have a much bigger and better facility. Im so glad I called ahead instead of trusting the description of this service on their website.

I was very impressed by the lovely set up of the room. From glitter confetti on the table to balloons and wall decoration. Every place we had booked before, didn’t have anything, we had to bring starting from the cups and napkins to balloons. The owner of the place so as staff was nice and patient with us. I was pleasantly surprised and I know we will be back to celebrate more birthdays. We had our daughters first birthday but my almost 5 year old was enjoying a lot of things there as well! Pool of balls, sand box, carousel .. she had a lot of fun so as our little one! Place is clean which is the most important thing to me !!owners are nice people! Thank you kiddy club!

My experience at kiddy club was awesome , way better than what i expected it would be. My two children 2 and 4 absolutely had a blast. The staff was very friendly and polite, not to fail to mention the clean environment . I definitely will be visiting again soon , I totally recommend all mommys to bring there toddlers here, also has awesome section for your infants and first time crawlers. We found our new spot :) :) :) !!!! yayyyyyy

I am so happy I found this place! Staff is super friendly and keeps the facility super clean, I was very impressed. My 3 year old daughter had so much fun. She has Autism and she loved everything. It was not overly stimulating, which we loved. Nothing but smiles.

Kiddy Club is one of the best places that I have brought my daughter too. After our first visit, we bought the 5 visit pass because I knew we would be back. After a month, we finally came back, and the staff remembered my daughters name and welcomed us back. Every time we go, the staff is extremely helpful, and they are constantly cleaning and keeping things in order. My daughter loves this place as well. The playground is a good size, but not overwhelming. They have an infant section for small kids. Of course, the sandpit is a huge hit, and lots of fun. Were ready to buy our second 5-visit pass and will keep on coming back.

Place was cool but staff was extremely rude. Woman behind desk had a terrible attitude and made us feel very unwelcome. She was turning off lights and trying to push us out the door well before the place even closed.

Still looks new inside, even smelled new/clean. My almost 3 and almost 5 year old loved it and had a great time today. I felt it was a bit pricey at $26 for my two boys (the reason for only 4 stars), but I was pleased with the friendliness, cleanliness and atmosphere. Decent mix of music. Plenty to do with the sand box, play ground and impressed with the amount in infant/toddler area. (Usually this area is limited to a soft floor and large vinyl covered foam shapes to climb on) things are nicely spread out but it’s very easy to keep an eye on two kids as there weren’t much in the way of obstructive structures. Nice spaces for parents to sit, hang coats, cubbies for shoes and lockers for stuff.Updating: they do offer a “punch card” type discount if you purchase 5 or 10 visits etc. that makes it a bit more affordable.

Great place for the kids. Had a birthday here and it was perfect. Everyone was very happy especially the kids, personally I loved the decorations they had wall posters the plates and cups had super hereos overall great job

Excellent place for your children. They have something for each age. They have baby and infant area where a baby can crawl around without you having to worry about the bigger kids. Then the have a huge soft play climbing frame with a super cute ball pit. This is loads of fun for the bigger kids. My little one is 2 and loved it. Of course I had to go in to to help with climbing and so on but even I had fun. They also have amaizing super soft sandbox with a lot of toys. You can buy lunch there from next door cafe which has both hot and cold food, that you can eat in the seated area. From the seated area you can see all of the indoor play areas, so you can sit and have a coffee while your little one tires themselves out. Great place, good fun. FIVE STARS!

This place was a blast...my 2 and 4 year old loved running from the sand pit to the ball pit..they had a bubble machine. Toddler area..so much fun!! Staff was super friendly..we will definitely be back soon!!

Very overpriced for what it is. $38 for 3 kids and not much to do. The place is very basic. There is also paint peeling off the walls which isnt healthy for anyone let alone a place for children.

Brought my 4 and 5 year old here today. They loved the indoor sand beach play, especially since I am very hesitant about that in playgrounds outdoors.The soft side play area was a blast, the music was entertaining and they enjoyed dancing to the videos on the wall.Plenty of healthy snacks at extremely affordable prices.The (manager?) Deanna, was helpful- let us know about upcoming events. When she wasnt signing children in, she was non stop cleaning and sanitizing to keep the play areas fun and safe.Great for a hot day like today, or upcoming fall and winter months.Will be back!

My kids love coming here. They love the ball pit and the toddler area, but they especially love the sandbox. Thats such a unique feature and they have such a good time. Great place to burn off some energy on a rainy day or when its just too hot to go outside.

Absolutely love the place and the staff. Diana is a very kid friendly person and was very patient with us. Decent size facility to leave your kid to play around. Slides were awesome because they have 3 of them. Kids look at each other before they go down and it was like a racing event between them which went on for half hour without disturbing me. Money well spent. The White Sand part was another highlight of her day. We have already been there 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Should have gotten the 10 trip pass. Oh Well!!

I took my nephew he had such a blast! He played for 3 hours! The place is well kept and clean compared to other places we have been too. The staff is nice and friendly, and truly try to make your experience great. Spots is one of a kind with his dancing and bubble party. Definitely recommend and definitely will be back soon.

Went with my 2 granddaughters, ages almost 3 and 6 1/2. Could tell when I walked in that it was going to be a fun place, so I bought a 10 visit pass. Already finished that one and on Sat. bought a 20 visit pass! My girls LOVE going and I enjoy it as well. Deanna and David couldnt be nicer, very out going and kid friendly. They keep it sparkling clean! What a fun activity for the winter. We will be back tomorrow night. Thank you Kiddy Club!!

Great place for Birthday Parties! They did a fantastic job decorating the party room and had our pizza ready. They were very helpful and friendly! We also enjoy going there for fun! The kids had a blast!!

There are a lot of play facilities for children in the area, but this is the only one that caters to kids ages 1 to 5. I feel comfortable leaving my 2 year old nephew to play. I never have to worry about him being troumpled over by older kids. Every time we go I practically have to drag him put of there, there have been tears a few times. He absolutely loves it! :)I just wanted to add one more thing: every time we go there is something new: toys, slids, swings ect.

My kids LOVE this place! They are 6 and 3.5 and always ask to come back! We always get the card pass. They have hours of fun!!

My 7 and 3 year olds love to play in sand, but the sand at local parks is usually riddled with bugs and other stuff. The indoor sand play area they have here alone is worth coming for. The other play areas are clean and fun as well. Definitely recommend for the younger kids!!! UPDATE: Back for a second time, and having a blast. Coloring, dance parties, hanging with the dog mascot! If you have kids 2-10 years old, this place is great. Been here 2+ hours already and still having fun!

Kiddy Club is awesome! Both my 5 year old nephew and 2 year old son loved it. Everything is clean and kid friendly. David and Deanna were working the front desk and were very friendly and helpful. The biggest surprise was how yummy the pizza was. Both the kids and mamas had lots of fun!

Such a hidden gem! Super clean and well kept compared to other playground in the area. The front desk is super attentive, and amazing staff that i noticed cleaned during my visit. Will be back soon!

A great place for birthday party. Kids really enjoyed the play. The staff there did a good job by setting up the room and cleaning up the mess. The only suggestion is that the restroom where kids could be warmer.

This place is amazing with the kids. Its very clean considering kids are playing there nonstop, and the sand area is a blast. We just had our two year old daughters birthday here, and it wasnt worth it. The decorations? Great! We gave them some stuff to decorate, even late and they still found a way to get it all done. The food? Just awful. The pizza thats one slice per child, is cicis. I dont know about you but thats just awful pizza. The 25$ vegetable tray looked more like a 8.99 clearance special. They forgot to give us soda, when asked they gave us warm soda. You know how refreshing warm soda is! We didnt receive a bubble or dance party because we were accidentally booked on princess party, like it was our fault. This place is sweet, but I wouldnt recomend having birthday parties here. I dont review very often or complain but this was just lackluster considering the cost you shell out.

I went there with a friend, the kid had so much fun. She was busy for a whole 3 hours. She kept running from sand box to ballpit none stop. Their was a worker their with red hair. She was really cool. Checked on us how we liked the place and she was always cleaning, wiping the toys, sweeping, etc. The place is clean, very welcoming staff. Would recommend to any parents with little kids!

Disappointed. Compared to other nearby indoor play areas this place is tiny. There’s also not much to do for older children. My five-year-old was bored after 1.5 hours. My three-year-old was still ok, but they definitely weren’t enjoying themselves as much as some of the other places. This place would be better for younger kids: my -two-year-old niece really likes it.But for $14/kid I don’t think it was worth it. I feel like they’re competitively prices, but don’t offer nearly as much as other places in the area. We won’t be returning.

I will NEVER go back to this place. Please DO NOT trust them. They will not stand behind their contract. They will tell you one thing and do another. If I didnt come in early enough to setup my baby party it wouldnt look the way it did. There was no decorations only plates and cups. The manager stated the person who did the contract no longer work there. The owner is not at facility NEVER. Now you know...Use at your own risk.

Clean, open environment with lots of great areas for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Definitely for the 6 and under crowd. So happy to have this in the area for the littles! This is far better for this age group than Ball Factory.

My 11 month old daughter loves this place. There’s lots of space for her to safely crawl around and explore. Very clean. And very friendly staff.

I have been here 4 times and yesterday I was not impressed with this place anymore. Felt staff were being rude and unfriendly. 2 women behind the desk no smiles and when asked a question felt like it was to much trouble to respond back. Then when my toddler wanted to go down the slide in ball pit I was informed that she had to be alone and i couldnt catch her when coming down. So she was to scared to go after that. Not sure if I will get another punch card after this one is gone.

Went there on Thursday around 4pm. Upon taking my toddler out of the car idk how I managed to slam my thumb in the door. As painful as it was the guy working so kindly ran next door to get me some ice (Im sorry I didnt get his name ). Both him and dianna(sp?) were very accommodating and super friendly. We had a great time. My 13mo son enjoyed all of the equipment and the ball pit the most. I really love how this place accommodates the younger kids just learning to walk! We will definitely be back!

This was my first visit to the kiddy club. I took three children ages 3 and two 4 year olds. I have not gone yet because I felt the cost was too high to pay for three children. I found a Groupon and used that to visit without the everyday high cost. The children and I loved it. The place is clean and has different areas for the children explore. The do have a snack area and u can order pizza if you want that is delivered from Pizza hut. The staff was nice and very helpful. If you need to leave to go eat or whatever you can get a wrist band to return again without paying. I believe the place is a very nice place for younger children I just wish the cost wasnt so high. Not all parents that have mutliple children could pay to visit often. Just my opinion. I do recommend this play area for parents with smaller children.
