Great theater. They just renovated the seats. Not to the full luxury recliners, but way better than the cloth. The employees are always so nice and being a regular really means a lot here. They know you by name and appreciate your business. Its a slow theater so the lines are not ever long. Bring the family.

Great movie theater. I like it better than Chagrin. It is a bit cheaper and less crowded but cleaner as well.

New seats recline on their own, no way to sit upright to drink!!! It hurt my stomach reclining back so much without having your feet up.Picking your seats out in the lobby is inconvenient, you dont know if some tall person is going to be sitting in your way, or a bunch of chatty teens are too close.Clean

Nice nook to watch movies with family. Never any lines compared to bigger city cinemas. Go local!

Clean theaters, freshly prepared popcorn and friendly service. If only they didnt show so many movie trailers before the actual movie, it would have gotten a fifth star from me.

My friend and I were asked to show our cards after driving 45 minutes to this movie theater. I had mine, but he did not have his on him. We were not allowed to purchase tickets and could not see a movie.

My daughter and her friend went to see Lion King and was asked to show ID. I don’t understand why ID was necessary for a G rated movie. Then when handing over the ticket to enter to go into the movie both were questioned why they were so early, it was only 5 minutes. The movie attendant then followed my daughter to the ladies room, waited then followed her back to the theater on top of the 5 times she kept walking into the movie and doing walk by’s.Same thing happened to her friend. This theater needs to train their employees on what harassment is!!

Clean theater and a friendly staff. You cant get much more than that. Its a little on the pricer side but I think its worth it.

We stoped here and just bought some popcorn to take home and had movie night with theater popcorn to enjoy at home ,the popcorn was great !

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The entire theater (the areas I saw at least) was very well maintained. I certain this isnt my last visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Manager help deal with an unpleasant situation with people throwing candy. Was very helpful and dealt with the situation super professionally and we felt very well treated.

Thier popcorn service was really bad, I had a small popcorn and they barely filled my bag I had to ask for more popcorn

I like it. It is usually very clean, sound and picture quality are good, and seats are raised stadium seats for great viewing. The only negative is that sometimes they have the lines outside during the winter.

Great theatre but I noticed a no carry sign on their front doors. I wont be going back until the sign is down. I want to feel safe when I go places. If the bad guy can carry then why cant the law abiding citizen carry?

Went to go see Winchester and online they had a time posted for 7:20pm, however when I arrived at the theater I was informed that they had cancelled the showing to provide more showings for another movie. Not happy that I drove 30 mins for nothing. Will not be returning to this movie theater.

I have been going to this theater now for just under 7 years. It is always clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and this is one of the most inexpensive theaters around here. This is the perfect place to catch a movie.

Its a nice movie theater, Ive never had a problem with concessions orders or sticky floors, and the bathrooms have always been clean, so Ill definitely keep going back.

I go to the movies, once a week usually. This facility is always clean. The theater, restrooms, and lobby. The managers are always friendly and helpful. The staff always has a smile for you. I love this Cinemark.

Tickets were pretty expensive, in my opinion, ($10+) but the condition of the place reflected it. It was very nice and well kept and had a great selection of movies.

Outdated compared to other Cinemark theatres and small, but functional, clean and safe.

It stinks inside and when you meave you smell like Cigarets. I am a non smoker and I hate the smell of it . You need to clean the seats and also change them to the leather recliner seats.

Ive always enjoyed this theater however just today I noticed the posted a no carry sign on the front door thereby taking away my ability to protect myself and my loved ones. Its absolutely their right to prohibit law abiding people from carrying a legal handgun while on their property. And its my right not to give my hard-earned money with no guarantee that they will make any effort to protect me or my family (other than a silly little sticker on the door.) l am amazed that people fall for this manipulation. The Aurora, Colorado theater was posted no carry on that tragic day in 2012 when 12 lives were cut short. Crazy people dont follow the rules.

Solid, well-run theater in the heart of Aurora. They arent the biggest theater around, with 10 screens, but that is still ample selection. Overall, its clean and its rarely crowded. More than enough parking. I highly recommend it.

Went to Aurora cinemark 10, so excited to see the new Deadpool!! They would not let me in because I did not have ID, although all of my friends were over 18. I explained to them I didn’t drive the car we had taken and forgot my wallet at home. They refused to let me in and when I bought tickets to another show, they made one of the employees follow my friends and I around to make sure we didn’t sneak in. Anyway, no big deal, Until we entered the theater for the new movie, it was animated. Perfect second choice right? The mother and son in front of us would not stop talking and laughing, LOUDLY. The employees even came in and talked with them. This movie theater is dirty, unclean (EVERY toilet was unflushed and FULL), and downright has rude employees.

I have Ben in Ohio for 2yrs I love in Hiram I have Ben to this Theater 2 time service is great it’s clean the prices is ok I don’t agree with paying 4$ for a Monster but my wife has a big purse the only thing I hate about going here is there no weapons allowed stickers on ever glass it just screams bad guys are welcome to come shoot up the place and there not always a cop there I only go win I have to bcs I don’t like leaving my 45. In the truck and yes I have a conceal carry

Theater 5 smells like cat pee. Very good staff . Lots of mansprrading happening. This really makes me feel unconfortable. The cleaning staff was hairy!!!!!1and wooow they ran in and cleaned up the theater really fast leaving me no time to crie.the lights came on very ast blinding me in a flash. I couldnte run a better theater.
