Trying to experience a normal life activity wont happen at a movie theater as you are greeted by a staff where only one or two people know what theyre doing. The process was weird but I understand why. We sat in an almost empty theater which I liked and the process of purchasing tickets online needs some change as everyone buys the seats in the middle of the theater but you cant expect to all be sitting around each other.

Went to see Frozen 2 with my niece, sister and my mom. Staff at the concession stand were not the nicest.... but oh well. We had a wonderful time regardless! We will still go back to.

This is one of my favorite theaters, 9 times out of 10 the staff is amazing. The theaters are clean, and we have a good time. Going on 8 years as customers.

Great place, has reclinable seating, great service and a very clean theater, I recommend it for everyone who sees this rating.

It had been months since my lady went to the movies. It was quite nice and atmosphere was very clean. Hardly a soul in the theater we enjoyed ourselves

I havent been here in a few years and really loved all the upgrades — mainly the comfortable reclining seats. The theater was also very clean, and allowed for ample social distancing!

This was my favorite before the remodel and even more so afterwards. Nice large modern comfy recliners in all the theater rooms, touch screen soda fountains and they have expanded their food menu a lot so its not just popcorn and candy anymore. They have a bar for the parents to get a little sloshed while waiting for the kiddos to watch their latest family friendly movie or at least make it tolerable for themselves (jk). Definitely not the movie theaters we grew up with where chairs were low, hard and packed like sardines.Once in a while there is a recliner that becomes unplugged so a quick trip to the counter will get someone to plug it back in for you. Theater has always been clean and enjoyable even before covid.

Nice theater that is close to lots of different restaurants and stores. Accessible and also pretty clean. Staff is usually pleasant and accommodating as well. They do order ahead refreshments (if the app is functioning properly) and that is a nice time saver. This theater typically has a wide selection of movies playing which is a plus.

The atmosphere is great, I was created by friendly people until we hit the food concession. We placed our order of sliders and sodas, I pay with my card and the girl behind the counter just put our cups on the counter and walked away. I have never been there before so had no idea what to do. A young man was also behind the counter and on his phone, we get our cups and asked where we get sliders, she with her back to us points in front of her and says over there. Im not sure were over there was because I didnt see anyone over there or over there or over there, just the 2 of them over here o. There phones. So we get our drinks and walk in the direction she pointed and waited, the young man still on his phone texting walked over, so I asked him were do we get our sliders and his response was just minute they are almost done. So I asked again, where do we get them? He said stay there they are almost dome. I still to this day have no idea where to get them, I will save my $27.00 and eat before we go. My next visit will be to just see a movie, I was told exactly when to go and no attitude. The seats for recline and comfortable. I still give a good rating base an all the other factors. Clean restrooms, clean theater and the warm welcome from the staff before I was ignored and apparently an inconvenience.

The security would not let us in even though we were supposed see a movie and were running 5 minutes late but he locked the doors and did not let us in and told us to leave. We had no idea that they lock doors at 9:00 o’clock. Worst #theaterever

Great and convenient location with plenty of parking.

I love being able to scan the app and go right in. I love being able to do up my popcorn the way I want to. I love being able to recline. This theater offers all of it. Its super uncrowded during the APS schools down days so bringing the young ones here is a pleasant, fun surprise. Their nachos is good, there Mac n cheese is okay.

I love this AMC location! The staff is always great the theaters are comfortable. Processes are easy. You can book your seats online ahead of time and even order food and drinks to your seat.

The staff arent always very enthusiastic about their job, but have always performed it well. The only complaint I would have is how incredibly messy the food area is, before it branches out into the theaters themselves. Outstanding service! Always quick and clean. Staff are super friendly. Accidentally bought a movie for Southlands. The manager that helped me, I can’t remember his name but he was a darker skin colored young gentleman with black hair, was super nice and understanding and joked with my wife and I throughout the whole process! Will be seeing us again!

The remodel is nice looking while still keeping some of the Asian charm. The seats were comfortable although my recliner didn’t work. For me, it’s never over crowded like other theaters I’ve been too, which I enjoy a lot.

Arapahoe crossing also known as the Chinese man theatre for its Asian theme is amazing! Great friendly staff, clean theater seating, bathrooms were kept top notch, food was properly cooked and fresh, 10 out of 10 will keep coming back. My family and I have been here a few times before and have never been let down, its a little out of the way from where we live but still worth the 30 minute drive!

The theaters are nice, but the food was not really thought through for the updates and there are always only 1-3 people working concessions, even at the busiest times of the day. The prices for concessions are a bit high as well. And the ticket prices are high for the size of the theaters as well. They also do not have a ton of staff watching the box office and last time I went in to buy a ticket, I had to almost walk to concessions to get someone to come assist me in purchasing my ticket. Its disappointing to have a convenient theater that is 5 minutes from where I live that I dont want to go see a movie at very often because its so pricey and not a lot of staff working the key areas at the busiest times and sometimes at all.

Great theater!!! Not the closest AMC to my house but we drive the distance because its always clean and has great customer service. Really like the theme inside. Like there are a few more food options than the older theatrs . If I could change a couple things Id love better pricing for the mixed drinks or larger drinks for money. Id also up date the IMAX because the stadium see seating is horrible.

It should be updated like the other AMC theaters nearby. Otherwise great. No issues with movie and had good food for a movie theater

I have been to this Movie Theatre since I was Ten Years Old!! Never been a problem for me, even when they had their Renovation going on! And since the renovation, my experience is so much better than the last, everytime! What can I say, Im A Cinema Buff!

Dolby theater is awesome! Too many trailers though. Service and delivery fee for what? The food I ordered was cold and incorrect. The bathrooms were a mess. Not enough staff?? Pretty expensive for a mediocre experience.

Movie prices are comparable to everywhere else. Large soda was roughly seven dollars after tax. Thats decent considering you can get refills. Looks like they serve alcohol also. The seats are comfortable and they recline. We watched Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom. So it was loud but not deafening. Thats a good thing sometimes the sound is up too loud in movie theaters.

This theatre finished a major remodel October 2017. The lobby, restrooms, concession and bar are are completely new. The new concession stand boasts new and upgraded food and beverage choices.Even some of the auditoriums have been remodeled, including auditorium 16, which is now a Dolby Cinema @ AMC, featuring industry leading projection and sound as well as fully reclining seats.This AMC is definitely heading in the direction of being one of the Denver areas premier movie theatres.Definitely try and see a movie in the new Dolby Cinema Theatre. I was amazed with the quality of the screen, blown away by the sound system, and more comfortable in the new recliners than Ive ever been in a theatre.

First time going to any Amc theater and I had the best experience. Alina, One of the concession workers there helped inform me about the combos and greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was; definitely made my experience more enjoyable. The theaters were clean and the seats were soooo comfortable. The popcorn was tasty although I got a few burnt pieces in my tub but that’s understandable. Will be coming back!

Theater is nice. The seating works well since there are so many seats. Popcorn is a bit bland, but the soda is good.

This place is always clean and the service is pretty good. I have had a few orders messed up, and sometimes they dont have the person stationed at the check in spot for A-List members. Other than that its the local Theatre I go to, and I like it.

Excellent entertainment place. Clean and comfortable with superb sound and picture quality. It was a pleasure to watch movies here. Keep it up...as in my language we say ......SHABASH

The theater itself is nice and fancy. The seats are painful though. I would not recommend this theater for longer shows. I was so uncomfortable if the movie wasnt good, Id have walked out.

1st movie After quarantine.. WhooWhoo. Staff nice but really slow, & failed on a few issues we had, but theyll get their groove back!

We went to see Rise of Skywalker and for the most part the presentation quality was tip-top. What did not impress me was that the sound cut out near the end of the movie. No one was manning the booth, so someone had to notify them to fix it. It seems like something like this could have been avoided but when you have a teenager running the show dont expect much!

I think they had a remodel! Lobby is clean and beautiful, the recliners oh so comfortable! Enjoy

Nice inside but extremely dirty love the variety of free refills of drinks. Bathrooms are somewhat clean. Popcorn didnt have enough butter. Overall experience was a c+.

This AMC is top of the line, Theater 16 is Dolby Cinema awesome! they also have IMAX and plenty of Digital Theaters with recliners. Also have a bar and all the junk food you can eat. Easy access for handicapped, everyones always been polite to me. I have an AMC A-list membership glad to own it.

Less expensive prices on Sunday before Noon. Large and comfortable recliners. Seems cleaner than most theaters. (did you know that theater popcorn is close to a 900% mark-up. it costs nearly nothing to produce...)

Always clean and popcorn its always delicious. The only negative is that the IMAX sound needs to be adjusted. Its missing some bass.

Good service and clean environnement. If you are hungry, there are plenty of choices to grab a quick bite. You can also chill out and grab a drink at the bar.

The theater is what youd expect. Seats are comfy and reclining. The popcorn is not good, which is half the reason I go to the movies.

Good! Reclining seats are where its at. Concessions were good and I liked that they had the Coke mix it up machines and DIY butter. The one thing I didnt like was that the bathrooms are only located in the lobby area. So if your theater is at the end of the hall (like ours was) its quite a trek to go use the restroom. Other than that, it was a nice experience!

The eastern-like architecture is what attracted me in the first place and I wasnt disappointed when I entered inside the building; it is cozy and has good temperature-it was hot as hell outside and Im glad to feel a cool breeze when I came in the building.In comparison to other quality theaters, the restrooms seemed clean, nice places to hang out if you are too early for the movie and Im glad theres reclining seats. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because they dont let you put in your own amount of butter on the popcorn unlike United Artists theater. All in all, I highly recommend going here and Ill be returning as soon as another Marvel movie comes out.

The facility has a long-standing crew of professional for happy to help and if you serve with seats and food. The popcorn is above average I would say. The only issue I have is with most of the food that was prepped its the same microwaved stuff you would purchase out of the store at 4 times the price. Literally they put it in the microwave in front of you. The cuisine seems a little unprofessional. They make up for this by having an on-site bar for those alcohol lovers. Yes you may pick your drink in the theater to watch your movie. The theme is asian-based I did a little research China owns this theater chain so thats who youre paying a portion when you watch a movie at this theater chain. But they do give good Americans job so double edged sword. They have seating similar to 16th century but lack Heating which seems like a simple fix. I feel this could be five stars is this theater did something about the food and the way its prepped. When you receive your food make sure to check Ive had it be cold and then a time in the center hence its microwaved. The big benefit in this theater is that if you get on the A-list you can watch 3 movies a week every week for free monthly payment of 21.95. One of the best deals out there for movies.

The movie was great. Seats where comfortable. We like how we get to save our seat when we bought the tickets that way we could wonder around and not worry that all the good seats where takes prices where a little high but that is probably cuz Im trying to compare them to the prices in Kansas

My Family and i were visiting my Sister from New Mexico we decided to go to the Movies. There were 14 of us and the Theater was filthy they never cleaned from the movie before and when i went to the restroom the trash was overflowing paper towels all over the floor. When i asked to speak to Management they said none was available. Just the worse theater ive ever been to.

This use to be my favorite theater. They partially remodeled, but left the main theater untouched. The seats are small and broken. They had good food for a while then got rid of it. I only come to the theater if there is no other option in my area.

A good basic theater. Never full at the movies which is nice. I do wish they had the full reclining chairs though...maybe time for an upgrade for a better experience. I definitely prefer AMC at Southlands.

Decent theater, reserved seats, full bar, can order food to seats. This was a retrofitted theater so the recliner seats are more narrow and placed closer to each other than at more modern theaters but it is still better than a normal theater. Just like all theaters it is always somewhat dirty.

Love this theatre! Never too crowded, they have the big recliner seats, audio is great, lots of movie choices.

The assigned seating makes going to the movies a breeze and the seats are super comfy.

Staff is always friendly and polite when I go. The prices are a bit much but its worth it at the end of the day. Im always a little sad when they arent showing the movies I want to see and I have to go elsewhere.

Nice theatre the staff is helpful and seats are comfortable although the ones in the I max aren’t as comfortable as the others. They don’t recline but they also aren’t very relaxing seems to upright for my liking and hard. Also often times in the evenings the theatres are cold but if u tell them in the front they are quick to remedy the issue... Only getting 3 stars becuz once again once concession closes u can’t find any employees if u have questions or need something! What if there’s an emergency and u can’t locate any employee! I’ve only found this issue with AMC theatres and it seems to be a running theme with them as I’ve experience this all over the country once they get ur money for tickets or concessions they are nowhere to be found for this reason I don’t go to there later shows anymore I mostly go to the earlier showing not the last showing of the day. If it’s a late show I’m seeing then I go to another theater not AMC because I do not like the idea of not being able to find an employee after a movie ends!

I have a love hate with this theater. The love is that its extremely convenient to where we live, and it has a Dolby theater. We are there 1x a week and occasionally more. The downside... frequent turn over which leads to other issues; never enough coverage on busy nights; lack of customer service or management who cares; beverage machines are constantly out of selections or are nonfunctional, and carpets clearly get nothing more than a sweep or light vacuum.

Were used to going to Southlands a lot and decided to go here for a few different showings which we were highly impressed! Personally I really enjoyed the smaller theater rooms and its not horribly crowded either. The staff was phenomenal but the only downside that I was able to find is the prices for the food which is about the same everywhere but still outrageously expensive.If you go to a movie on the five dollar Tuesdays in the evening its a great experience. Not very crowded and no screaming or out-of-control children which was so wonderful to experience for the first time in a long time

$25 for a matinee is ridiculous. Especially when the check out girl won’t honor coupons and is rude about it. Save your money and go to Harkins or Century. Higher quality and service.

Very nice theater, a bit more expensive than others around but worth it.

Dont bother with their A-List. The staff wont know or be willing to assist you with it. The app wont let me add new forms of payment so it wont let me pay for the a-list. If theres a technical problem while you are in a movie they dont cant or wont so anything to let you go to a different movie that day. Overall bad service from the the theater themselves and worse service from the app and home office. Ive sent emails to the corporate office multiple times about terrible customer service as well as technical problems and they are either entirely ignored or closed quickly without actually helping me.

Always good experience when I go to watch movies here. everyone is very polite by service and I have the monthly subscription for 1995 and they let me watch up to 3 movies per week. I think is a great deal

The manager of this theater with a long beard gave us the the single worst customer service experience I have ever had. We pay extra every month for Stubs A-List. There was a situation where we had been there quite literally the evening before, and yet they were not able to help us out in a special circumstance where we had driven 45 minutes to see a movie in this location. Now, even though it seemed quite silly and petty to us, I understand when employees feel the need to follow the letter of the law. This manager clearly did not have the authority or power to provide excellent customer service, and when corporate doesnt give their employees that power, there is nothing they can do. I understand this. However, this manager was nothing short of rude and inconsiderate in his handling of the situation. Had he said he wished he could help us but it was out of his control, I would not have been upset at all. Instead, he was rude, condescending, and just terrible in his treatment of us throughout. He even laughed in my face when I said I was disappointed with the outcome. I have never faced such rudeness from an employee, and it has truly made me reconsider my stubs membership and AMC theaters in general. If they can not teach their employees common courtesy, I may need to find another chain to spend my money with 3-4 times a week on average. I can not recommend avoiding this theater strongly enough, worst customer service Ive ever received in my life.

This is my go to movie theater. I have the AMC A-List and its so convenient to go and get a ticket right there. They have a self checkout counter too. Theyre really really good at customer service too. Sometimes the popcorn can be pretty salty so they offered to make it without salt. I know its such a hassle since they have to make a new batch...and they probably hate me, but I dont think they know how thankful I am for that!

I went to see a movie. The seats were reclining and very comfortable. They had a wide variety of concessions including alcohol. But during the movie the sound started cutting in and out followed by the picture. The customer service refused to refund my tickets instead they offered movie passes.

Nice staff, clean well cared for theater, IMAX theater leg room is shy and no reclining seats like other screens at same theater. Would be nice to know when booking tickets.
