Michaels is great! Excellent prices and the curbside pickup was awesome, less than 5 minutes wait time and I was on my way!

Went to craft store with some ideas and made some halloween vintage hair bows

I was buying a gift for my sisters birthday and Danielle was so helpful and patient. The check out line was long because there was only 1 cashier. But I noticed Danielle hopped on the register making, what seemed like a long wait, very quick. Thank you for your help.

Sky and Baily were amazing. Both were overly helpfully, friendly to the max and so polite. They went out their way to help me with my me projects and find any and everything I needed. Thank you ladies. Definitely will be back. Last the so for store was clean and plenty of registered were to have

Well organized and clean store. Line was rather long to checkout. There were only two cashiers and a lot of people waiting, but they worked quickly and I didnt have to wait too too long.

Salright. They could add more machinations or electronic art tools to their inventory. Also, water-based paint pens/markers: Lots more. But otherwise theyre the go-to craft store.

I was helped by an employee named Samiya at this store. It was at the end of the night before closing and myself and another person were waiting to be checked out. Her co-worker that was previously checking out customers, decided to leave Samiya alone and not help finish checking us out. I appreciated Samiya having a good attitude, as I felt terrible that her coworker refused to help her and actually laughed at her as she was leaving out the front door. This was incredibly off-putting, but the fact that Samiya was so nice and did not make me feel bad for checking out so many items that I was purchasing made the situation much better. Thank you so much for your help that evening.

For some reason stores like this have become the new hot spot since Covid...prior to this whole pandemic I would go in...several employees were easy to find if I needed anything and would be in and out fast...after covid....no employees ANYWHERE to be found...i was looking to buy some locked up items but walked around the whole store...looked like they only had employees (3) to run the registers...since i couldnt find anyone I just said forget it and waited in line for 25 mins to buy the few items I needed or else I would of just left and purchased stuff online

Variety and a lot of different hobbies supplies but its a little bit pricey. Overall I would recommend because itll have what you are looking for or something close to it.

The picture framing employees are very helpful and they do excellent work.

The employees didnt care that there were people walking around without masks. They checked out when I brought it to their attention. I mean that is just endangering your customers.

I love Micheals and this is a really great location. The only problem I have with it is if you’re there anywhere close to closing you’re really rushed and the employees tend to rudely stand right next to you staring at you asking if you need help over and over, basically implying you should get what you need and get out immediately even if it’s still 10 or 15 minutes until closing. I understand people want to get home after a long day at work but you’re not closed until six so there’s really no need to rush anyone. You’re not going to get anywhere any faster by doing that. And in my experience at other locations such as Southlands, they don’t even make it apparent that you’re there close to closing. Once I actually was there till 615 when I finally checked out and I hadn’t even noticed they had closed yet because they are so respectful and patient you can tell they truly value their customers.

Im really sad to write this review because Ive been a loyal Michaels customer for many years. In the time of Coronavirus, curbside pickup is a lifeline for some of us. But at this Michaels (at least) its a cruel joke. You call and are put on hold forever. Finally go into the store get stuck in a line behind people not wearing masks only to transferred to another line where you wait forever behind people without masks and you wonder why you are risking your health for something you can order on Amazon and have delivered a day later. I dont blame the workers I blame poor planning on the part of management. If you cant actually deliver on curbside service dont pretend to offer it. As an immune compromised person Im not willing to do this again. Ill be buying my craft products elsewhere in the future. Sad that it ended this way.

Today my mother went into pick up some items. While checking out the clerk told her that she needs to wear a mask the next time she comes in. Arapahoe county is not a mandatory mask county and she is impeding on my moms civil rights! Get ahold of your employees before you get sued.

The store is fine as usual with lots if sales. Unfortunately for people that buy a cart full of stuff, they cant take carts outside. So you have to be able to carry everything after you check out. This is probably due to covid but I didnt see any carts being cleaned etc. So im frustrated.

Love the selection but I do wish your blank shirt stock went up to 5x. I always end up spending more than I plan too. They also have amazing sales on cardstock and vinyl all the time!

When they hire more staff Ill give that 5th star, I hate standing in long lines. Its worth noting Im disabled and standing for long periods hurts me physically. Overall a good location. Stock is usually well kept. I like the order online, pick up in store feature. I can place an order in the morning and have the hubbers grab it on his way home. If youre patient you can usually find a good sale and or coupon for the items you want. The staff they do have is friendly and mostly knowledgeable. One manager stands out, Angel, hes a proper gent. Had an issue with an order and he offered to go get it from another store to make sure I got my items.

Michaels is just a great store especially if youre very creative and artistic. You need any DIY supplies they would more likely than not have it. This location specifically is decent but a bit small for my taste.

Slow check out but friendly cashiers. The items on the shelves were in the wrong spots which made pricing confusing. There was a price check scanner available though. Ill definitely be back for more deals.

There was a long line to pay but it went quick. Lots of sales during COVID.

Good for “some” art supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful, however, not easily found. This is especially true when I need art pens and have to find someone to unlock the cabinet... ugh that’s a time waster!

Great products, hard to find help on the sales floor when needed. Ive seen employees duck around isles to avoid customes. 3star rating due to consistent lack of organization in the fine artist painting sections. Im a professional fine artist with my own business. I paint using two separate mediums; oils and acrylics on linen canvases. Ive been shopping elsewhere due to this stores lack of organization.

Sometimes its an absolute mess. Its near impossible to find any employee on the floor. However they do offer a large selection of crafts, beads, paints, yarn, frames, and pretty much any other art related thing you can think of.

The floor associates and cashier were very helpful. The floor staff assisted me with finding a specific frame and picture hanging hardware. The cashier helped me by finding a discount coupon reducing the amount of my total purchase. Thanks to all.

Michaels is so great!!! Ive heard some great things from other people about Michaels and low and behold, they were right. They had a wide variety of everything, and I mean everything. So many options. I cant believe that it took me this long to go to Michaels, cant believe I didnt come there sooner! Best believe that Im going to be going to Michaels a lot more now!

If you time your purchases right, you can get a really good sale on whatever you need. People are friendly and kind. Its kind of a smaller store, but they still have a little bit of everything. And they do discounts for teachers and military, which is really awesome.

This place is fairly standard for a Michaels, but nowhere near the nicest of them. Average is the best way I can describe them. Their stock of halloween decor is usually missing some key items, and more than once, for some specialty craft supplies, Ive had to go to the nicer Michaels in town, the one on S Colorado

They have a great selection of jewelry making supplies. The clerks are helpful to find what you need fast.

I went in to look at picture frames. Aaron Bros does their frames. Anyway, they had an ad that mentioned getting an in stock picture frame and having the picture and frame gift wrapped. The gentleman working there helped me and I purchased a fabulous frame, but the only wrapping I received was brown paper. A little ribbon and a bow made it look good. The gift was well received, too. I like Michaels and I highly recommend them. Its also a great place to by crafts to keep the kids away from the TV, etc.

Lots of items to shop from but the prices are too high. Even the sales they advertise are too high. I was disappointed that there was no fabric for sale in this store. I didnt go in for fabric but I wanted to check out the dept for certain types of fabric. The bead selection is good but the prices are just too high. I will shop at hobby lobby for my craft needs.

Quickly becoming my first go-to for mid level art supplies. They carry most all of the major brands of both acrylic and oil paints as well as brushes and canvasses. Overall i rate this place high because every time Ive needed something that i couldnt find at the other chain stores Michaels not only had it but also had a good variety in stock. The only area this place falls short in is that they always seem understaffed for cashiers. Expect a wait.

I always love going here. I had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca (one of the newer framers) and she was wonderful. She helped us set up a shadow box for my husbands grandfather that recently passed away. Very patient and understanding. Everyone here is a gem and very helpful.

Went in for a custom frame for our wedding fingerprint tree. The guy who helped me was amazing. I had a coupon but he found me a better promotion to save me even more money. He helped us go back and forth deciding what frame and what color matting. Just a great experience all around.

I used to go here all the time but there customer service is really slipping. If you need help with anything good luck. The check out people are usually nice but if you call or need help finding something, they act like they are doing you a massive favor for doing their jobs.
