Make sure you have directions to navigate inside the complex: google will do good to get you there, but inside the complex you are on your own, we got lost :) plenty of guest parking, generally - very nice and quiet area. I loved the house we visited. Nothing fancy from outside, but very spacious!

My grandfather passed away today at home in his bed. The manager, I believe her name is Lori was their with a huge open heart to console our family in this hard time. She also remember the passing of my mother just a short few months ago in the same community. My hats off to the entire staff and the whole community with the immeasurable size hearts that every single person at the River Mobile estates has for one another. If you live or are considering the River as a place to call home you are truly blessed. Love and miss you grampa Joe and my mom Marilyn.

Seems quiet

This could be a nice park to live if you get a new management company to own and operate it. HCA Management Co. has hired some bad managers to run this park over the years. The managers they have here now, Jim and Lori , are very phony and unprofessional. In fact I just heard from another resident here that somebody did a background check on our current managers Jim and Lori. And they found evidence that Jim, some years ago, was found guilty of a federal crime that involved embezzlement of money from a company he used to work for. And I was told that HCA management knows about this info also. In my opinion, not a good management company or a good place to live.

Family friendly clubhouse for 55+ !!!

Nice management, and a pretty good one. They seem very strict however only for the purpose of keeping the community up and making everything look nice and desirable. Theres plenty of community activities for everyone to be able to participate.

This is the nicest trailer park i have ever seen! I would love to live there myself if it wasnt so restrictive. But maybe thats why its so nice?
