Its truly breathtaking to see Gods beauty all around this Beautiful park. Our family started here over 22 years ago now our daughter gets to enjoy living here.

Avoid this place at all costs. management is a NIGHTMARE. they make up “rules” and claim that they’re in a handbook even if they aren’t. they fine you for things that aren’t even legit. seriously. avoid it.

This was the greatest place to live when I was in college. The trailer park is located by beautiful lakes and trails through the woods. Its a pet friendly park and people can walk their dogs around beautiful scenery. It was a great place to live, especially if you were in the Very school. Happy times!

Pet Friendly has about 6 ponds your dog(s) can play in plus a hidden walking trail that runs parallel to a creek but you have to stumble across it or just follow how the ponds drain. Lived here 3 years in College and came back for two more years at 28 and 29 years old. Very very quiet for college town. Owners can nitpick about stuff but typically it is something that needs to be done and makes their trailer park look better which is no problem in my opinion because if they start letting stuff go you end up with a trashy trailer park. If you receive a fee it is likely you didnt cut or weed eat your yard they will try to work with you to resolve anything else. Owners will talk to you if you go talk to them.

Ive lived here two years and attend the medical school, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt this is a wonderful place to live. All these posts about bad management arent true at all. The people here care about you and your family. I cant recommend this place enough!

They wont let you fish in the lakes if you dont live there. It was a very sad day for me #heartbroken

Awesome, Affordable place to live, close to Auburn University and Vet School. Very nice Lady working in office, Super Friendly and Helpful, Always Smiling and Pleasant!

The manager lacks communication and interpersonal skills; the owner appears to quickly respond with a compromise. A large amount of personal time is spent to resolve issues as fees/charges are freely given to the students.
