I recently moved out and my soon to be ex husband apparently didnt tell them he did too. We both got evicted...I am not sure how I got evicted when I didnt live there or Im not on the lease? We had strangers walk into the house twice when they thought no one was home... Im glad to not live there anymore.

I like it. But mobile homes need to be fixed alot. And it gets expensive. I think Id like to have a Home. But Ive lived in worse so, this mobile home is in the middle. Not the worst but not the best.

The manthat owns this use to be the mayor of our lovely town! What he left auburn was a GIANT EYE SOAR OF CONCRETE BLOCKS THAT ISOLATE A THIRD OF A CITY BLOCK! WHAT A LEGACY!!

Ric and the staff at Auburn Homes have always been very helpful and responsive any time I have had a question, or issue, no matter how small.

Super quiet place to live, great neighborhood, the managers of the park can be obstinate as heck and really slow to do their jobs though.

Every Halloween these people take a lot of time and effort to treat the kids to a great time during trick or treat

Place jacks you around. Tells you they are taking care of something and sending contractor. Then the contractor doesnt show. I call to let them know the contractor didnt show so they start saying oh we need paperwork to get it done. You have to come in and fill out this paper after I already went in there to take care of this should b simple problem. They dont know how to run a professional business. When a business says they are doing something then they should do it the first time you try to get it done. Im a stay at home mom with a young child I cant be going up there 5 days a week to get something done that should already b done. I dont have time for this.

Instead of calling you if there are water problems, they go under your house and shut it off then tell you its your job to fix it. If its after 30 days, its your responsibility to replace their defective meters. Their maintenance is a joke. Thats not the only problem ive had, they are poor on providing quality parts and plumbing before sale.

Its a great place to live at.

Horrible place to live , lots of drugs and bad children running around . And if you file a complaint the park sends a tenant to your home to harass you .
