I come here for a nice walk with my leashed dogs. Its a small loop with 2 paths. Wont take you long and you cannot get lost.

Its a fairly short trail to walk. The outer loop is a mile long, including the walk up the street back to parking lot. The path was groomed and there were a couple of bridges. Cant wait to check it out come in the fall and winter. I would have rated it a 5 but the frozen pond wasnt frozen....

It was very nice our first time here. Me and the hubby brought our two dogs. It was pretty even here in January. I only wish others that brought gods were better at picking up after them. As soon as we entered the trail there very serval piles of dog poop. And even further it continued, a few right on the walking paths. Pretty gross. But other then that we loved it. Cant believe I would drive right past it everyday and not even realize it. We will be back for sure

Went in July/August very buggy, I look forward to going back in the fall. Be aware the path comes out to the street, so if your dog is a car chaser hang on to the leash tightly (200 yards to the parking lot). The boardwalks makes this place really special.

I love this place! Great little place with a lot to look at and great parking. Whoever keeps up with this place does a pretty great job. My only issue is with one woman who consistently lets her LARGE white dogs around without a leash and without supervision. She will be so far back and on the phone while I am surrounded by two huge dogs without knowing what their temperament is. This makes me extremely uncomfortable. If someone is able to do something about this I do have a picture of their license plate but will not be posting it publicly. I will say if you see a new white Audi 4 door with 2 very large white dogs to keep a close eye out or go somewhere else if your dog cant handle it because she will not do anything about her dog coming right up to you.

Lovely loop trail for a walk/cross country jog before the workday begins. I liitle wet in the low spots on the trail after heavy rain. Bench at large white pine 3/4 the way around great for contemplating nature. Interesting plaque in the parking lot about the Nickerson farm and fauna which is the house next to the parking lot.
