I own a timeshare at this place. Best investment I ever made! Breakfast right downstairs, Kelseys Supper Club.around the corner as well as a Seven Eleven and a mall. Right on the boardwalk next to Ballys and Johnny Rockets! Now what more can you ask for? Staff friendly and helpful. Massage spa right in the building with the BEST masseuses in the world! Gotta check this one out!

Had a great time. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Pool was great. They made sure everyone kept safe from covid with their organization and socially distant rules, etc. The diner food was delicious. Cant wait to go back!

Please do not spend your hard earned dollars staying at this place. The first few days was satisfactory. However the third day was beyond awful. There was a couple next door to me that was horrible!! They were physically fighting and throwing each other against the common wall. This went on for 5 hours. I called security and the front desk more than 5 times for them to do nothing..I mean nothing!!! When I checked out and complained they refused to refund the night. Im still fighting to get my one night refunded. Stay at the Hard Rock... cheaper more comfortable. If I could give less than one star I would....

The resort staff and the accommodations were superb!! We recommend this resort especially during the pandemic. They are following safety guidelines regarding social distancing. We had a great Birthday weekend

This resort has a great location right in the boardwalk. It is easy to get to and has onsite parking. I have used this resort 5-6 time in the past decade. Overall the amenities are nice, but are starting to show some age in some units. The real appeal is location, being walk to for just about everything in Atlantic City. Definitely do an inventory on the dishes, linens when you first get into the room. We had several visits where what was on the list differed from what was in the room. We alerted the front desk and they took care of it without issue. Check in can take awhile if you arrive at a busy time. Be prepared for some waiting. Check out is generally faster. I have not used any of the spas in the resort. The place is kid friendly, but not for letting them run amok. The area around the resort is safe in day light, after dark the boardwalk is safe but I would be cautious after dark or you go away from the boardwalk. The front desk is a good place to ask if you are going somewhere at night. I gave a 4 rating because some of the units needed some maintenance or repair.

This is my home away from home.. this was my mom and my short vacation get away.. Fantasea resorts never disappoints. Being an owner it makes it easy for me to get away from the city.now that my mom is gone..it means a lot to be able to come and be greeted by people who care.. thank you Fantasea Resorts for always welcoming me and my guests with open arms.. The location is good, right on the boardwalk. The rooms are a good size with decent amenities. However the rooms were not clean, sand everywhere including the hallways and furniture. Crumbs and food stuck to the countertop. Even the bathroom was clearly not sanitized from previous guests. Little interaction with staff but everyone seemed nice.

Hotel is run down. Spots on the rugs and chairs. Enough dust on the coffee tables to write my name. TV is in such a position you cant really watch it from the couch. And they still charge $12.50 to park in a garage with no elevator. Will not be back.

Nice rooms. Our room had a great view of the ocean. There is no breakfast included, and no coffee or tea in your room either...

Checked in and changed our reservation to a one bedroom and Im glad we did!Unfortunately, we had mold in our room but the manager kindly switched us to another room. Property is right on the boardwalk.Kitchen was small but the bathroom made up for it! Shower was large enough for two!Ask for the 5-star suite it includes the new bathroom and leather couch.

The location is prime right on the boardwalk. I was a little disappointed at how lax the staff was regarding mask wearing of the guests in the lobby. But the rooms were nice

We enjoyed our time at the resort. We were there prior to the casinos opening so everything was much quieter than usual but still nice. Access to pool was very limited ( should be warned ahead because my lil one was very much hoping to enjoy). Very clean & attentive to PPE needs and extra cleaning. Access to beach easy; security on point.

A litany of maintenance and housekeeping issues since day one. After over 30 years with RCI this is the worst resort Ive ever stayed in. A real horror show.Photo depicts 4 days of no room cleaning even though request was made.

Great stay. German at the front desk was extremely helpful at check in, he gave us a slightly bigger room because it looked like we had a big group (we actually didnt) but the thought was appreciated nonetheless. He also gave his recommendations for more local places to eat and we ended up having a casual/nice dinner there as well. All in all, German was the man and really genuine as he checked us in. Hes the man, give him a raise!

Horrible management team. When you call the main number to confirm reservation they tell you something when I arrived the front desk workers weren’t on the same page. Different story. My check in with them was a nightmare. Horrible front desk workers on 7/3.Very unhelpful. Lamar Farmer was the most nasty and unprofessional person I ever had to deal with. Zainab, the front desk girl also very unprofessional. She gave me very difficult time. No one was willing to help or work with me in any way including Managers Melisa and Maribel. Beautiful place but these people don’t deserve to work there.

Awesome resort We had a blast everyone is friendly .front desk staff was very very nice and helpful .Security is not uptight and very pleasant and speaks to everyone .love the rooms .we upgraded to the 30th floor the view was beautiful .we will be staying in again .also very clean and u must have on a mask which is a good thing and very quiet as well much needed vacation .

The property is very old and needs to be updated. Prepare to wait at least 5-10 for an empty elevator. The wifi isn’t the best, if you have work to complete on vacation that requires wifi, you might as well stay at another hotel. Room keys didn’t work, had to go back to the desk on several occasions. Vending machines are only located on 2/3 floor. Not a luxury stay, not worth 700 bucks.

The booking said queen suite ocean view balcony and theres no balcony in the entire place. Staying at the showboat next month cause their pool is open!!

Very bad front desk operator. Very rude front desk lady on phone . They said they charge you extra money by mistake and took very long to refund it. As they have access for your debit card while check in and they charge you money for no reason and they act very very rude while asking my money back. Never ever coming in this hotel again.

Pool employee verbally embarrassed me by yelling at me on the pool deck rather than coming up to me to explain a reservation policy causing humiliation and the manager, did nothing about it. The pool employee yelled to me Who are you, who are you? in plain clothes without any uniform on to identify even who she was! They also charged a cleaning fee of $250 saying the tub was dirty but they didnt even come clean the room for 7 days and offered no cleaning supplies! Stay away from this place unless you want problems and public embarrassment!

We went to Atlantic city on September 10 and returned back to home on September 11..It was a refreshing staying in fantasea resort. They gave 1 suit for relaxing. It was in 23rd floor with one bed room, one dining with kitchen, 2 restroom, and one huge balcony. The bed was very comfortable. There is a swimming pool and a jekoji in 6th floor. The most important thing is, the resort is very near from the sea. From 23rd floor we felt like we are one the sea. There is a long walkway in front of the resort and it is made above the sea.So undoubtedly it was one of the best journey ever.

Im book in July 1 to July 3 is ask me for 100 dollars more for deposit is say is gonna return my 100 dollars in 7 days is past one month half im call the lady so rude and she say call at 12 until today nobody’s call me back nobody’s pick the phone and I’m call today again and nothing terrible service

Nice hotel, great view, friendly staff. Studio was roomy and nice with kitchen. Not crazy about $12 daily parking fee, but it is Atlantic City I guess. Would stay again.

Room are super clean and the views are million dollar view. Employees are super nice and helpful, two day before I was leaving my bathroom had leak and part of the ceiling came down as soon I call they came and move me to another room they were really helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. It had an old musty smell. The tub was dirty. The sink had a funny smell to it. There was dust by the lamps. Not a hotel I would pick again.

Decent place to stay. Great location. Good pool and hot tub. Room has an amazing view. Great game room. Spa is very nice. Right on the beach. Literally a few steps away from the ocean.Bath tub area needs work. Its old and somewhat disgusting. Parking lot doesnt have elevator so keep that in mind. Slow elevator service - only 3 for the whole building and are being shared with the service crews.

Was put in a handicap room that we didnt request when reserved 3 1/2 months early. A/C was off and room was terribly drab, dark and dengy. Called RCI and was moved the next morning. I like most everything minus the full size bed instead of whats described as a queen. No ice maker? Seriously! No full length mirror anywhere and Im dressing up to go out....come on! Cheapskates, the lotions and hair products dry your skin and hair out. But this was exhausting, no elevator in the parking garage️

This place was gorgeous and staff was super cool.

The staff were nice, the room was comforting, and the views were amazing. However, the rooms are not updated and there are alot of additional and unnecessary fees for such a modest place with lower mid-grade accommodations.

The website was not what the room actually looked like. Much smaller. Dirty did not looked like it was cleaned often. Gym and game room not open but fee for it still charged.

Great View, Comfortable rooms and right by the boardwalk...

The only positive item that i could find was the view from our room..We checked in.. when i went to the counter the lady at the front desk must have been battling a cold because she kept sneezing and coughing and then touching my paper work and room keys.. i overlooked that because i myself have had to go to work when i am sick.. she gave us the room keys and i go back to park my car in the adjacent garage.. i soon realized the garage and hotel do not connect.. and there is no elevator.. so i just grabbed minimal luggage and headed back to the hotel to take the elevator upstairs... we get into the room and instantly i was grossed out by the smell.. it smelled horribly.. like body odor.. we decided to go out for dinner.. on our way back we picked up lysol... only way i could sleep in that room.. it was now around 9pm and when we got back to the hotel there was NO ONE at the front desk or the security desk.. that left me feeling uneasy.. anyone could walk in and head up the elevator.. once we were back in our room, i noitced we needed toilet paper.. i called the front desk and when i explained the situation she said, what do you want me to do about it? Really?!?! I have never experience the lack of hospitality as i did.. the house keeper who delivered the toilet paper basically said that is how she is. Wow.. is all i can say. We spent 1 night our of our 2 night reservation.. we checked out early be ause i could not stay at this hotel for another night. Im highly disappointed.. i am a blue green owner and for this to be a associated resort i have high expectations.. this hotel needs to be completely renovated.. staff needs to be retrained... i definitely should have read the review before i booked my stay.. lesson learned.

Very nice place to stay right on the boardwalk. Close to things. The staff can be a little Selfish at times like on check out day with the elevators not wanting to move so you can get in when there is plenty of room. And the bellhops are just rude. But its a very nice place to stay.

I have been to this hotel twice, and it honestly has been the best stay in AC Ive had. Decently priced, the room is always nice and clean and staff is amazing.

No enforcing state law with masks. Staff overcrowd elevators and managements comment was to “call the cdc”. We arrived to prior guests pizza in the microwave. We had to clean our room when we checked in. Reminded manager to put his mask on.

Nice and clean. Does feel a little old school! Staff are friendly. Its right on the boardwalk, which is a big plus. Had breakfast at the eatery on the ground floor, tasty!

Check in went smooth and at first glance our room seemed to be great. After taking a shower I walked out of the bathroom and was stuck by something sharp in my toe. Bent down to see what i had stepped on only to discover a bunch of tiny nails sticking out of the carpet. I went downstairs to tell the front desk what had happened and it took 20 minutes for security to come down in order to make an incident report. After telling security what happened he told me to sit in the lounge and wait for him. I had a reservation at 1pm and at this point it was already 1245. I let the front desk person know I had to go but to make sure they sent someone up to fix the room. I was assured this would be done. After returning to my room at 815 I noticed the problem still had not been fixed. I again had to go back down to the front desk and talk to someone new about the problem in my room. To top it off I was also told that I was able to pay $7 a night for parking in the garage. Went to pull in the garage on Sunday night and it was closed due to construction.Had to find parking on the street and worry about waking up the next morning to put money in my meter.

They treat you more like a criminal at checkin than a guest. Ive had better times at jury duty. Atlantic Palace on other hand (have to go through this lobby to get there) is lovely and super nice. Even chuckled when I said main lobby is staffed by *****

Amenities were nice. I wish the kids room was open more and that there was the ability to drop kids off who are older than 10. Also there needs to be something done with the elevators. This building has about 30 floors and three elevators. The elevators are slow as molasses and when I say I had to wait 8 minutes for an elevator on a normal basis when it wasnt busy is not an exaggeration. When we were checking out at 11 our party of 6 each needed to take an elevator themselves instead of all of us getting on one elevator due to how long it took and how packed the elevators were. The baggage handlers were very friendly and very efficient it made our check-in and check-out very smooth especially with two young kids and all the beach supplies Plus food since we had a kitchenette. We were on the 4th floor and had the beach view and it was very nice to wake up in the morning. Our room wasnt renovated so it had all the 80s Glory furniture but it gave a nostalgia of our childhood so we enjoyed it. The hotel provides a cage for you to put your bicycles which was very convenient. The garage is next to the hotel but has very tight parking spaces I suggest if you have a van or suv that you drive up to the higher floors and back in so when you leave you can just pull out. Overall good trip and I would stay there again.

Best feature - location. Right on the boardwalk. We had nice ocean view on 25th floor. Large open space for meals. Old building. RCI info said free parking - nope - $6.50 a day with tight spaces and no elevator if parked on top floor.

Parking attendants attitudes range from close inspection of parking pass to back being turned as you enter. Which should it be?Room was very nice, carpet was unattractive but otherwise nice size and quiet. With great views. And room had odd smell we spoke about but not fixed, we had to get air fresheners. May have been the carpet because it looked like it could be well capable of delivering quite the stench.

Really nice hotel! The room was awesome and the staff was friendly. Just as a warning, the parking garage is TIGHT. I have a small SUV and was extremely nervous driving around each corner. If you have anything bigger than a Honda HRV, you may want to think about bringing a smaller car if possible. I def recommend the hotel though! We will be staying again.

My wife and her cousin stayed here for a birthday celebration, and staying here ruined the entire weekend.Supposedly non-smoking, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. What was booked as two queen beds ended up being one queen and one pull-out full, but even the queen was the smallest queen bed she had ever seen.Asking to switch rooms was pointless, as the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional from the way they were dressed to the way they acted.

Loved the layout of the room and all the windows. View of the ocean beautiful. All the kitchen & appliance amenities were great! Tons of room also. Location and access to boardwalk was excellent. Parking garage very close.

I liked the location. Would have given it fve stars but the guests before us spilled syrup on for kitchen floor and despite 3 requests to have it cleaned, it reminded sticky throughout our stay.

My score is really a 3.5. Only a few reasons they didnt get a full 5 stars from us. When we checked in no one told us that the parking lot was 12.80 a night It wasnt until we checked out that we found that out. Secondly, the parking garage does not have an elevator - but they do offer to let you leave your bags and then go park. Lastly, when it rained there was leak in the room by thr window in the corner. Other than that, everything was great. Great location, great staff, and the suite was very nice. Beautiful oceanfront view!!! We definitely will stay here again, but probably wont park in the parking garage.

Our room was beyond what we imagined. The jacuzzi tube was lovely as well as the small kitchen area. Great for small families/groups or couples looking for a great getaway with a view. There is boardwalk access and places to eat as well. For our first visit, Im impressed.

This place had been in decline, but they turned that around this year. Theyve really cleaned up and fixed up the place since last year. It isnt perfect, but it is a nice place for a family vacation.

Best stay in AC ever! Get a suite here if you love Atlantic city! Things to do all week for kids and family plus all the good food nearby!

Wonderful view of the ocean. Friendly staff. The room was very clean. The furnishings were a little worn but nothing too bad. Fast elevators. The parking garage was a little tight but always found a space. We would definitely go back.
