Nothing short of amazing... Will definitely be back... The only thing I can suggest is maybe some water bottles in the rooms... Other than that, tapas were great @ Amada and service was top notch all around...

Great place to visit off season! Hotel prices are less expensive & the crowds are less. TIP: Take a short walk north on Boardwalk for peaceful walk along the bay/ocean!! Great views of the ocean & bay. Located in a more isolated part of Atlantic City. Customer Service at hotel could be improved.

My absolute favorite place in Atlantic City, and Ive been coming to AC for 40 years. Everything your looking for is here, relaxation, excitement, good food, beautiful view of the ocean and beach.. Most importantly family oriented, kid friendly Casino. In the winter you dont even have to leave the building. Extremely good promotions!!!

The rooms are nice with good views around. The lounge is great. The casino is not as big as other casinos but has a good environment. The table games dont have progressive which is little disappointing. The staffs are good and I would recommend it whoever is thinking about visiting Atlantic city

Great view of our room and amazing location, but the stuffs are really not good with clients, they need more training. Before I booked I called and asked if we could make the check in early (9am), and the lady said yes. But for our surprise we could not make check in, we were tired and with 2 luggage, and we waited in lobby for 8h for check in because it was 5pm. But the hotel is beautiful and look like a shopping mall with good restaurants, the best ice cream and good others options for entertainment.

By far, the best hotel/casino in Atlantic City. Oceans has a higher level clientele, excellent restaurants and shops, and a great casino. It is the only place in AC that feels like Vegas.For the first time, I didnt give it 5 stars because the room had some minor issues that should have been take care of before check-in but I will be back.

This Hotel is Absolutely Amazing.No need to stay anywhere else.Fast Check In,Very Clean and Temperature check upon coming in.Rooms were spacious and the restaurants were good,and so were the slots.I will be coming back.Everyone was very friendlyDESPITE the male guard who worked on 10/31/20 around 1:00pm (not sure his name but he had an accent) in the front when entering the hotel,he was a little nasty when talking to us because we walked in the wrong way.Uncalled for.Other than that everything else was great

I gave 4 stars because of the brand new facility & this unbeatable view. Its a pity that we cant find any disposable slippers and kettle to make coffee or tea. Other than that, everything is great.

We had a very satisfying stay in this hotel a week ago. The place was very conducive for those people who want to get relaxed. The view from the room to the outside was very nice especially if you are on higher floors. Amazing!

The Bartenders need to know what the spa experience is like to sell it. I am staying here I asked if they knew how the spa was, sad that they both said I wish!! . When you give people the proper knowledge they can pay their role... get it together Ocean!!! The beauty fades, u want good service

Spend my birthday weekend and it was clean, modern, super comfy king bed. Mesmerizing night view. My best experience was waking up to the spectacular ocean view. Customer service were very attentive, Covid protocol was followed, restaurants were superb. I was pretty impressed, will be returning.

As an architectural building and design decisions Ocean Casino is so much attractive in Atlantic City. Panoramic overlook, huge glass windows- walls that is amazing. Tons of card tables and machines, atmosphere of holiday and cool restaurants. Also some kind of offers (now it is a BMW drawings) you can get every time here. Great Job, guys!!!

Staying for two nights. Switching to a suite for day 2 because it wasnt available the first night. Forget the stains on the carpet or bedside lights for a moment. We asked if we could do late check out or early checkin to the suite since theres about 5 hours in between.On 11/25, we called and were told that we could check out at 1PM instead of 11 and that we would have to call morning of 11/26 for early check-in to new room.We called morning of 11/26, only to find out that we had been lied to about the late check-out, and that 1pm is unheard of, and absolutely no possibility of any early suite check-in. The mismatch of information is absurd and now were back to having to check out at 11 and waiting in the streets until 4pm when the suite is ready. Had i spent less money and gotten a small room, it would of been no issue. Literally being punished for spending more money at this place.Now back to the room. Stains on carpet. Light switches that do not work. The bedside light had a loose light bulb and I realized because the on off switch doesnt work! To turn on we have to put the light bulb in every time. Very safe for guests. Stains persistent under and around small table, looks like blood stain. For obvious reasons, I have had to wear my shoes indoors at all times in the room.Definitely would not recommend coming here again. If I could go back. I would probably of booked at the other go to hotels here that are much cleaner and friendlier staff.Avoid this hotel at all costs. From the pictures you would think this was 5 star or at least striving to be. But with the floor stains , couch stains, taped up lights and lights that dont work, they are either trying to drive their business down and declare bankruptcy or the management is so pour, that I could go to even showboat or trip and get a much cleaner room. Between the customer service and filth of the room, this is the worst experience Ive ever had outside of my home.

Time for some pampering! The spa room was beautiful. The massage was good. My bathrobe was way clean and smell good. Truly fantastic and Im fortunate that I was able to experience it. It feels so relaxing after. Would I go again? Yes!

This is a fairly new hotel and warmly welcomes you in. The lobby is pristine and the backdrop of the front desk is absolutely celestial. The Ocean is big on social distancing, so the line was quite long. Check-in was pleasant, accommodating & efficient. The grounds are warm & inviting, allowing you to be absorbed by the soft ambiance this location creates. Outdoor seating includes a firepit, so it didnt seem as if it was cold out at all. Took a dip in the pool & then relaxed in the hot tub, which was awesome! I really needed it. Played basketball at the mini arcade which is always fun. Get there & you will enjoy yourself Im sure of it! Have fun!

In these times of Pandemic, Ocean Casino puts in the effort to do what they can to keep you safe. They have temp check stations at all the entrances and enforced social distancing and masks. The pool was still lovely and the poolside drink service was a plus. Im knocking a star because they dont give free parking with your stay and there was no where to get coffee without leaving the casino after 7 or so. I get why they took the coffee pots out of the room but Im not sure coffee makers have been shown to be Covid spreaders but even so at least have a place I can buy it. I did ask a few people that worked there and they didnt know anyplace open in the building Why would you want me to leave for coffee? Amazing views from their many decks.

Nice, modern resort, right on boardwalk. Room was clean, with nice view. There are also nice views from rooftop deck. I really like hotel pool with hot tub. Parking was free for ocean card members. Generally pleasant experience.

Large upscale rooms..huge variety of delicious restaurants and bars... entertainment thru out...gaming tables everywhere... boardwalk steps away from entrance..and covid-19 precautions everywhere...

My absolute favorite casino and resort! Some of the other casinos in Atlantic City smell like cigarettes and who knows what else but ocean resort always smells clean, it has the best own view of the ocean right on the casino floor, the staff is always lovely and inviting, and the gaming here is great! Free play and rewards are generated pretty easily compared to other casinos, I get gifted wine, house items, comp hotel stays, food vouchers, and more. The sports bar is my absolute favorite place to go when I want to drink and watch football, soccer, or tennis. The pool area is breathtaking with its indoor / outdoor swimming. When you swim underwater you can hear music playing from underwater speakers. There’s so much to do here even during a pandemic. Speaking of a pandemic, once you enter the building from any entrance, you are greeted by a host or hostess who guides you to a sensor that takes your temperature and the staff promotes social distancing. EVS and house keeping does great with keeping the building clean.

We were there briefly... walking on the boardwalk, we decided to check it out. Casino floor looked very nice, very spacious and well lit. Lots of tables and many newer slot machines. A very modern Casino with a fun escalator ride.

Magnificent Hotel to stay at or visit when you’re planning a trip to Atlantic City. Spacious casino, breathtaking views from the balcony, a relaxing pool to chill at all in an mesmerizing atmosphere/environment! Then there’s the boardwalk right there with easy access to everything (beach, fun rides, food, other hotels) etc. Great prices and exceptional customer service.

Nice and new. Its actually a beautiful place. Friendly staff. I know Im going back. Multitude of places to chill out. The casino is surrounded by many shops and the sculptures and artwork is very modern. I LIKED it!

The room was very nice and clean. Casino had good atmosphere and variety of games. Ate at Villan and Saint and Cafe 500, both were excellent in quality in the food and customer service. Looking forward to going back.

Incredibly disappointing experience, we stayed during the week to try to get a couple of days away. We stayed on the 41st floor and we had a great view facing the ocean. Unfortunately, the bliss was short lived. We woke up at 6am for the second day in a row to the most disruptive part of the trip, the intense construction. The construction consisted of loud banging, scrapping, it sounded like a carpet installation in a wood frame building. Upon calling the front desk to resolve this matter, I was told by Jacqueline (front desk attendant) and Felinda (front desk supervisor) that the only available option was to move my room and that they were not aware of the construction taking place when the room was rented for the night. This is the part in which I find to be unacceptable, the reservations department and the construction team need to be in sync to know to perhaps not rent the floor with complete renovation taking place. We are sleep deprived and the last thing we can fathom is gathering all of our items to trek downstairs to a completely different room, initially we chalked up the noise on the first morning up to a one-time incident. I am not only disappointed in the lack of appropriate customer service but the lack of organization and a positive guest experience. I have stayed at almost every hotel on the AC boardwalk and this 5-star hotel unfortunately has resulted in the worst guest experience I have had. I do believe on another occasion an enjoyable experience is possible despite the mediocre casino and being the furtherest location on the accessible boardwalk, however I will never return to this hotel purely because they truly did not seem to care that this construction was disruptive to our sleep, vacation, and well-being. I hope this is considered by internal members of the Ocean Team to amend this behaviors and staff that are unable to meet the needs of their guests.

Ocean Casino Resort has a large foot print. It appears that the resort was about half occupancy. It did not feel overcrowded. There was many sanitizer dispensers throughout. In the casino, employees where cleaning the machines and wipes were available. I enjoyed the many artistic appointments. The views were outstanding.

Always an enjoyable time at Ocean, the best place to stay & gamble in Atlantic City! The rooms are modern and very comfortable. There are many food options for whatever you have the taste for. All employees are very accommodating, courteous & welcoming. Its the only place I stay when I take a trip to AC

This place was AMAZING!!! My fiancée and I went here during “COVID-19.” It was super clean and just breathtaking. Super easy to park (get a gambling pass) and check in was painless. We had such an amazing view. The staff was super friendly and we were always greeted with a “hello, how are you.” Spent a day in the heated pool, which was super nice. The best part is that it is at the end of the Boardwalk so you don’t have the lights and night life outside. I would highly recommend this place for anybody. Next time we are going to bring the kids here so they can enjoy is as much as we did. The only problems I had with this place is that there weren’t any coffee makers in the room (there are many coffee places around the area). So get up early and get coffee if you want to enjoy the views from your room. The only other problem was the fridge in the room had one setting..... freezing. So whatever food you got from the day before if you wanted to eat it later... it was completely frozen. Other than those two it was such a great place.

I really like the Ocean the fro t staff are really polite a few of the security are rude . This time it surprised me that the rooms arent really clean. The window seal can be used to write your name on due to the dust, the frame of the bed had stains the bathroom wall had stains and mold in the shower. The hallway had shredded paper and bags of trash. If the cleaning crew could just take a little more time cleaning it would be fabulous.

The casino was very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. We ate at Villian and Saint, which was very tasty. The casino takes good care in making sure covid precautions are constantly in place. Parking garage was clean and parking simple.

This is my first time here with my family. Its plenty of restaurants. There is a shopping area. I really enjoyed the indoor outdoor pool that is combined together. I will be definitely coming back again.

This was our 2nd time visiting within a month and a half so in short, we like Ocean Casino Resort. We first went as a couples retreat and then took our children. The good is, the hotel is the last one on the boardwalk so its away from everything else, which we like, the beach access is also great because its towards the end of the hotels spectrum of the boardwalk. The food options are plenty but theyre all expensive. And the hotel is overall pretty clean. The bad is, the staff can be friendlier and polite, although we did encounter at least a couple friendly smiley faces on our 2nd trip. The unavailable coffee maker in the room is a big problem for coffee drinkers, due to covid theyve taken it out, which frankly doesnt make much sense because everything else is being touched, why cant the coffee maker be sanitized prior to guests arrival? Its a hike from the hotel to the beach area, but its understandable because it is a large facility. The rooms could be cleaner, it doesnt look like its been sanitized at all. The overall condition of the room is good but it would be nice to have extra cleaning done. Most of the hotel staff and security are incompetent, unhappy about their lives or just whatever, but theyre not pleasant, they look sad/unhappy and angry and their energies/body language portrays it. The hotel also refused to give out beach chairs/umbrella due to covid, again I feel its overkill using the virus for doing the least possible for the guests. If theyre giving bedsheets and leaving ice buckets (without any bags) inside the room then the over cautiousness doesnt really exist, everyones ultimately taking a risk with the virus however they perceive it to be. Overall good hotel, good for the money, however it could be so much better than the management is currently doing, and I believe this hotel stands out more so due to the ineptitude of the rest of the properties on the boardwalk rather than it being heads an heels being better than everyone else.

Clean rooms with beautiful views on the 45th flr staff was kool elevators were really fast the pool was clean inside and outside. Room service was fast all in all I had a great time definitely going back

Just got back. Spent 2 nights here. Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful especially giving directions. The restaurant was excellent. Spent time in the magnificent pool. Finally a pool they keep warm. The staff was constantly cleaning all areas of the hotel. I am switching from my usual hotel to the Ocean. PS I won too.

Ocean garden grill was amazing. The view is beautiful. The food was averagely priced and absolutely delicious. I would definitely eat there again. The only thing I didnt like is the fact that they dont have any appetizers without shellfish ️. They also have other really great looking restaurants but I would definitely make reservations ahead of time.

Great Atmosphere! From security on arrival to the maintenance gentleman everyone was professional and hospitable! My husband and I booked a two night stay last minute and we are so glad we did! We had one issue with the toilet which was promptly corrected and followed up by housekeeping cleaning. Definitely impressed with the follow thru when a supervisor personally came to our room and confirmed all was completed to our satisfaction. Looking forward to booking another stay in the future!

I dont even know where to begin! I guess for starters my cousin had reserved a handy cap accessable room being that she is in a wheelchair and when she arrived from her 5 1/2 drive and they gave her a regular room. She spoke to the receptionist and they couldnt give her a handy cap room til the following day. So she ended up staying in a room that she couldnt shower in. On top of that the room needed alot of maintenance. The comforters on the beds alone were disgusting. They had so many holes, tears and stains. They looked like they needed to be thrown away. The pillows were beyond flat. And There were stains on the carpet and scuff marks all over the walls. The blow dryers were old as can be and well over used, the paint barely existed. When she got switched to her 2nd room which wasnt til mid day they put her in a room that wasnt better. The curtain was falling off the hooks and was extremely dusty. She also had tried to use the vending machine near her room and not only did it keep stealing her money several times, it gave her the wrong item from what she tried to purchase! I hung out with her and the girls over that weekend and from what we experienced, Its unexceptionable for a highly popular hotel that charges so much to have these problems.

Overall experience was good. Staff at the front desk do not seem knowledgeable of the property and can be pretty rude. I visit this location frequently and always encounter an issue with the check in counter.

Hotel was a nice escape for a few days. Clean, roomy, all food/dining is takeout only. Very different experience during social distancing. Water bottles and Sanatizer available through out the resort. Elevator wait times can be very long... beach/board walk was nice and not too over crowded. Plus, local Outlets have 20-30 maximum capacity!

Took the wife and twin here for there birthday and had 2 rooms and one suite small gathering but it was amazing ... I like to live my life through others

We visited for the first time in August....and we are sold! Our very favorite hotel and casino in AC..The rooms are outstanding, the service is 5 star, the pool is the very best and the casino gave us hours and hours of fun!!Cant wait to go back again to spend Thanksgiving at the Ocean Resort...We have not enjoyed AC since the Hilton closed but we found a hotel like the Hilton, that truly cares about their guests!!Thank you

This was my first time staying here. I enjoyed the staff and the atmosphere of this hotel. I loved the room for a king size bed. The 20th floor facing the ocean was fantastic for the sunrise and sunset overlooking the sea. I would come back to this hotel again.

Absolutely loved staying here. The staff were very hospitable and our maid was great. The view was out of this world. We had a spectacular ocean view. The only thing the room was missing was a coffee pot. The prices they charge they could at least throw in a free cup of coffee .

Amazing. Every employee that my family and i encountered were professional and polite. The room was clean and the view from the 48th floor was spectacular. The indoor/ outdoor pool was great. My 10 yr old son enjoyed his 3 hours spent in there. Lol. My husband enjoyed the casino. I just wish i stayed another day i would have liked to try the spa. I had a great experience here and will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel. Nice atmosphere. We didnt have to leave the hotel to be entertained. Nice restaurants, live music, a bit of an issue when we arrived to check in, but the manager Brianna accommodations made up for it. She was very professional.

The room was quite nice, clean and very well kept. There were no microwaves in any of the rooms, but Im not sure whether or not that was a COVID-19 measure. I took one star away for this. The layout of the property is confusing. In the parking garage, you park on level 11 for access to the hotel, but this is the 1st floor of the hotel. The view we had was wonderful. Im not a gambler, and I was here with a group of friends, so Im not sure if Ill ever come back. Besides the hotel casino, there wasnt much to do in the area besides go to the beach.

What a fine lovely place to stay. Was just there and Atlantic City is a run down sad place but this hotel w private beach was a sincere plus. We got a good internet price and we feel they treated us as though we paid full rate. Getting back to Atlantic City the boardwalk was nice however none of the stores or restaurants that we were wanting were open and it was the first week of October and I just looked dumpy. Really not sure what it’s going to take to revitalize that place. Beach beautiful ocean resort was A Plus

This is by far my FAVORITE hotel!! Its beautiful. You feel like you are in a mini City. Everything you need, you dont have to leave. Best of all are the amazing views!

Nice casino, dealers, security, waitresses are very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars, I went to eat at Roocos and half the people (customers) didnt wear a masks or kept social distancing and no one from the employees told them to obey the rules and regulations.Otherwise I recommend it. The free self parking garage is an added bonus.

I would have given more stars BUT I had to call housekeeping as SOON as I got in the room. I stayed in the studio suite.The bathroom counter, floor and mirror were dirty and dusty. The windows in the room were dirty. For the price of the room cleanliness should not have been an issue. The refrigerator didn’t work and when we looked to check if it was turned on we discovered that underneath and behind it were FILTHY. The couch was also dirty and I had to request the robes that should have been in the room. Overall it was a really nice room but they definitely could be cleaner. The shower is amazing.The casino is very nice, especially compared to others on the boardwalk.

Nice view but Room wasn’t clean. The floor looked like it wasn’t vacuumed as there were crumbs on the floor when we first walked in. The night stand had crumbs and phone in the room was very dusty. The TV wouldn’t work and had to call for Maintenance to come up several times only to be told, “I don’t know where Engineering is. I can’t get ahold of them. They’re not answering me.” It was hard to get ahold of an agent in the first place and i was on hold Sometimes up to 10 minutes just to speak to someone. If you want to go to the pool, make sure you get there as soon as they open because they fill up quickly and they only allow a certain number of people in at a time. It was supposed to be Adults only from 8a-9a but I got to the pool at 8:15am and there were children already in the pool. Had a reservation at the salon and I was told salon is on 6th floor. I went to 6th floor and it was all guest rooms. Went down to concierge and was told Salon is not on 6th floor and I had to take a different elevator down to Casino floor and salon is there. This was supposed to be a nice birthday vacation. There were so many people at the hotel, we couldn’t really enjoy our stay. The staff need customer service training because some of them are rude and seem like they’re not familiar with the hotel amenities or don’t know where certain places are located within the hotel.

What a nice resort... Modern, clean and right on the ocean. Everything you need for a few days away is in the hotel or a short walk away. The patio on the lobby level is a great place to sit and look at the ocean and during the evenings they have fire pits.

I had no complaints about this hotel at all. I arrived way before my arrival time and was checked in immediately upon arrival. For a hotel in Atlantic City the hotel was very clean, the bathroom was to die for and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. The ambiance of the hotel overall was very warm friendly. I think Ive found my home away from home. I will definitely be back again...

Good place. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. I was quoted a price for a suite and a hour later they called me back telling me I needed to pay double of what I was quoted. After saying to the customer service women I do not want to cancel my reservation that I want what I was quoted she said back “I’ll cancel your reservation” and completely disregarded what I was trying to explain. After asking to speak to a manager, I waited 20 mins on hold, a supervisor came on the phone and explained the lady was new and we had to give double of what we were quoted or cancel the reservation she continued to say I’ll cancel your reservation after I said it’s wrong that I was quoted a price and an hour later you call and give me another price. After going back and forth she said “I’m not going back and forth with you I’m going to cancel your reservation” then cut me off as I was speaking and put me on hold without telling me. She remained back on the line and said she would give me the suite at the quoted price I then said thank you she said anything else I can do for you I said can you send me a confirmation email and she hung up on me. I love ocean casino to gamble and it’s a nice casino overall. my boyfriend and I have spent many nights here whether we stayed the night or just went down for the night to gamble or go clubbing. After this experience I don’t know if I’ll come back. Very disappointed

Loved the resort but terrible customer service. I accidentally booked the room for the wrong night which is my fault and was not expecting a refund, but was told I would so they got my hopes up. We booked the room because we were already there and then told we were not being refunded for the wrong night I booked. Told multiple answers by multiple workers, no one had a consistent answer. Also our blanket had what it looked liked to be dried blood.

Been a few times and just love it. Like being away on vacation without actually going anywhere far.

Ocean resorts is beautiful!!!! Everythings fresh and new. We visited the pool and love the indoor/outdoor aspect. They provide towels and lounge areas for guest. The room was spacious and gorgeous as well although it wasnt an Oceanview room we had a complete beautiful view to the ocean and Atlantic city skyline

The hotel was pretty cool, I just dont like the fact that its at the end of the boardwalk. Everything is super far away, but go to the food truck right outside. Their Chicken Philly was awesome!

This hotel was a huge letdown. The rooms/hotel looks nice in pictures, but it is incredibly deceiving. On the surface it looks very nice, but it is disgusting here. We were staying for 2 days, tried to leave the first night due to how filthy it was, they refused to refund us so we stayed and then checked out a day early.There are stains everywhere. Couches, walls, floors, furniture, and not just normal signs of use stains, stains that look like they are being purposely ignored by housekeeping/hotel. Our room had black marks all over the wall, tape left on the wall from a previous guest, the phone didnt work, half the lights wouldnt turn on, theres too many things wrong to mention. The pool furniture is disgusting and has mold/mildew stains on chairs. We wanted to rent a cocoon chair for $50 but every cushion was covered in black stains of mold. This place is not what you think it will be.The surrounding areas are so dangerous you cant even walk down the boardwalk without feeling unsafe. The entire experience was awful.The staff were nice and strict with their sanitary guidelines for covid-19.

Not a bad venue at all, just staff were ill prepared. Waited over 2 hours for our room to be ready. We decided just to take whatever room they had available. The replacement room had hair in the sink and toilet paper in the toilet. Not my worst experience, but definitely not the best. Great view from the room though.

Always great experience i had vip check in ocean view my kings bed was very comfortable big bathrooms. There is check in of covid in and out casino.The building restrooms are very clean 5vstars

Had a fantastic stay in the hotel, with an amazing beach view. They have the best casino in the entire city. Rewards was lackluster, despite being voted best rewards/ comps which is odd. Food is great. Wouldnt want to stay anywhere else next time Im in AC.

Beautiful rooms. Clean. Huge resort with lots of things to do. Plus its right on the beach. Zhen Bang restaurant is amazing!!

Overall, I think the resort was beautifully designed and if it werent for covid there would be lots to do here. Our view of the ocean was breath taking and the casino was impressive. I loved the easy access to the beach. The room was missing little details, robes, cups, something that informs you of local entertainment/ fun. The surrounding neighborhood looks sketchy. But, I would definitely come back.

Gorgeous hotel and casino! I loved the retro-modern blend of decor. The spa was beautiful; it felt like I was in Greece with the ambiance. I liked that they have a female only section. They also have a large room where you can do your hair and makeup after a few hours of pampering.

Hotel is very nice and modern. Everything was very clean. Constantly saw staff cleaning slot machines.Rooms were nice but nothing that really stood out except for the amazing views. Think the rooms itself could be better and not just be dependent on the views for the price.Overall good experience.

Beautiful hotel with lost of amenities 3 pools one is an indoor and outdoor heated pool. Plenty of restaurants and good varieties of slot machines and table games. They do a good job of social distancing with mask required also hand sanitizer and wipes are placed around the casino floor. Rooms are clean and comfortable bathroom in the room is very spacious and clean. They have a small fridge and a safe in the room. Only thing I wish they had is a coffee maker in the room

The room I was assigned was supposed to be a non-smoking one, yet it smelled like it had been smoked in. I believe it was assigned to me based off of look. Had I been in my suit rather than casual wear, I may have been assigned a better room. This is a common practice most people aren’t aware of that hotels do.Additionally, I greeted all employees and there was an unprofessional person who appeared to not like kindness. There’s always that one so no stars deducted for that. I understand people struggle with emotional and personal issues that spill over while they’re on the clock.

Needed to get away for a couple of days and we were not disappointed at all. Corner suite on 26th floor with awesome view. Room was clean but we also did a complete disinfection ourselves and declined further room service. We put the towels out and housekeeping brought replacements and gave to us with no issues. Staff very friendly.Lots of hand sanitizer stations throughout hotel, 4 only to the elevator but no waiting. Masks mandatory. The two nights we were there we ate at American Cut, can not say enough about the great quality food and service. Will definitely stay at hotel again with same room.
