Bad culture in the west side venue. Kids are singled out and they receive constant negative messages. No constructive coaching to build them or even have fun. I often wonder if as a customer, anyone would pay so their kids are sweared at and diminished? Unfortunately we did.

Im very disappointed with this club. Too many kids and not enough coaches. The kids are not organized into teams, so they have no chance to develop team skills or strategy. Its a free for all and the kids just run after the ball en masse, no passing, no defense. Kids get bullied and the coaches dont notice or dont care. They disregard air safety alerts and excessive heat warnings (other clubs cancelled practice this past week, but CF didnt). We will not be wasting our money with this club again next season.

Trashy club. All they care about is money!!!! Very disorganized!

We had no qualms about leaving in October, after fully paying for a season, and knowing that they have a No Refund policy, it just wasn’t any good.

Strong in name only. I do not recommend this club. Very little focus on developing players. Not responsive to emails. Lack of transparency. Some of the coaches only seem to be there to collect a pay check and do not actually coach. No player evaluations.

I would not put my son in there camps again. We signed him up for camp in order for him to learn some skills as he was only 7 years old but was made fun of by a coach. Not sure what their coaches expect the kids to know how to do at this age but If you want your kid to have low self esteem and quit soccer, Concorde fire is for you! Luckily I have a great kid that doesn’t listen to these idiotic coaches and has continuing playing soccer and averages at least 1 score per game. We have found great clubs in the area that have coaches that encourage, challenge, and will hold up your kid.

Not worth the money for sparks & flames. They claim to be about teaching skills and yet all they do is an unorganized scrimmage without any kind of coaching. You can get that for a lot less money.

I wasted $1,000 in this club. I had high expectations on having my son playing in this club but we were ripped off. The communication is terrible, and they are careless. The team was placed in the wrong league and played with older kids and they lost ALL the games , like 10-0 and more. The club never gave us an explanation about this . They totally didn’t care about. My son lost all his passion for soccer after be playing the last 9 years at TYSA, YMCA, INTER and KSA. Even the people in the team didn’t care about games, responding email etc. it was my worst experience and very frustrating. We gave up the last games and even didn’t play the tournament. Please find another director to this club and someone that can manage it better because the club it is supposed to be better than that.

Concorde Fire is by far the strongest team around here. My son was with UFA for a period of time, learnt absolutely nothing, his team was loosing constantly to Concorde. It did not take me long to decide we need to transfer him to Concorde. We have beeen winning every single game so far, awesome coaching! Our coach adds additional practices for free every week, very involved and the players love him.Oh, few weeks ago, 3 of our Concorde team were supposed to play UFA... We showed up, they never did!! May be because we humiliated them last time we played. It is OK they need time to practice.
