Be aware they will rip you off. No refunds no matter what COV, if a game is canceled due to things that are not your fault like weather. Even if you break a leg they will not refund you. Independently run by members in their basements thus they will not allow refunds.

Horrible organization with thieves. Privately run by random individuals who call themselves (sports fanatics) with zero oversight. The season was cranked due to COV and they have not issued refunds to around a hundred people. They have pocketed the money in a time like this. Truly disgusting and unethical. Find another league or org even if it’s more expensive it would be worth it.

Like previous reviews stated I am also waiting for my refund from the spring basketball league that was canceled. Beware before signing up with this group. Look at the other local alternatives.

Instead of refunding the spring seasons sports fees due to Covid-19, they are holding onto our money and pushing off all scheduled games for an indefinite amount of time. I will not be giving any more business until they do the right thing and issue a refund

This is a great cause. I have read a few reviews about membership prices being expensive. Thats absurd. 1 small fee pays for the entire season. Furthermore, this is mostly for networking...not winning an Olympic Medal. Go in with an open mind, cough up the $80 bucks or less, meet great folks, network, and have a blast. Anyone looking for more than that for the price needs to tamper their expectations or bring new ideas to the forefront because the rest of us are out here thoroughly enjoying this organization. Highly recommend. Especially if you would like to meet new people.

This is a great organization for getting out in the city of Atlanta and playing some good competitive sports while meeting new people. I played basketball and had an overall positive experience. The Mercer University basketball courts were nice and the games were run efficiently. If you are joining as a free agent, be ready to be teamed with complete strangers, as you will have to build team chemistry on the fly, which can definitely be a challenge. Shoutout to the director of the league Marvin. Hes a great guy, so if you have any problems, talk to him and he will try to help.

ASSC represents the best part of my experience since moving to Atlanta last year. From the league ambassadors to the office staff, everyone works so hard to make ASSC fun, easy, and awesome. I signed up to play Womens Basketball in Summer 2018 and have played in at least one league every season since! I have loved it so much that I recently came on board with ASSC as a League Ambassador. 10/10 recommend joining a squad, it is one of the best ways you could ever treat yourself!

So its a good organization. Very organized. The flaws are: small soccer goals. Expensive and then on top of that they add a service charge .

Love Love the Experience. They have so many sports that you can definitely find something your looking for to get some exercise or just make new friends. Ive been part of several of the different sports they offer and fell in love with soccer. Ive never played before, but being on a team with such supportive folks kicked off my new found love. Also, if you ever need to contact the staff, they are very quick and very professional. I cant say enough good things.

Out standing service. Staff are very professional, prompt and on time. And most of all they made sure we had fun on all of our trips.

Definitely the biggest brand in Atlanta, but also the worst service. Every season (I have played roughly 10-12) I have experienced deteriorating customer service. The rules are not clearly stated nor evenly enforced. Often you will see individual officials interpreting the exact same rule in wildly different manners. The field managers are clearly not compensated well enough because they do not care about the job. They are routinely rude and clique-y and the only way they try to sort out on-field issues is referring you to call or email the league office. When you do complain to the league office, you receive little more than offer a vague apology and an offer for 20-30% discount on future league sign up fees. One season, I even tried to get the league to refund my fees after they CANCELLED the league, and they denied my request and said they would waive my fees to sign up for the same league at a different park.DO NOT USE ASSClub if there is another viable option. Zog Sports, Boys and Girls Club, and local parks (Brookhaved, DeKalb, etc.) often have leagues at a lower cost and are more smoothly run.

Very unorganized. After signing up I was clueless of what was going on. I showed up on game day at the location not knowing who my teammates were. No practices, the Highland Athletic Club court was slippery, and the lights were very dim. No coaches and the team captain had no control of running the team. The team I was on played very selfish and hardly ever rotated players in and out of the game.

These refs have no idea what they are doing. The entire league is mismanaged, the refs are not trained. There is no rule book. Rules are made up on the fly. If the weather rains you out, they do not reschedue to another day. You throw $65 down the drain.
