Wed give Blue Mark Studios 10 stars if we could! Everything you want/need in a venue is here. Good sized kitchen, lots of free street parking, large restrooms, spacious high ceilings in the chapel area, cozy lower floor with great spot lighting! (We noticed reviews that stated the place was too small, thats all relative. If the space is too small, then Id look for a larger place, not complain about the size that it has been for the last 110 years.)Brian is a pleasure to work with.We held the FREEKYBEAR art show here, it would also be a pretty venue for a wedding!

Awesome venue! We rented it for my kids double birthday party. It has a great stage area where we had music (full band set up for jamming), we had a projector showing a slide show, plenty of room for dancing, eating, food and drink tables, and then the downstairs has a ton of space with art on the walls, a kitchen, a nice lounge area...Highly recommended for anything from formal wedding reception to casual party or even concert.

Really really really well made drinks. All strong! Love the decor, definitely the type of place u want to impress your date on. Place looks like it doesnt even exist from the outside, but glad we opendd that door. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend a visit!

Absolutely fantastic! This is a beautiful and unique space with plenty of versatility for your needs. In our case, we hosted a silent auction and photography showcase downstairs and performances and live auction upstairs. Our guests have continually raved about the venue and we are confident that the location and atmosphere played a huge role in the success of our event. Bryan is incredible to work with and helped us (very patiently) through every step of planning. And his event team is top notch! We cant recommend Blue Mark Studios enough.

Great venue with a lot of space and friendly service!! We hosted our wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at this venue and couldnt have asked for anything more!! We recommend this venue to everyone!!

As an event location it was great. We had a birthday party. They had a full kitchen, a basement and place for the DJ. You decorate how you want to.

Wow! What can I say? This place is perfection. The former church is gorgeously renovated while maintaining its historic charm. The lighting is great for photoshoots, the space is airy, open and inviting. The downstairs space is equally lovely but in an entirely different way. Ive seen art gallery receptions do really well in the downstairs space. We personally had our childrens dance recital upstairs and our parents fell in love! Book your next event here. You will not be disappointed!

This would be a 5 star review if the church was handicap accessible. But we knew this was the venue for us regardless. This 110 yr old church is spacious, tasteful and has all the amenities. The owner, Bryan, is very easy to work with and nice as well. Would definitely rent again if needed. Highly recommended.

I chose Blue Mark Studios as my wedding venue due to a wedding I attended here previously. I could not have chosen better. Bryan, the owner, was very accommodating, accessible, and helpful. If I had to do it all again, I would definitely choose Blue Mark Studios.

We recently had my daughter An Jele fashion show here on 2/19/17 and it was great! The event space was clean and very spacious. We had two floors to work with a full access kitchen. The owner Bryan was very accomadating and vety helpful. Great parking. Well lit. Wifi access two bathrooms and loved the stage. I would highly recommend anyone to book this venue.

Nice place to use.i attended an art exhibit and art class.The building is spacious enough for medium size group.it also has a nice downstairs area for meet and greets with seating.nice restrooms.

I celebrated my 40th bday party at Blue Mark Studios. The space was perfect. I had a total of 55 guests and we were able to accommodate, 8 tables, a bar and a buffet station and still manage to have space for dancing. I’m a fan and will recommended it to anyone. The price is very reasonable. I wish we could have more time for set up, I do not think 6 hours was enough time for the set up and party, but we had fun anyways!

I recently put on an event at Blue Mark Studios, and I am so happy that I did! Bryan was so kind and wonderful to work with, I dont think I could have picked a better venue. He was very welcoming and understanding towards all of our needs, and he was very easy to work with and communicate with. I was immediately inspired by the space the moment I walked into it, and hope to continue to work with BMS in the future! Highly recommended for events!

We had my daughters Bat Mitzvah party here and it was a BLAST!! Having both the upstairs and downstairs at Blue Mark was great for the guests of many ages. The DJ and music were upstairs allowing guests who wanted a place for more quiet conversations to go downstairs. The best part was the FOOD TRUCK PARTY we had!! We were able to get the adjacent street closed by the city and we had all of our food trucks and some tables, etc. out there. The owner Bryan and staff were awesome and I highly recommend this place for any occasion. Cool West Midtown location too!!

We rented Blue Mark Studios for a spiritual growth workshop. The facilities were perfect for our needs. The upstairs Sanctuary created a great atmosphere for our work. Bryan was extremely accommodating and was attentive to all our requests and needs. The kitchen facility down stairs was a great addition and was part of the rental package. We were allowed to bring in our own food. We would gladly use Blue Mark Studios again in the future.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding reception here and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The space is unique and lovely, and the art gallery downstairs enhanced our event. Bryan couldnt have been more patient and accommodating. We used the caterer he recommended, and they were outstanding. Five stars!

Such a gem! An oasis of culture and history in an industrial part of town, yet less than 1 mile from the heart of West Midtown (i.e. foodie heaven). The gallery downstairs is intimate and lends itself to wonderful conversation while the party rages on. No parking or noise ordinance issues because again, its way off the beaten path. I highly recommend this diverse and artist-focused events space.

We used Blue Mark for a nonprofit fundraiser at the end of April. Bryan was helpful and available throughout the process. The space was ready for us when we arrived on event day and he was on-site to assist as needed. We had 115 guests and fit pretty comfortably. Our only criticism is that the space was a little warm by the end of the night, but its understandable given how large the space is and the number of people.

I wants to just say that Bryan was awesome and made my baby shower perfect. i requested this short notice and he was willing to work with me. I enjoyed having access to the upper and lower level to separate the children that attended the shower. I received so many compliments on my choice of venue and the hospitality he showed while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed at all times. ( I would definitely this venue a million times)

The West Midtown Business Alliance held our second annual Holiday Market at Blue Mark in December. Both years were fabulous. Bryan is wonderful to work with. He has a very calm demeanor that helps when planning/executing a large event.The space is split between an open upstairs area that allows plenty of room for visiting and a smaller downstairs area, complete with small kitchen, that allows room for a buffet and bar.

We did a concert at Blue Mark studios. and everything turned out great!! Brian was very supportive and helpful and made his self available even on his birthday!! Everything was where we needed it to be and his prices are great! Lots of space , tables , cute sit down area and art gallery downstairs !

I rented this venue to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday party. The space perfectly housed our 50 guests with plenty of room to spare. The room was gorgeously lit with their fun lighting system as well as their projector which awesomely displayed a fun birthday backdrop. Parking was easy and the guests had nothing but positive feedback. It was really simple working with the venue...we were even allowed to bring in our own catering and bar which saved a lot of money. I definitely recommend this venue for your special event.

My partner and I went to an art show/fundraiser for MINT. We had a blast at this venue. Upstairs was the live band and a spot for drinks. So plenty big for some of those small to medium size events. Downstairs was a long room with all if the art for the show that was on auction. There was a bathroom and a small kitchen. The only downside to this location was the entrance was not wheelchair accessible, nor any wheelchair access downstairs.

I recently had a birthday party at Blue Mark Studios West Midtown Atlanta. The space is beautiful and truly original in a restored old church. Bryan, the owner provided amazing music and video projections to make my birthday really special. Bryan and his staff gave us the option to use any outside catering company that we wanted so we were able to save a lot of money on food and drink. Our party was fantastic and Bryan and staffs recommendations in planning and presentation were really helpful. In short, I recommend Blue Mark Studios for any individual or group who want to have a truly unique event in a historical and beautiful setting.

This event place is located on a busy street which intersects a small side street. Street parking only. I went there for a wedding, the ceremony and reception was located in the same tight space. To get to the food you have to go downstairs(bum knee) because theres no room for it to be held on the same floor. There wasnt much space for a dance floor either.

Wonderful Venue!! My parents rented the venue to renew their vows and the space proved to be the most fitting backdrop. We were able to experience an authentic small church vibe in the Sanctuary while also absorbing the artist expressions displayed in the Gallery. The lighting danced off the floors and walls as the guest celebrated the night out, while the projector showcased years of family memories. Throughout the process, Bryan was very helpful and very consistent with communication to ensure the events success. I would definitely recommend this space not only for the cost value and square-footage but also for its character, that helps cement lasting memories. We were certainly pleased!

We had a terrific time at Blue Mark Studios for our annual gala for The Humane League Atlanta - Bryan was terrific to work with and we received TONS of compliments on the venue from attendees. Blue Mark Studios is a precious gem in the Atlanta cultural landscape. Not only does Bryan and his team promote and provide local artists with a great home to create and show their work, but Blue Mark provides the community with a new cultural hub which simply put, makes Atlanta a better place! This is a wonderful place to throw an event. We put on a large benefit event with several hundred people and complicated set up requirements and the owner was extremely helpful in making sure that everything ran smoothly before, during and after the event was over. We appreciated all the work that the owner put in to make sure our event was a huge success!

Some things that made this space different than all others that i researched: The ability to bring in my own food and drink, very reasonable pricing, unlimited street parking, (b/c of its location in an industrial area) the historic charm of a 100+ year old church building, revolving art exhibitions in the gallery, and very helpful owner operator, who went above and beyond to make my experience there very special. Im happy to recommend them to anyone, knowing that they will be taken care of.

I have attended several events at Blue Mark Studios as well as participated in their Blue Market monthly artist market as a vendor. Jen and Bryan are great to work with. They are organized and extremely friendly.If you are looking for a great venue for your event you should absolutely check Blue Mark Studios out! They also offer studio space for rent, and incredibly fun events like Booty Shakin Bingo, Couples and a Canvas, and are hosting a Murder Mystery dinner theatre that is sure to be an exciting event!And, I shouldnt leave off the art openings and exhibits in the gallery downstairs. There is always a fresh new perspective on view for all to see. It is nice to see all the different artists work and the uniqueness of each one.

Nice place to have as a small venue

It was an adequate space for a sip and paint BUT one of the lamps just burst and came crashing down almost hitting someone. The owner buzzed around a lot and seemed annoyed at the people patronizing his space. Not a good look. I wouldnt go back.
