New Jac pierced my nipples. I was so nervous but he was so patient and calming he made me feel relaxed and got my nipples pierced in no time. He’s very professional and informative; he changed his gloves often for my safety and ofcourse he wore his mask. He’s an amazing peircing definitely would come back or recommend him not only because he does his job well but because he’s genuine and clean.

I returned a few months ago to see the legendary CAKE!!..This Queen is not only admirable for her endless works of art but she is a ray of sunshine and adds so much character and colorful energy to this establishment. My journey with CAKE the artist is a new found love of INK and she shall be my artist for the duration of my arm & leg sleeve journey. CAKE has conditioned me out of tattoo anxiety. Pain is a part of the beautiful process but she makes it worth it !!!CAKE is now my #1 artist of choice and I shall return periodically for more iconic ink sessions!!

Im a little confused as to how this place operates. Couldnt make an appointment was advised to walk- in. We were the first and only people there.... for over an hour. There were 5 employees there with no customers, everyone was walking around doing what they do. Im confused as to why we are still sitting waiting for the employee that do walk-ins to arrive an hour and thirty minutes after opening. They make it HARD to support BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES! Needless to say I could not wait any longer...no tattoo from Iron Palm for me. Customer service is very important when operating a business... even if you are already making good money.

I was a little nervous with it being my first tattoo and not knowing what to expect but once I got there and met Charity I immediately felt comfortable. She is an amazing person and does incredible work! I really enjoyed the whole vibe of the shop.

At first i got my septum fixed and then I got snake eyes and the piercer was very good with helping me stay calm and made the experience less nerve racking. I plan on coming again a third time

I came in to get a forearm coverup back in early June I made a appointment which is really recommend it’s easier and helpful for you and the artist my lovely artist name is cake I wanted a beautiful unique piece and i knew she was the one to do it her work speaks for its self very professional and so nice and sweet before I actually met her I had a phone consultation and she was just as she was when I finally had my session We started this forearm cover up in early June now it is a whole sleeve i am hooked and so happy to have her as my artist I would definitely recommend this tattoo shop very clean everyone is nice and professional But I recommend a appointment if you can but overall I am highly satisfied

My cousin tried to get a tattoo for his 21st birthday, but the artist had the nerve to charge him $300 for a small tattoo that doesnt take more than an hour to finish. I dont want to hear anybody say good tattoos arent cheap, cheap tattoos arent good. Thats just an excuse crooks make to justify ripping you off. You can get good tattoos for a reasonable price... ANYWHERE IN ATLANTA EXCEPT HERE!

I made a last minute decision to get a nose piercing and this place was in the area. Nice, clean studio space. My piercer did a good job. Quick and easy. I was in and out the door within a matter of about 15 minutes. My only concern was the fact that I had to ask for aftercare instructions before I left. Ive had several piercings in the past so Im already educated in regards to proper aftercare so this didnt negatively impact my experience but this could have gone much worse had this been my 1st rodeo and not known this was something I needed to inquire about. Yes, we have the power of the internet at our fingertips but I feel as though its always the shops responsibility to make sure to offer aftercare instructions after a piercing.Again, my overall experience was great and I wont hesitate to return.

So I stopped by to ask about a cover up. The tattoo artist who was present didn’t even acknowledge me (she was “busy” having a conversation about Orlando right in front of me). I wanted a specific estimate about a cover up which is why I brought my body in to the shop in the first place. Apparently they can’t give an estimate before they start...this is an absolutely bogus way to run a business. I am terribly disappointed.

I received my first tattoo from Ms. Charity today! And it came out beautifully I am inlove with it. She takes very good care of her customers and always asks if you’re okay! I let her get creative on mine and it turned out gorgeous amazing customer service

Came in a couple of weeks ago to get a Hamsa tattoo from Charity. Ive never had a artist that was so in tune with their craft and it most definitely showed in her piece! I know typically meeting an artist for the first time may be awkward and daunting however that was not the case with Charity. Both me and my friend went to get tattoos. We both stated that we wanted tattoos. When we got there it wasn’t busy at all, the tattoo artists were just standing outside. Someone came and sketched out my friend’s tattoo and she got it done. I was still sitting there waiting as it was getting busier. The people that came in after me were getting tattoos done with no appointment and no one came to me at all after I had sitting there for 2 hours.

My piercer was NewJack. This young man was very professional (and cute!). He took his time and listened respectfully to my concerns. Ive been to 4 other states and been pierced incorrectly with either too much space for my front helixes of too little. I came here and it was finally done correctly. Thank you!

Due to last minute cancellation of previous appointment brought me to this location. VCH piercing is $60 at Atlanta Ink. This place charged $100. Big price difference. As far as service, it was quick and efficient. I was in and out. Didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would. Only thing I suggest is pricing should be similar to competitors Thanks for accepting walk-ins.

This is the third time New Jack has done a piercing for me. This time I went for a nose piercing and, like always, he did so in a quick and virtually painless process. He did a great job and gave helpful advice on the aftercare and when to switch out the jewelry.

I’m visiting Atlanta for the summer and wanted to bring back some ink from a local shop. Iron Palm was perfect. First, there’s a Kaepernick mural on the side of the building - so I was sold right away.While I waited, I sat outside of the shop with a group of friends/artists/locals that grew as the night went on. People kept coming by to chat. It was a great way to pass the time until my design was finished.And then the actual tattoo itself came out great. The design (by Sketch) was great, the actually tattooing went smoothly, the instruments were clean, and the music set the perfect mood.My only negative note is that you’ll have to pay for parking across the street. There’s nothing nearby, and the lot requires payment 24/7 ($10).

The main piercing man, New Jack has a nasty dirty and condescending attitude. Please teach this pathetic man how to talk to women. We don’t care what mood you’re in, keep your hands to yourself and mind your body language. Disgusting

In all honesty, reading reviews about this place made me picture a much nicer shop than what I walked into. The place is pretty dingy externally, but we were quickly greeted by kind staff and signed in immediately for a walk-in appointment. I went to iron palm for a quick body piercing and their piercer, Sketch, took great care of my friends and I during the short process. He did amazing at making sure I was comfortable and safe during my piercing, maintaining professionalism, and creating a completely clean and sterile environment. Great place overall, though a change to the external appearance and care of their building would make an immense difference in their business!

New jack did my piercing and I love it and Funk the world was so helpful!! Would highly recommend and come back made our vacation that much better !!!

Went came in on Wednesday March 11, 2020 and spoke with Nae about getting my nose pierced she was kind and to the point. Came back in today and got my piercings and space was clean, I watched her open needles and she did the piercings fast. I will be coming back again to get more.

I wanted a tattoo from an artist name sketch at this location!! The guy is very arrogant and very very rude!!! He is not a good person and I wouldn’t even trust if he uses new needles. He’s mad at the world !! He swears by his work but his attitude doesn’t represent this at all. The owner had to straighten this situation and Sketch isn’t quite the sketcher more of a sketchy artistry and attitude. Please seek other artist

I sat and waited 45min to get a new septum ring. Which I didn’t get. Because the piercer is the only person to sell jewelry.Highly unprofessional DO NOT RECOMEND!!!

The piercer kept assuring me he was confident that he could place my dermal anchor in my lower back, but after more than 20 mins of digging under my skin-- could not. Not to mention the COCKROACHES!!!!

Went to Iron Palm for piercings after reading good reviews. Sketch was real cool and did a great job with my piercings. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, picked the right length barbells(that has def been an issue in the past with other piercers) made sure i was happy with the markers before he pierced and asked if i was satisfied when it was done. Not to mention it was quick! I waited a month to write my review because i wanted to see how everything healed first and i must say, they look great and i haven’t had any issues with healing. Definitely pricier than other shops in the area but worth it in my opinion. Will be back for more piercings and i hope i have the same dope experience.

My husband and I were in Atlanta for our 7 year anniversary and just googled tattoo shops in Atlanta. We couldnt have made a better decision. We definitely will be returning. Over priced piercings. Piercer did somewhat of a good job but there was no AC and he and I were both sweating bullets under the 1 of 2 lights they had in there. the place is cramped and not cute at all.

I got my first tattoo here. The tattoo artist was Chose. I wasnt sure how they process was supposed to go but chose made me feel very comfortable. He was very meticulous and made sure that I got what I wanted and that it came out even. If I get an another tattoo I will definitely be coming back to this place. Very affordable. Staff is very friendly and funny. Amazing experience all around

Decided that i wanted to get a heat of the moment belly piercing. The first piercing shop I went to told me I wouldnt be able to get a piercing due to me being too skinny. That was absolute BS due to me personally seeing girls smaller than me with healthy belly piercings. Luckily I stumbled across Iron Palm and ran straight there. The staff was amazing with the entire process and made me feel comfortable and like I was a normal human being. Left in less than 15 minutes with a new piercing that I LOVE. Plus they give discounts for college students!

The receptionist that answered the phone was professional and nice. I needed help with a stuck lip piercing. Wally was patient and skillful during my piercing removal. The customer service and skill was so great, I decided to get my tummy pierced!!! Great Business!!!

When I took my piercing out I noticed it was not lined up with my other hole. They overcharged for a simple ear lobe piercing, but it was late and I just wanted it done so I paid. The jewelry they use is too big for my liking and they charge an additional $10 to pick something else when the price was already high ($50). The staff was friendly and it was clean. I will not be back.

Sketch is so chill and professional! Gave me good advice and then let me use my own new stud(safe metal for a fresh piercing) for a new piercing that looks great!! Other places are more expensive and won’t let you use your own jewelry. I’m going to gsu next yr I’m coming back!! Also clean and safe used sterilized tools etc

I walked into this shop around the end of August 2017. The shop looked unkempt and frankly run down (should of been my first warning). I met with Dame and told him I wanted the word “Yourself” tattooed on my middle finger in red ink. Dame informed me he was a senior artist and agreed to do the tattoo. I have numerous tattoos over my entire body in black&white and color, none with and issues. Dame placed a blue stencil on my skin before the permanent red ink.Once he started tattooing the red ink, the lines began to look purple-ish due to them merging over the blue. It was very hard to see what was tattooed and what was not. Dame attempted to go over the tattoo multiple times to make sure it was all covered. Now that my tattoo is completely healed I can clearly see the letter “u” was not tattooed enough. I called, emailed and sent photos. They informed me that finger tattoos fade quickly and made me feel like this is my doing. This tattoo is less than a month old and you can judge for yourself in the picture I posted. I lines are also very uneven, thick at the top and thin at the bottom.Dame was a pleasure to work with but if this is what a senior artist’s work looks like i’m scared for the shop. I am unable to go back to the shop because I live in another state. All I wanted is for the $75 I paid back since I have to pay to get it fixed, covered up or even removed. Every time I call they take my number and say they will get back to me asap and then no response for days until I reach out again and again.... I have now given up on this shop and I wish all of you future customers the best of luck. xoxo

I had just left Atlanta breakfast club and wanted to get my nose pierced. Iron Palm Tattoos was about 10 minutes from there and I saw the high reviews so I took the chance. I am not a huge fan of the area and the outside appearance of the location but a guy named Newjack took good care of me! He used the proper cleaning procedures and pierced my nose quickly! Happy 34th birthday to me. Thank You Newjack!
