We decided to try this activity for an afternoon visiting my sister in the area, and we loved it. The staff was so helpful, the puzzle was fun to solve, it was a lot of laughs. Great family time.

The room was nice, but the clues didnt flow together smoothly as Ive experienced in other escape rooms before. Just seemed like there were too many puzzles stuffed together in the rooms for a group our size to successfully get through. We had 12. Also, it was hard to hear the clues over the walkie talkie as the music playing from the monitor was loud. But nonetheless, we still had a decent time. Not sure if I will come back and try this location again or not.

The escape rooms were great, very interactive and immersive. However customer service is pretty awful. We called ahead to let them know we would be 5 minutes late, yet they said they would have to start our game without us. So by the time we got in the room we had already lost 10 minutes of time.The Escape Game right around the corner at the Battery has equally great escape rooms with much better customer service.Probably won’t come back to this location because they couldn’t accommodate us being a mere 5 minutes late.

Weve done over 40 escape rooms and would have loved to try this place out, but the minimum required people to reserve a room is 4 in 4/5 of their rooms. Not a great situation for couples.

Our game guide, KP, walked us through everything through a walkie talkie because of COVID-19. It was a super easy process. KP directed us right to the room and was a fantastic guide! We did the Atlanta room. We got hung up on two puzzles, but we finished in 35 minutes. The Atlanta room is the easiest room here, but we did it because it had the largest capacity. I wouldn’t recommend that room if you have a group of intense puzzle solvers, it was relatively straight forward.

Not a good company at all. I have done all of the rooms and each time the game master doesnt pay attention when its time for a clue. Then the clues are useless because they dont really watch. This time we wasted 10+ minutes on an item that was locked inside the box we had to unlock. They game master seemed totally confused after coming in and searching himself. Not a help at all. Clues are extremely linear and its death by padlock, nothing unique just a bunch of locked boxes to unlock in order.The last room we did was marked for 12 people, we had 8 but the clues only allow one person to do something at a time. Its WAY too many people, the company is just trying to make money.This company is a huge waste of time and money. If you are looking for a good escape room, go to the Battery and do The Escape Game. Amazing company, game masters cheer you on and watch the whole time so clues match perfectly to where you are. The sets are beautiful and puzzles are all different and very interactive.

Ive done a couple escape rooms. This place was very disorganized. I asked for the manager. I spoke to Kareem Greer. He did not want to listen to anything I had to say. Cut me off several times. I simply wanted to ask questions. Our group of 4 was completely lost. At first we thought it was us, I asked another couple that was out of our group and they said the samething. Customer service is #1. Just listen and slow down and hear your customers. Instead of cutting them off. I know youre the manager and the expert but your customers are not.

Great experience. Their unique Covid-19 check-in process, game experience, and check-out process is above par. The whole family enjoyed it.

I brought my daughter to the Ultimate Escape for her 13 the birthday. It was a surprise! When we pulled up she was so excited. We did the Amnesia room !! We cant wait to go back.

This place was great! The room was very creative. It had a wonderfully creepy vibe that made it a lot of fun. The person that monitored our room was very helpful both before and during the game. The clues were hard enough to be challenging but not so hard or obscure as to not make sense. I would definitely play here again.

Had a really great experience with my mom at this escape the room. We had so much fun with our first one that we immediately booked the second room! We did Amnesia and Atlanta. They were both really challenging. Our guide Kelley was fantastic and helped us out quite a bit with clear clues to our hints. She was sweet and bubbly! Definitely will go back soon!

I just went with my sons for Erased, the hardest one they have. It was an experience I wont soon forget. We didnt escape, but that was the most fun hour in an escape room weve had. We talked about it the whole way home. The staff was awesome and the rooms (yes, rooms!) were well put together. Definite recommend!!

We had a blast at the ultimate escape game! We called the location and KP answered. It was the last game of the night and he was super great at the last minute booking! We arrived and he told us the game was a 2% success rate and we were READY! We made it out and we are holding the monthly record. After we left, we kept talking about how great of an experience it was and KP truly contributed to it! He was a game changer for us. We are looking forward to coming back in the next few days!

Wanted to try something different and new for a family outing and decided on an escape room. There was a groupon deal for this business and knew we couldnt pass on it.We arrived about 20 minutes before our game and were given brief instructions about our room, Submerged.Escape room is a thinking game and you have to be focused. It can get frustrating at times but the staff is watching you the entire time and if you need help you can ask.Although we didnt escape, we had a fun time and will def be back to this location.

This experience was absolutely amazing. Went with the Group of Seven we all had our thinking caps on tight! Things are not what they seem you have to use logic on all levels we did the Amnesia room made it out, barely. Totally worth it!

I did the special ops escape room and it was difficult and yet very fun at the same time. I really enjoyed it and will come back again.

I tried to buy vouchers through Groupon. The website showed the voucher going through but charged me full price. When I realized and called to see if there was anything they could do they told me know. I have to pay twice for 4 people to go in. Terrible customer service!

We are escape game enthusiasts & were very much looking forward to attempting all of the rooms at Ultimate Escape Game. We successfully escaped submerged and had a great time so we came back to do Amnesia - it was a terrible experience - we ate at a near by establishment which delayed our arrival - we arrived 1-2 min after our time & then had to sign wavers, etc, when we enter the room 6 mins had already been used from our time (so we started with 54 minutes) & we didnt get to watch the video to get information regarding our mission. Then throughout the game when we asked for our clues the lady was not watching or paying attention - she had to ask us what we had already done before being able to give a clue. It was a poorly operated escape room. Despite all of our set backs, we still escaped; however, the service and overall experience really dampened the fun. There are so many great escape rooms in the Atlanta options I dont know that we will return here & I suggest others go to different establishments to experience the great escape.

This place was a wonderful experience. The rules are given to you at the beginning of the challenge and you must find your way out. When you first come to the place it doesn’t seem like much but it is definitely a hidden treasure once you’re inside. There a multiple themed rooms which you can chose prior to coming and sign waivers once you get there. The front desk is very helpful and the time flies by due to the amount of fun you’re having.

A group of five long-time friends had our first experience and loved every minute of it. Our guide provided excellent tips to encourage us along the way. We are planning to go again with more friends. We highly recommend the Ultimate Escape.

I went a two weeks ago. For some background, I have worked at an escape room as well as have done almost all of the ones in GA and several out of state. This was my first time to Ultimate Escape Games (because I like to complete each companies escape rooms before moving on if possible).First off, the staff was not friendly at all. I understand not wanting to be some where but that felt extremely negative before we even got into the room.We got there exactly on time, had the wavers filled out ahead of time. We noticed that by the time we got into the room, they had the clock already going and it was two minutes gone before they even played the video. I looked at the time on my phone while the video was playing (after we had been left) and it was one minute past our game time, so I dont understand why that time was taken away from us in advance (Our game time was at the 40 minute mark, we were watching the video at the 41 minute mark).In amnesia, there is a white dresser that all 5 of us tried to open, but it was stuck. They told us at the 2 minute mark of the end of the game to pull it harder (it required quite a bit of force, so we had assumed it was a magnalock of some sort) , so by that time our fate was already sealed (as we had already solved everything else in the room that didnt involve that). I take issue with that because if something needs more force, then we need to be told ahead of time because the general rule is the two finger rule, or the if a child couldnt do it dont do it about force.Other than that, I actually enjoyed the clue flow of the room, as well as the effects and overall pacing of the room. Most of the clues and puzzles were well designed, however the rest of my party would not come back because of the aforementioned problems.

I went with 5 people, spent $150 and we didnt finish. This is a big disappointment. When we asked for help, the lady didnt know which stage we finished. No one guided us along to help us finish. This is why it has so many bad reviews that no one finished. In all the the escape rooms I have been to, the guide made sure we didnt spend a lot of time on one thing to make sure we finished the mission. We expected it to be scary. It was far from scary. Decoration was awful. There was too many locks. It wasnt creative at all. You are basically opening locks the whole time. Will never come back again. Not worth the money, not a great experience. Go to another escape room. This is an honest review.

Amnesia was great fun. Lots of puzzles to solve...from easy to hard. Definitely one of the best rooms we have done, and we’ve done over a dozen in Atlanta.

Don’t waste your time with this place! The room looked promising with a theme of a mental hospital and secret governmental experiments on a male soldier. Halfway through the game they started playing a little girls ghostly voice asking you to find her doll. Then they started flickering the lights trying to make you think the room was haunted. After the game was through we asked what was the purpose as it didn’t fit the story and theme of the game and our game guide just said ...”we were just messing with you guys”. From start to finish our game guide seemed disengaged and the couple times we needed a clue he sounded lost and would ask us what locks we had opened. It just showed he wasn’t even paying attention! Worst experience ever. Don’t waste your money here.

We had fun but unfortunately one of the game guides put a damper on our evening & called my family liars. Nothing is worse than a group of people saying the exact same thing but being told noooo that couldnt have happened. Or we ALWAYS explain how to use the lock so you guys cant be right. We wont return here because the customer service is lacking, but I wanted to rate them fairly so thats why I gave them 4 stars.

If you want to have fun, this is the place. I went in as a skeptic - I thought it would be boring and easy. I was wrong on both counts. We played the submerged room and it was a blast. I went my team from the office and we finished with 14 minutes to go. I highly recommend this place.

Loved every one of the games I have played so far. Gone multiple times, with very different groups (family and friends) and had a good time. If you have never done an escape room, this is a great place to start. If youve done many, give the harder rooms here a try. I absolutely loved the Hacker game.

This was amazingly fun and i had a blast with my group. The staff was super helpful and the puzzle were super fun. I know there are a number of different puzzles to try so youre good to try on a few occasions. Overall, a highlight of fun to try for all groups

First experience with an escape game! Our game leader had more than one room he was overseeing so there were a couple of times that, according to more experienced players, he shouldve interacted with us. Game was very challenging and well thought out. Great facility, all clean and staff were very nice. Would recommend, just maybe not during a busy time.

I would of given this place a 5 star easily. The Erased room was awesome BUT one of the props were malfunctioning and we couldnt complete the room without it. We were actually doing really good and I believe we would of escaped if it wasnt for the prop not working! Anyways when time finally ran out the lady came in and showed us what we were missing and we told her that we tried that and it wasnt working. When she tried to unlock the prop well she couldnt even open it herself. We didnt even get an apology instead was well you did good! We didnt get offered a discount for another day to come back nor even another room to do! Nothing! So costumer service was not good. Ive done several escape games and this was the worst customer service experience. So for something that wasnt our fault I believe the right thing to do was to make it right.

My boyfriend and I have played every escape room facility/every room in atlanta, marietta and kennesaw except for Hackers at Ultimate Escape. It was my boyfriends birthday and even though 4 was strongly recommended, we were down to crush it with two and raise our 80% win rate. Weve also never had another random group join our game, which would be fine, but this was awful.Our team mates were not very friendly from the beginning. Before we even started, they made comments about how they have no shame and just burn through clues immediately, and that they were ready to fail. They actually had zero interest.When we got into the room, the other couple didnt listen to us at all, its like we werent even there, they didnt even listen to the game master. We BARELY made it out of the first room. We didnt even get close to finishing the room.We truly believe, even with this being their hardest most impossible room even with 4, that we could have got WAY farther and even beat the room if we didnt have those two paired with us.I understand thats the point, to be matched with randoms, but in reality, most groups are solo that book and people dont really want to join someone elses game, so the fact these two did, wasted our time and money by openly not caring, is frustrating.For a birthday gift, we were pretty let down.The facility is great, great props, just a really bad experience.

This place is the best. The rooms were way harder than I expected. And that made it even more fun. The room had so many unexpected things. If your looking for something to do come here.

We have done a lot of escape rooms and escspe games; we escapes a lot and we failed some too. I personally do not like the flow of these games. The clues are very inaccurate in their wording; you can start your decryption, but there will be at least 15 different ways that will get different codes. Now multiply that by 9 or 10 different locks that all need a 4 digit number code. Now when you finally get the right code to the correct lock, you will get surprised by more 4 digit number locks. My conclusion is that the people that run the place are nice, but the rooms are not fun, they are just annoying. Getting out is NOT an adventure of clues and games, but a brute force method of slamming every single possible code at every single possible lock. This place deserves zero infinity stars for its rooms, but the staff is nice and helpful when they can be.

Showed up 15 minutes early after driving 30 min to be told they were closed. I called ahead and no one answered and didn’t return my voicemail. The manager couldn’t do anything for this bad experience other than offer a 20% discount. Then she told me there were better deals on Groupon anyway. Poor customer service for a bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend. Always call ahead and hope they answer. Don’t bother going unless you receive that confirmation.

Our guide Tiger seemed confused everytime we asked for a clue and wasn’t aware what was going on in room. He would ask what we had done already and wasn’t paying attention. We didn’t make it out and asked him about a particular clue. He had to ask someone else the answer. What if that was the last clue to escape and our guide didn’t know how to open it. How could he help us?

A Complete MUST! YES, GO!!! I went for my 1st time last night, had by far the best time. The concept is amazing and will have you on edge the whole time. This is that rare place thats actually a 10 out of 10! You need to experience it for yourself.
