Such a great community there, my grandma has lived there for years and still loved it. Neighbors are all friendly be houses look great.

I was Not There!

I think this is a nice park, though it looks like the canal into the duckpond and the duckpond itself could use a little help. Its interesting to see the train right up close as it passes. Its proximity to ShopnKart is a bonus and the residents keep neat mobiles and seem friendly.

An awesome mobile-home park to say the least, me and most of my family lived here for Seven years. Very high-rental cost though, at least last-time I checked.

CPM expensive & overbaring as property management.

Lots of big trees, nice pound, good supportive community feel

The one star is for the shoe department only. Was buying a pair of shoes for my son needless to say after being belittled by the salesman who thought he knew everything about shoes but could answer no questions about running shoes. We went to a real running shoe store in Ashland.
