Lived here for almost years based on a friends recommendation. The park manager is amazing goes over and beyond. Very quiet place to live and a beautiful park.

Lived there for 2 yrs. Horrible place. Experienced 3 different under qualified managers. Rent keeps going up with absolutely no upkeep to the units. Keep looking if you want a decent place to live.

First, its beautifully situated and secondly, the people - everything comes down to the people - a finer group of friendly and helpful people you couldnt find anywhere that compares !!! a great group !!!

Older park in disrepair. $595 per month plus electricity. Too far from downtown Ashland.

Over night rv parkin with nice showers and Landry use close to shopping and on off exits to I5.
