4-17-2020 went for a walk on Reed Ck Greenway, woman and her child on their bikes zoomed by - from behind me - no warning, no mask, within 2 feet ! Im 67 - RUDE and selfish person - beware of certain ppl who just do not get it - lets all stay safe and be kind to others. Poor example she is setting for her child.

This place is great for running, walking, biking and just enjoying nature. Not sure why the parking lot has been completely taken over by a construction project (looks like they are laying foundation currently) without any official place to park instead, however, there is an abandoned lot (used to be a Citgo gas station) located one block over where its probably okay to park temporarily.

This area is still under development but show potential. Worth a visit.

Very good path for running. The direction I took was supposed to go 4.2 miles but only went .89 or1.89. Thats a bit shy of 4.2

Great little Greenway right in Asheville.

Good place for a quick run or kids to bike. Close to UNC, following a creek just north of downtown Asheville. Populated, but not exactly busy on a Saturday afternoon in January.

I would rate this a 5 star if the creek and banks were kept cleaner. I live very close and walk my dog here frequently. Great safe place for a short walk with family and pets. However on one part of the trail there appears to be leftover tents/trash from something. Also, the creek has lots of trash in it. I do realize that trash will consistently be washed down stream, however I think it needs to be cleaned on a more regular basis. Other than that the up keep of the paved trail is great.
